1．Product Feature
TJHQ-K series of car air purifier linked with elevator air
conditioner
●Safety and reliable, It can also be opened when there are passengers in
the elevator car;
●Original imported UV lamp,rapid sterilization, high efficiency, up to
99%;
●Using Nanometer Photocatalyst technology to effectively remove
harmful substances such as TVOC in the air;
●Broad-spectrum efficiency, the pure physical disinfection method, no
secondary pollution;
●Reasonable and compact structure design, easy to install, the power is
connected to the original power of the elevator ;
●Easy to use, works synchronously with elevator air
conditioner;(non-standard timer models can be turned on and off
independently)

5.Use Guide
It is installed in conjunction with elevator air conditioners and runs
according to the working hours of elevator air conditioners. (The timer
type is generally set to the same on-off time as the working time of the
elevator air conditioner, and runs together with the elevator air
conditioner; the working time of the purifier can also be set separately,
and the working time is generally required to be within the working time
of the air conditioner)

7. Installation Method
①Cover the two air outlets of the purifier with cold air out duct and
fasten them with duct ties. One end is connected to the air outlet on the
air conditioner, and one end is connected to the air out cover of the air
conditioner (the length of the duct can be adjusted);
②Connect the power cord plug-in of the purifier with the power
cord plug-in reserved on the elevator air conditioner to control the
purifier; (the timer type power supply is connected to the elevator car
top);
③Put the purifier working indicator into the car;
④Set the working time 、operating mode and so on of the air
conditioner as required, and then the purifier and the elevator air
conditioner will enter the synchronous operation. (The timer type is
generally set to the same on-off time as the working time of the elevator
air conditioner, and runs together with the elevator air conditioner; the
working time of the purifier can also be set separately, and the working
time is generally required to be within the working time of the air
conditioner)

8. Notes and Precautions
Only single-phase ac power can be used（220V～50Hz）;
If the power cord and plug are damaged or the plug is too loose,
please do not use;When pulling the plug, you must grasp the plug part.
Do not pull the power cord;
Replace the TIO2 photocatalytic network, UV lamp device, turn
off the power and unplug the power cord when moving and cleaning;
During testing and installation, operators should take effective
protective measures to prevent ultraviolet radiation from damaging eyes
and exposed parts of the body.
The relative humidity of the environment should not be more than
85%, and there should be no corrosive gas in the air;
In case it is necessary to see the light tube, use ordinary glass
(glasses) or transparent plastic sheet as a protective mask;
Do not modify by yourself, do not disassemble and repair by
non-repair technicians.
9. Care and Maintenance
The plug must be unplugged before maintenance. Do not remove
it with wet hands, otherwise it may cause electric shock and injury.
Maintenance of UV lamps:Take out the UV lamp every 6 months
and use a hair dryer to clean the dust accumulated on the surface or wipe
the lamp tube with 75% alcohol gauze to remove dust and oil stains.Do a
good job of cleaning the lamp tube to avoid affecting the purple
transmittance and radiation intensity;It is recommended to replace it
every 9000 hours of use.
Maintenance of TIO2 photocatalytic network:Take out the TIO2
photocatalytic network every 6 months and use a hair dryer to clean the
dust accumulated on the surface;It is recommended to replace it every
year.

11.Schematic Circuit Diagram
★The purifier power supply is provided by the air
conditioner,and the purifier power plug-in is connected with the
plug-in reserved for the purifier by the air conditioner,and runs
synchronously with the air conditioner.
★The timer type:the purifier power supply is connected
separately,and the purifier switch time is controlled by a timer.
