Für einen langen und zuverlässigen Betrieb des Geräts

muss auf die richtige Handhabung und Wartung

entsprechend den in dieser Anleitung angeführten

Vorgaben geachtet werden. Die in dieser Anleitung

angegebenen technischen Daten und die Spezikation sind

aktuell. Der Hersteller behält sich das Recht vor, im Rahmen

der Verbesserung der Qualität Änderungen vorzunehmen.

Unter Berücksichtigung des technischen Fortschritts und

der Geräuschreduzierung wurde das Gerät so entworfen

und produziert, dass das infolge der Geräuschemission

entstehende Risiko auf dem niedrigsten Niveau gehalten

wird.

ERLÄUTERUNG DER SYMBOLE

1. ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG

Diese Anleitung ist als Hilfe für eine sichere und zuverlässige

Nutzung gedacht. Das Produkt wurde strikt nach den

technischen Vorgaben und unter Verwendung modernster

Technologien und Komponenten sowie unter Wahrung der

höchsten Qualitätsstandards entworfen und angefertigt.

Die originale Anweisung ist die deutschsprachige Fassung.

Sonstige Sprachfassungen sind Übersetzungen aus der

deutschen Sprache.

HINWEIS!In der vorliegenden Anleitung sind

Beispielbilder vorhanden, die von dem tatsächlichen

Aussehen des Produkts abweichen können.

ACHTUNG!Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und

alle Anweisungen durch. Die Nichtbeachtung der

Warnungen und Anweisungen kann zu elektrischen

Schlägen, Feuer und / oder schweren Verletzungen

bis hin zum Tod führen.

Der Begri „Gerät“ oder „Produkt“ in den Warnungen

und Beschreibung des Handbuchs bezieht sich auf die

Elektro Bodenfräse. Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht nass

werden. Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlags! Legen Sie

keine Hände oder Gegenstände in das laufende Gerät! Die

Ventilationsönungen dürfen nicht verdeckt werden!

2.1. ELEKTRISCHE SICHERHEIT

a) Der Gerätestecker muss mit der Steckdose

kompatibel sein. Ändern Sie den Stecker in keiner

Weise. Original-Stecker und passende Steckdosen

vermindern das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlags.

Verwenden Sie niemals einen beschädigten oder

unvollständigen Stecker.

b) Vermeiden Sie das Berühren von geerdeten

Bauteilen wie Rohrleitungen, Heizkörpern, Öfen und

Kühlschränken. Es besteht das erhöhte Risiko eines

elektrischen Schlags, wenn Ihr Körper durch nasse

Oberächen und in feuchter Umgebung geerdet ist.

Wasser, das in das Gerät eintritt, erhöht das Risiko

von Beschädigungen und elektrischen Schlägen.

h) Tragen Sie keine lose Kleidung oder Schmuck.

Halten Sie Haare, Kleidung und Handschuhe von

beweglichen Teilen fern. Lose Kleidung, Schmuck

oder lange Haare können durch bewegliche Teile

ergrien werden.

i) Entfernen Sie alle Einstellwerkzeuge oder Schlüssel,

bevor Sie das Gerät einschalten. Gegenstände, die

in rotierenden Teilen verbleiben, können zu Schäden

und Verletzungen führen.

j) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Kinder sollten unter

Aufsicht stehen, damit sie nicht mit dem Gerät

spielen.

k) Bei der Arbeit mit der Maschine geeignetes

Schuhwerk und lange Hose tragen. Es ist verboten,

das Gerät mit nackten Füßen oder ungeschützten

Schuhen zu benutzen.

l) Es ist immer sicherzustellen, dass die Lüftungsönungen

des Gerätes frei von Verschmutzungen sind (z.B. Steine,

Grasreste, Äste, Laub).

m) Ein unvollständiges oder modiziertes Gerät kann

gefährlich sein und darf deshalb nicht benutzt

werden.

n) Achten Sie beim Einsatz der Maschine in Hanglagen

immer auf eine stabile Haltung.

o) Es ist verboten, mit der Maschine zu rennen. Führen

Sie die Maschine immer im Schritttempo.

