1 Device Overview
The interchangeable lens series is often used with
handheld thermal cameras to expand the focal length of
the original camera to different ranges, so as to obtain
different FOVs and scene scopes.
The interchangeable lens series has three types. (See
1.1 )
There should be one interchangeable lens and one target
plate set (see 1.2 ) in the package.
2 Installation
Follow the diagram to remove the decorative ring on the
camera and install the interchangeable lens.
Note:
The handheld camera shown in the diagram is only for
demonstration.
3 Lens Calibration
3.1 Set up the calibration environment ①
1. Place the target plate on a flat surface with the
“TARGET” facing the lens.
2. Power on the target plate to heat it (12 VDC).
3. Start the calibration when the temperature of the
plate rises (about 1 minute later after powering on the
plate).
3.2 Calibrate the lens
1. Start the handheld camera.
2. Follow the prompt to input Interchangeable Lens SN
and Interchangeable Lens Param.

Note:
●On some camera, the interchangeable lens may be
referred to as “Teleconverter”.
●If no prompt pops up after starting the camera,
check if the lens is firmly mounted.
●If you accidently leave the calibration program, go
to Local Settings > Capture Settings >

Interchangeable Lens Calibration to enter again.
3. Select Interchangeable Lens Calibration, and follow
the prompts to continue.
1). Hold the camera and aim it at the target plate (as
shown in ②). The distance between the camera and
target plate should meet the following requirement.

2). Press OK.
The camera emits a beam of red laser.
3). Slightly adjust the camera position to aim the red
laser dot at the “TARGET” character on the plate
and keep still for measuring the distance. ③
Note:
●If the measurement succeeds, the distance is
displayed on the screen. If it fails, adjust the
distance and try again.
●It is recommended to use a tripod to fix the
camera if keeping it still is difficult.
4). Use the left/right buttons or the focus ring to adjust
the focus, and press OK after the “TARGET” is clear
(as shown in ④).
5). Adjust the target's optical image with navigation
buttons until it overlaps with the thermal image,
and press OK (the well-overlapped image as shown
in ⑤).

Maintenance

●If the product does not work properly, please contact
your dealer or the nearest service center. We shall not
assume any responsibility for problems caused by
unauthorized repair or maintenance.
●A few device components (e.g., electrolytic capacitor)
require regular replacement. The average lifespan
varies, so periodic checking is recommended. Contact
your dealer for details.
●Wipe the device gently with a clean cloth and a small
quantity of ethanol, if necessary.
Using Environment
●DO NOT expose the device to extremely hot, cold,
dusty, corrosive, saline-alkali, or damp environments.
Make sure the running environment meets the
requirement of the device. The operating temperature
shall be -20 °C to 50 °C (-4 °F to 122 °F), and the
operating humidity shall be 90% or less.
●Place the device in a dry and well-ventilated
environment.
●DO NOT expose the device to high electromagnetic
radiation or dusty environments.
●DO NOT aim the lens at the sun or any other bright
light.
●When any laser equipment is in use, make sure that
the device lens is not exposed to the laser beam, or it
may burn out.

1 Vue d’ensemble des appareils
La série d’objectifs interchangeables est souvent utilisée
avec les caméras thermiques portatives pour étendre la
distance focale de la caméra d’origine à différentes
plages, afin d’obtenir différents angles de vue et champs
d’observation.
La série d’objectifs interchangeables se décline en trois
types. (Voir 1.1 )
L’emballage doit contenir un objectif interchangeable et
un jeu de plaques de mire (voir 1.2 ).
2 Installation
Suivez le schéma pour enlever la bague décorative de la
caméra et installer l’objectif interchangeable.
Remarque :
la caméra portative illustrée sur le schéma est
uniquement à des fins de démonstration.
3 Étalonnage de l’objectif
3.1 Configuration de l’environnement d’étalonnage ①
1. Placez la plaque de mire sur une surface plane, la
mention « TARGET » faisant face à l’objectif.
2. Allumez la plaque de mire pour la chauffer (12 VCC).
3. Démarrez l’étalonnage lorsque la température de la
plaque augmente (environ 1 minute après la mise
sous tension de la plaque).
3.2 Étalonnage de l’objectif
1. Démarrez la caméra portative.
2. Suivez l’invite pour saisir le Numéro de série de
l’objectif interchangeable et le Param de l’objectif
interchangeable.

