•Input voltage should meet both the SELV (Safety Extra Low
Voltage) and the Limited Power Sour e with 24 VAC or 12 VDC

•Do not onne t several devi es to one power adapter as adapter
overload may ause overheating or a fire hazard.
•Make sure that the plug is firmly onne ted to the power so ket.
When the produ t is mounted on wall or eiling, the devi e shall
be firmly fixed.
•If smoke, odor, or noise rise from the devi e, turn off the power at
on e, unplug the power able, and onta t the servi e enter.
Cautions
•If the amera fails to syn hronize the lo al time with that of the
network, you need to set up the amera time manually. Visit the
amera (via a Web browser or lient software) and enter the
system settings interfa e for the time settings.
•Make sure the power supply voltage is orre t before using the
amera.
•Do not drop the amera or subje t it to physi al sho k.
•Do not tou h sensor modules with fingers. If leaning is ne essary,
use a lean loth with a bit of ethanol, and wipe it gently. If the
amera will not be used for an extended period, repla e the lens
ap to prote t the sensor from dirt.
•Do not aim the amera at the sun or extra bright pla es. Blooming
or smearing may o ur otherwise (whi h is not a malfun tion),
and affe t the sensor enduran e at the same time.
•The sensor may be burned out by a laser beam, so when any laser
equipment is in use, make sure that the surfa e of the sensor will
not be exposed to the laser beam.
•Do not pla e the amera in extremely hot, old (the operating
temperature shall be -30° to +60° C if the amera model has an
“H” in its suffix), dusty or damp lo ations, and do not expose it to
high ele tromagneti radiation.
•To avoid heat a umulation, good ventilation is required for the
operating environment.
•Keep the amera away from liquid while in use.

•While in delivery, the amera shall be pa ked in its original pa king
or pa king of the same texture.
•Regular part repla ement: a few parts (e.g., ele trolyti apa itor)
of the equipment shall be repla ed regularly a ording to their
average enduring time. The average time varies be ause of
differen es between the operating environment and usage history,
so regular he king is re ommended for all users. Conta t your
dealer for more details.
•Improper use or repla ement of the battery may result in hazard
of explosion. Repla e with the same or equivalent type only.
Dispose of used batteries a ording to the instru tions provided
by the battery manufa turer.
•If the produ t does not work properly, onta t your dealer or the
nearest servi e enter. Never attempt to disassemble the amera
yourself. (We shall not assume any responsibility for problems
aused by unauthorized repair or maintenan e.)