2.4. SICHERE ANWENDUNG DES GERÄTS

a) Überhitzen Sie das Gerät nicht. Verwenden Sie

geeignete Werkzeuge für die entsprechende

Anwendung. Richtig ausgewählte Geräte und der

sorgsame Umgang mit ihnen führt zu besseren

Arbeitsergebnissen.

b) Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn der EIN-/AUS-

Schalter nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Geräte,

die per Schalter nicht gesteuert werden können sind

gefährlich und müssen repariert werden.

c) Nicht verwendete Werkzeuge sind außerhalb

der Reichweite von Kindern sowie von Personen

aufzubewahren, welche weder das Gerät selbst, noch

die entsprechende Anleitung kennen. In den Händen

unerfahrener Personen können derlei Geräte eine

Gefahr darstellen.

d) Halten Sie das Gerät im einwandfreien Zustand.

Überprüfen Sie vor jeder Arbeit, ob allgemeine

Schäden vorliegen oder Schäden an beweglichen

Teilen (Bruch von Teilen und Komponenten oder

andere Bedingungen, die den sicheren Betrieb der

Maschine beeinträchtigen könnten). Im Falle eines

Schadens muss das Gerät vor Gebrauch in Reparatur

gegeben werden.

e) Halten Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von

Kindern.

f) Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten dürfen nur

von qualiziertem Fachpersonal und mit Original-

Ersatzteilen durchgeführt werden. Dadurch wird die

Sicherheit bei der Nutzung gewährleistet.

g) Um die vorgesehene Betriebsintegrität des Gerätes

zu gewährleisten, dürfen die werksmäßig montierten

Abdeckungen oder Schrauben nicht entfernt werden.

h) Vermeiden Sie Situationen, in denen das Gerät bei

laufendem Betrieb unter schwerer Last stoppt. Dies

kann zu einer Überhitzung der Antriebskomponenten

und damit zu einer Beschädigung des Gerätes

führen.

i) Berühren Sie keine beweglichen Teile oder

Zubehörteile, es sei denn, das Gerät wurde vom Netz

getrennt.

j) Der angegebene Vibrationsemissionswert wird

mit Standard-Messmethoden gemessen. Der

Vibrationsemissionswert kann sich ändern, wenn

das Gerät in anderen Umgebungsbedingungen

verwendet wird.

k) Lassen Sie dieses Gerät nicht unbeaufsichtigt,

während es in Betrieb ist.

l) Überprüfen Sie das Gerät vor jedem Gebrauch auf

Anzeichen von Verschleiß oder Beschädigung.

m) Das Gerät darf mit einer beschädigten, falsch

angebrachten oder demontierten Abschirmung nicht

benutzt werden.

n) Hände, Füße und andere Körperteile von

Schneidelementen fernhalten, insbesondere beim

Starten des Motors.

o) Nach dem Ausschalten der Maschine drehen sich die

Messer noch einige Sekunden lang aufgrund Ihrer

Trägheitskraft.

p) Es ist immer sicherzustellen, dass sich im

Arbeitsbereich keine Metallgegenstände oder

andere Materialien benden, die beim Auswurf durch

die Schneidelemente Sach- oder Personenschäden

verursachen können

q) Beim Einschalten des Gerätes ist Vorsicht zu

bewahren, dass Sie nicht in die Nähe von

Schneidelementen zu kommen

r) Es ist sicherzustellen, dass die Hände beim

Einschalten des Gerätes in entsprechender Position

sind. Das Gerät sicher an beiden Grien gleichzeitig

festhalten.

s) Vergewissern Sie sich vor jeder Inbetriebnahme, dass

alle Muttern, Schrauben und alle Komponenten des

Gerätes richtig angezogen sind.

t) Ziehen Sie den Stecker des Gerätes aus der Steckdose:

• bevor Sie das Gerät an einen anderen Benutzer

übergeben,

• bevor Sie das Gerät unbeaufsichtigt lassen (auch

für einige Minuten),

• vor dem Entfernen von Blockaden an irgendeinem

Teil des Geräts,

• vor der Durchführung von Inspektions-,

Reparatur-, Reinigungs- oder Wartungsarbeiten.