Remarque :
●Sur certaines caméras, l’objectif interchangeable
peut être appelé « téléconvertisseur ».
●Si aucune invite ne s’affiche après le démarrage de

la caméra, vérifiez si l’objectif est fermement fixé.
●Si vous quittez accidentellement le programme
d’étalonnage, accédez à Paramètres locaux >
Paramètres caméra > Étalonnage d’objectif
interchangeable pour y accéder à nouveau.
3. Sélectionnez Étalonnage d’objectif interchangeable,
puis suivez les instructions pour continuer.
1). Tenez la caméra et orientez-la vers la plaque de
mire (comme indiqué en ②). La distance entre la
caméra et la plaque de mire doit répondre aux
exigences suivantes.

2). Appuyez sur OK.
3). La caméra émet un faisceau laser rouge.
Ajustez légèrement la position de la caméra pour
orienter le point laser rouge sur le caractère
«TARGET » de la plaque et restez immobile pour
mesurer la distance. ③
Remarque :
●Si la mesure réussit, la distance s’affiche à l’écran.
Si elle échoue, ajustez la distance et réessayez.
●Il est recommandé d’utiliser un trépied pour fixer
la caméra s’il est difficile de la garder immobile.
4). Utilisez les boutons gauche/droite ou la bague de
mise au point pour régler la mise au point et
appuyez sur OK une fois que le point « TARGET »
est net (comme indiqué dans ④).
5). Ajustez l’image optique de la mire avec les
boutons de navigation jusqu’à ce qu’elle se
superpose à l’image thermique, puis appuyez sur
OK (l’image bien superposée comme indiqué dans
⑤).

Die Wechselobjektivserie umfasst drei Typen. (siehe 1.1 )
In der Packung sollten ein Wechselobjektiv und ein
Zielplattensatz (siehe 1.2 ) enthalten sein.
2 Installation
Befolgen Sie die Abbildung, um den Zierring an der
Kamera zu entfernen und das Wechselobjektiv zu
installieren.
Hinweis:
Die in der Abbildung dargestellte tragbare Kamera dient
nur Demonstrationszwecken.
3 Objektivkalibrierung
3.1 Einrichten der Kalibrierungsumgebung ①
1. Platzieren Sie die Zieltafel auf einer ebenen Fläche,
wobei der Text „TARGET“ zum Objektiv zeigt.
2. Schalten Sie die Zielplatte ein, um sie aufzuheizen (12
V DC).
3. Starten Sie die Kalibrierung, wenn die Temperatur der
Platte ansteigt (etwa 1 Minute nach dem
Einschalten der Platte).
3.2 Kalibrieren des Objektivs
1. Schalten Sie die tragbare Kamera ein.
2. Folgen Sie der Aufforderung zur Eingabe der
Seriennummer und der Einstellungen des
Wechselobjektivs.

Hinweis:
●Bei einigen Kameras kann das Wechselobjektiv als
„Telekonverter“ bezeichnet worden sein.
●Wenn nach dem Einschalten der Kamera keine
Eingabeaufforderung erscheint, prüfen Sie, ob das
Objektiv gut befestigt wurde.
●Wenn Sie das Kalibrierungsprogramm versehentlich
geschlossen haben, gehen Sie zu Lokale
Einstellungen > Kamera-Einstellungen >
Wechselobjektivkalibrierung, um es erneut
aufzurufen.
3. Wählen Sie Wechselobjektivkalibrierung und folgen
Sie den Anweisungen um fortzufahren.
1). Nehmen Sie die Kamera und richten Sie sie auf die
Zielplatte (wie in ② dargestellt). Der Abstand
zwischen Kamera und Zielplatte muss folgende
Anforderung erfüllen.

2). Drücken Sie OK.
3). Die Kamera erzeugt einen roten Laserstrahl.
Passen Sie die Kameraposition etwas an, um mit
dem roten Laserpunkt den Text „TARGET“ auf dem
Schild zu treffen und halten Sie die Kamera ruhig,
um die Entfernung zu messen. ③
Hinweis:
●Wenn die Messung erfolgreich war, wird die
Entfernung auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt. Wenn
die Messung fehlgeschlagen ist, passen Sie die
Entfernung an und versuchen Sie es erneut.
●Es ist ratsam, die Kamera auf einem Stativ zu
montieren, wenn es schwierig ist, sie ruhig zu
halten.
4). Verwenden Sie die Links-/Rechts-Tasten oder den
Fokusring, um die Schärfe einzustellen und
drücken Sie OK, wenn der Text „TARGET“ scharf ist
(wie in ④ dargestellt).
5). Passen Sie das optische Bild des Ziels mit den
Navigationstasten an, bis es sich mit dem
Wärmebild überschneidet und drücken Sie OK (das
sich gut überschneidende Bild ist in ⑤ dargestellt).
