FAST-Y-90A Air Disinfection & Purication machine
This manual describes all the systems and functions in the FAST series prod-
ucts. Therefore, the actual position of some operating elements may be dif-
ferent from that shown in the illustration due to the different air disinfection
model and appearance design you purchased.

and high quality of FAST series air purier. Therefore, your FAST air purier may
occasionally differ from the description.
Self-security
Your FAST purier is technically designed according to the operating condi-
tions set in the technical parameters table of this manual. If it is to be used
in other countries, please inform us in advance according to local operating
conditions and licensing requirements so that we can adjust the design.
Maintenance and Repair
• The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery, unless
otherwise stated in the product-specic warranty, offer or contract
• Repairing a defective part or device or if needed replacing the faulty part
or unit with a new one according to the consideration of the salesperson
is included in the warranty.
• This operation shall only be permitted at the SHANGFENG After-sales
Service Center or agent by personnel with corresponding training in
accordance with the provisions of SHANGFENG Company.
• Possible travel expenses and freight costs that are caused by the warranty
repair are not included in the warranty.
Parts and Accessories
SHANGFENG is not responsible for any parts and accessories without its
approval. For any product that is not SHANGFENG’s original factory or is not
approved by SHANGFENG, it cannot be determined whether it can be used
on the SHANGFENG air disinfection purier without safety risks, even if an
ocial body gives its approval. These tests cannot always take into account all
conditions of use of the SHANGFENG air purier and are therefore inadequate.

Summary
Product Overview
FAST series Air Disinfection & Purication Machine is composed of air intake
system, purication system, disinfection system, exhaust system, deodoriza-
tion system, noise reduction system, intelligent control system and big data
platform.
Application
It is suitable for disinfection and purication of indoor air in Terminal building,
waiting room, subway station, hospital, school, exhibition hall, museum, library,
venue, hotel, shopping center, supermarket, cinema, oce building and other
closed spaces.
Advantage
Super-large purication area, super-high purication ux and super-strong pu-
rication effect. Products have obtained CE certication, the US FCC certi-
cation, China Environmental Labelling(||) product certication, China CCC
certication.

Operation
Power-on
Insert the power plug (three-phase ground) of the purier into an external in-
dependent socket (it should be reliably grounded).After the power is switched
on, the 4-1 red power indicator on the purier lights up, indicating that the
power has been switched on.
Startup / Shutdown
Startup: After the 4-1 red power indicator lights up, press the 4-4 switch
button, the 4-2 green running indicator on the purier will light up, the
touch screen will start up, and the screen will light up, indicating the purier
has entered standby mode.

It takes about 10 seconds for the touch screen to start up for the rst time.
Shutdown: please press the 4-4 switch button on the purier. The 4-2
green running indicator is off and the touch screen is off, indicating that the
device has been shut down.
Brief Introduction of Touch Screen Functions

Running Lock on/o: Touch the running lock of the device to control its on
and off. The running lock indicator light will show the status.
Malfunction Tips: When the unit fails, the unit failure indicator 5-2 will ash,
indicating that the unit fails.

Maintenance Tips: When the unit runs long enough, the unit maintenance
indicator 5-3 will light up, indicating that the unit needs maintenance.
Help Tips: When users have questions about the using, operation and
precautions of the unit, they can touch the 5-4 help button for help query.

Cumulative total purication volume, purication volume per hour: Users can
check the cumulative purication volume and the purication volume per
hour through the data displayed by the 5-5 meter.
PM2.5: Users can check the PM2.5 value under the current operating
environment through the data displayed by the 5-6 meter.

PM10: User can view the PM10 value in the current running environment
through the 5-7 meter display
TVOC: Users can view TVOC values in the current operating environment
through the 5-8 meter display.
Temperature: Users can view the current operating environment temperature
values through the 5-9 meter display.
Humidity: Users can check the humidity value under the current operating
environment through the 5-10 meter display.
Air purication status: Touch the 5-11 Air Sterilization icon to inquire the daily
and monthly disinfection time, cumulative disinfection time and volume.

Air purication status: Touch the 5-12 Air Purication icon to query the daily
and monthly purication time, cumulative purication time and volume.

Intelligent Control
Touch 5-13 Intelligent Control icon to set the following functions:

Running Lock on/o: Touch the 5-13 intelligent control icon on the touch
screen and touch the running lock button to yellow to open the operation
lock; Touch the running lock button to gray and the running lock is closed.
Air Sterilization on/o: Touch the 5-13 Intelligent Control icon on the screen,
then touch the on/off button of Air Sterilization when the Running Lock of the
device is open. Select the sterilization function to turn on or off.
Air Purication on/o: Touch the 5-13 intelligent control icon on the touch
screen, then touch the purication fully on/off button when the running lock
of the device is on. Touch the group on/off button to select the purication
function group on or off.
Purication Amount: Touch the 5-13 intelligent control icon on the touch
screen, then touch the purication amount adjustment button when the
running lock is on to select high or low purication volume.
System Setting:
Touch the system settings icon 5-14 to set the following
functions:
Running Mode:
Touch the running mode icon to select local operation or remote control.
Timing: In local operation mode, you can select the device to run regularly.

Fault Record: If there is a fault during running time, the 4-3 yellow indicator
will light up, and the 5-2 fault indicator light will ash, indicating that there is a
fault needs to debug. Touch this button to view the fault record;

About Device: Touch this button to view information related to the device.

System Upgrade: When the device is connected to the Internet, touch this
button to upgrade the system.

Reboot Device: Touch this button and conrm the dialogue to restart the
device.

Maintenance
In order to ensure the normal operation of the Air Disinfection & Purication
Machine, users need to carry out daily maintenance of the unit.
Maintenance Tips
When the purier reaches the condition of daily maintenance, the 5-3 main-
tenance indicator above the touch screen lights up, indicating that the unit
needs maintenance.
After the maintenance nished, touch the 5-3 maintenance indicator to en-
ter the maintenance interface as shown in Figure-15. Touch the completed
maintenance project, and the system can record the maintenance time and
contents.