u) Wenn das Gerät ungewöhnliche Geräusche oder

Vibrationen verursacht, ist es sofort auszuschalten,

der Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen und die

Problemursache zu prüfen. Übermäßige Vibrationen

können das Gerät beschädigen und den Benutzer

verletzen.

v) Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht auf zu steilen,

geneigten Flächen.

w) Wenn Sie das Gerät auf einer geneigten Fläche

verwenden, bewegen Sie sich diagonal auf einem

Hang, niemals auf und ab.

x) Seien Sie besonders vorsichtig, wenn Sie die

Bewegungsrichtung der Maschine bei Arbeiten am

Hang ändern.

y) Gehen Sie beim Rückwärtsfahren oder Ziehen der

Maschine in Ihre Richtung besonders vorsichtig vor.

z) Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und trennen Sie die

Stromversorgung, bevor Sie den Betrieb (auch

kurzfristig) einstellen und den Arbeitsbereich

verlassen.

ACHTUNG! Obwohl das Gerät mit dem Gedanken an

die Sicherheit entworfen wurde, besitzt es bestimmte

Schutzmechanismen. Trotz der Verwendung

zusätzlicher Sicherheitselemente besteht bei der

Bedienung immer noch ein Verletzungsrisiko. Es wird

empfohlen, bei der Nutzung Vorsicht und Vernunft

walten zu lassen.

c) Berühren Sie das Gerät nicht mit nassen oder

feuchten Händen.

d) Verwenden Sie das Kabel nicht in unsachgemäßer

Weise. Verwenden Sie es niemals zum Tragen

des Geräts oder zum Herausziehen des Steckers.

Halten Sie das Kabel von Hitze, Öl, scharfen

Kanten oder beweglichen Teilen fern. Beschädigte

oder geschweißte Kabel erhöhen das Risiko eines

elektrischen Schlags.

e) Bei der Arbeit im Freien verwenden Sie ein

Verlängerungskabel für den Außenbereich. Die

Verwendung eines Verlängerungskabels für den

Außeneinsatz verringert das Risiko eines elektrischen

Schlags.

f) Wenn sich die Verwendung des Geräts in feuchter

Umgebung nicht verhindern lässt, verwenden Sie

einen Fehlerstrom-Schutzschalter (RCD). Mit einem

RCD verringert sich das Risiko eines elektrischen

Schlags.

g) Es ist regelmäßig zu prüfen, ob der

Fehlerstromschutzschalter (RCD) funktionsfähig ist.

h) Das Gerät darf nicht benutzt werden, wenn das

Netzkabel oder das Verlängerungskabel beschädigt

sind oder deutlichen Verschleiß aufweisen. Ein

beschädigtes Netzkabel ist durch einen qualizierten

Elektriker oder den Service des Herstellers

auszutauschen.

i) Ein beschädigtes Netzkabel darf nicht an die

Steckdose angeschlossen oder berührt werden, bis

es aus der Steckdose gezogen wird, da dies zum

elektrischen Schlag führen kann.

j) Während des Betriebs ist Vorsicht zu bewahren

und bewegliche Teile des Gerätes vom

Verlängerungskabel fernzuhalten, da ein Kontakt die

Beschädigung der Leitung des Verlängerungskabels

und elektrischen Schlag bewirken kann.

k) Im Fall der Beschädigung des Netzkabels ist zuerst

die Stromzufuhr zur Steckdose abzuschalten, und

erst dann der Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen.

2.2. SICHERHEIT AM ARBEITSPLATZ

a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und gut

beleuchtet. Unordnung oder schlechte Beleuchtung

können zu Unfällen führen. Seien Sie voraussichtig,

beobachten Sie, was getan wird und bewahren

Sie Ihren gesunden Menschenverstand bei der

Verwendung des Gerätes.

b) BenutzenSiedasGerätnichtinexplosionsgefährdeten

Bereichen, zum Beispiel in Gegenwart von

brennbaren Flüssigkeiten, Gasen oder Staub. Geräte

können unter Umständen Funken erzeugen, welche

Staub oder Dämpfe entzünden können.

c) Im Falle eines Schadens oder einer Störung sollte

das Gerät sofort ausgeschaltet und dies einer

autorisierten Person gemeldet werden.

d) Wenn Sie nicht sicher sind, ob das Gerät

ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, wenden Sie sich an

den Service des Herstellers.

e) Reparaturen dürfen nur vom Service des Herstellers

durchgeführt werden. Führen Sie keine Reparaturen

auf eigene Faust durch!

f) Zum Löschen des Gerätes bei Brand oder Feuer, nur

Pulver-Feuerlöscher oder Kohlendioxidlöscher (CO2)

verwenden.

g) Kinder und Unbefugte dürfen am Arbeitsplatz nicht

anwesend sein. (Unachtsamkeit kann zum Verlust der

Kontrolle über das Gerät führen)

h) Während des Betriebs produziert das Gerät Staub

und Schmutz. Unbeteiligte Personen müssen vor

ihren schädlichen Auswirkungen geschützt werden.

i) Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Zustand der

Sicherheitsinformationsaufkleber. Falls die Aufkleber

unleserlich sind, sollten sie ausgetauscht werden.

j) Bewahren Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung für den

weiteren Gebrauch auf. Sollte dieses Gerät

an Dritte weitergegeben werden, muss die

Gebrauchsanleitung mit ausgehändigt werden.

k) Das Gerät ist nicht zu benutzen, wenn sich Menschen

(insbesondere Kinder) oder Tiere in der Nähe

benden.

l) Das Gerät darf nur bei Tageslicht oder künstlicher

Beleuchtung, die für gute Sichtbarkeit sorgt, benutzt

werden.

m) Das Gerät nicht in feuchter Umgebung benutzen.

n) Das Gerät sollte nicht unter schlechten

Wetterbedingungen benutzt werden, insbesondere

beim Gewitter oder wenn die Gefahr besteht, dass

ein Gewitter aufkommt.

o) Während des Betriebs stößt die Maschine Kieselsteine,

Tonfragmente, Zweige und dergleichen aus - die Teile,

auf die die Klingen treen. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit

sollte der Sicherheit von umstehenden Personen und

Tieren in der Nähe des Arbeitsbereichs geschenkt

werden. Ausgestoßene harte oder scharfe Teile

können zu Verletzungen führen.

HINWEIS!Kinder und Unbeteiligte müssen bei der

Arbeit mit diesem Gerät gesichert werden.

2.3. PERSÖNLICHE SICHERHEIT

a) Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät im Zustand der

Ermüdung, Krankheit, unter Einuss von Alkohol,

Drogen oder Medikamenten zu betreiben,

wenn diese die Fähigkeit das Gerät zu bedienen,

einschränken.

b) Die Maschine darf nur durch entsprechend

geschulte, zur Bedienung geeignete und physisch

gesunde Personen bedient werden, die die

vorliegende Anleitung gelesen haben und die

Arbeitsschutzanforderungen kennen.

c) Die Maschine ist nicht dazu bestimmt, durch

Personen (darunter Kinder) mit eingeschränkten

physischen, sensorischen und geistigen Fähigkeiten

bzw. durch Personen ohne entsprechende Erfahrung

und/oder entsprechendes Wissen bedient zu

werden, es sei denn es gibt eine für ihre Aufsicht

und Sicherheit zuständige Person bzw. sie haben von

dieser Person entsprechende Hinweise in Bezug auf

die Bedienung der Maschine erhalten.

d) Seien Sie aufmerksam und verwenden Sie Ihren

gesunden Menschenverstand beim Betreiben des

Gerätes. Ein Moment der Unaufmerksamkeit während

der Arbeit kann zu schweren Verletzungen führen.

e) Benutzen Sie persönliche Schutzausrüstung, die für

den Betrieb des Gerätes entsprechend den in Punkt 1

der Symbolerläuterungen vorgegebenen Maßgaben

erforderlich ist. Die Verwendung geeigneter

und zertizierter persönlicher Schutzausrüstung

verringert das Verletzungsrisiko.

f) Um eine versehentliche Inbetriebnahme zu

vermeiden, vergewissern Sie sich, dass der

Schalter vor dem Anschließen an eine Stromquelle

ausgeschaltet ist.

g) Überschätzen Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten nicht. Halten Sie

Balance und Gleichgewicht während der Arbeit. Dies

gibt Ihnen eine bessere Kontrolle über das Gerät im

Falle unerwarteter Situationen.

e) Es ist untersagt die Maschine mit Wasserstrahlen zu

besprühen.

f) Man muss vermeiden, dass Wasser durch die

Belüftungsönungen am Gehäuse ins Innere

gelangt.

g) Die Belüftungsönungen sind mit Pinsel und

Druckluft zu reinigen.

h) Hinsichtlich der technischen Ezienz und eventueller

Schäden sollte eine regelmäßige Überprüfung des

Gerätes durchgeführt werden.

Orten, an denen unerwartet Personen erscheinen

können (z.B. Ausgang aus dem Gebäude).

Unterbrechen Sie den Einsatz des Gerätes in der Nähe

von Personen oder Tieren. Splitter und ausgeworfene

Teile können Sachschäden verursachen und eine

Person oder ein Tier verletzen.

• Bewegen Sie das eingeschaltete Gerät langsam und

gleichmäßig. Ein übermäßiges Schieben oder Laufen

mit dem Gerät ist verboten.

• Seien Sie immer besonders vorsichtig und prüfen

Sie, ob sich auf dem Weg des Gerätes keine

Metallgegenstände, spannungsführende Kabel,

große Steine usw. benden.

• Bevor Sie den Boden mit einer Bodenfräse bearbeiten,

ist es immer notwendig, sich zu vergewissern, dass

sich keine Rohre, Stangen, Kabel, Elemente usw. in

der Tiefe benden, in der die Messer der Maschine

eindringen.

• Überprüfen Sie immer den Zustand der Klingen,

stumpfe, gebogene Klingen verursachen

Fehlfunktionen des Gerätes.

Höhenverstellung

Um die Höhe des Gerätes einzustellen, ziehen Sie den

Netzstecker und warten Sie, bis sich die Messer nicht mehr

bewegen. Entfernen Sie dann den Sicherungsstift. Ziehen

Sie den Stift heraus, stellen Sie die gewünschte Höhe des

Gerätes ein, drücken Sie den Stift dann durch die Löcher

und verriegeln Sie ihn mit einem Splint.

Gefahren bei der Verwendung des Geräts

Während des Betriebs können mechanische Gefahren

auftreten. Mechanische Gefahren entstehen, wenn es

zu Verletzungen infolge der mechanischen Auswirkung

von unterschiedlichen Bauteilen kommen kann, z. B. der

Maschinenteile, Werkzeuge etc. Grundsätzliche mechanische

Gefahren sind: Quetschen, Zusammendrücken, Schneiden

oder Abschneiden, Einwickeln, Erfassen, Schürfen, Stolpern

und Schleudern. Diese Gefahren können beim normalen

und gestörten Betrieb der Maschine auftreten. Sie können

zu Maschinenstörungen führen. Mechanische Gefahren

können unter folgenden Umständen entstehen: sich

bewegende Maschinen, beförderte Ladungen, bewegliche

Bestandteile, rohe/scharfe Bauteile, herabfallende

Bestandteile/Ladungen, unebene, glatte Oberächen,

beschränkte Räume, Lage der Arbeitsstelle im Verhältnis

zum Boden.

3.4. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG

a) Vor jeder Reinigung und Einstellung, dem Austausch

von Zubehör oder wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt

wird, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.

b) Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen der Oberäche

ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoe.

c) Lassen Sie nach jeder Reinigung alle Teile gut

trocknen, bevor das Gerät erneut verwendet wird.

3.2. VORBEREITUNG ZUM BETRIEB

Aufbau des gerätes

I. Verbinden Sie die linke und rechte Halterung mit der

Kunststo-Querstange.

II. Schrauben Sie die Elemente der Querstange mit 4

Schrauben zusammen.

III. Schrauben Sie das Rahmenelement an die

montierten Halterungen.

IV. Schrauben Sie den Rahmen mit den Halterungen am

unteren Teil des Gerätes fest.

V. Befestigen Sie das Netzkabel mit Hilfe von

Steckhalterungen am Rahmen.

3.3. ARBEIT MIT DEM GERÄT

Ein- und Ausschalten des Gerätes

1. Um den Motor zu starten, drücken und halten Sie die

Verriegelungstaste und drücken und halten Sie dann

den Schalter. Lassen Sie die Verriegelungstaste los.

2. Um den Motor des Gerätes auszuschalten, lassen Sie

den Schalter los.

Bedienung

1. Stellen Sie das Gerät in den Arbeitsbereich und

überprüfen Sie den Arbeitsbereich auf Gegenstände

und Materialien (z.B. Steine, große Wurzeln, etc.), die

von den Messern ausgeworfen werden können, die

zu Beschädigungen oder Blockaden führen.

2. Stellen Sie die Höhe des Rahmens ein.

3. Schließen Sie das Gerät wie auf dem Typenschild

angegeben an die Stromversorgung an. Hängen

Sie das Verlängerungskabel an den Haken an der

Unterseite eines der Halterungen des Gerätes.

4. Halten Sie vor dem Starten der Maschine beide

Halterungen fest und halten Sie sie fest, so dass ein

Ruck nach dem Starten des Motors nicht dazu führt,

dass der Bediener die Kontrolle über die Maschine

verliert.

5. Schalten Sie den Motor des Gerätes ein.

6. Beginnen Sie, den Boden zu lockern. Wenden Sie bei

der Verwendung des Geräts keine Gewalt an.

7. Wenn die Klingen blockiert sind, z.B. durch

Verfangen in den Wurzeln, trennen Sie das Gerät von

der Stromversorgung und warten Sie, bis die Klingen

stehen bleiben. Kippen Sie das Gerät und beseitigen

Sie vorsichtig die Ursache der Blockade.

8. Wenn die Maschine an einem Punkt festsitzt (die

Messer drehen sich, aber die Maschine bewegt sich

nicht vorwärts), bewegen Sie sie vorsichtig zu den

Seiten, bis die Maschine wieder vorwärts fährt.

9. Schalten Sie das Gerät immer aus und trennen

Sie es nach Abschluss der Arbeiten von der

Stromversorgung.

2.1. ELECTRICAL SAFETY

a) The plug has to t the socket. Do not modify the

plug in any way. Using original plugs and matching

sockets reduces the risk of electric shock. Never use

a damaged or incomplete plug.

b) Avoid touching earthed elements such as pipes,

heaters, boilers and fridges. There is an increased risk

of electric shock if the earthed device is exposed to

rain, in direct contact with a wet surface or operating

in a humid environment. Water ingression into the

device increases the risk of damage to the device

and of electric shock.

c) Do not touch the device with wet or damp hands.

d) Use the cable only in accordance with its designated

use. Never use it to carry the device or to pull the

plug out of a socket. Keep the cable away from heat

sources, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged

or tangled cables increase the risk of electric shock.

e) If working with the device outside, make sure to use

an extension lead suitable for external use. Using an

extension lead suitable for external use reduces the

risk of electric shock.

f) If using the device in a humid environment cannot

be avoided, a residual current device (RCD) should

be applied. The use of an RCD reduces the risk of

g) Check regularly that the residual-current device

(RCD) works properly.

h) Do not use the machine if the power cord or the

parts of the machine away from the extension cord

the power supply to the wall socket and then unplug

the cord from the socket.

2.2. SAFETY AT THE WORKPLACE

a) Make sure the workplace is orderly and well lit. A

messy or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents.

Try to anticipate what may happen, observe what is

going on and use common sense when working with

the device.

b) Do not use the device in an explosion hazard zone, for

example in the presence of ammable liquids, gasses

or dust. The device generates sparks which may ignite

dust or fumes.

c) Upon discovering damage or irregular operation,

immediately switch the device o and report it to a

supervisor without delay.

d) If there are any doubts as to the correct operation

of the device, contact the manufacturer‘s support

service.

e) Only the manufacturer‘s service point may repair the

device. Do not attempt any repairs independently!

f) If a re starts, use solely powder or carbon dioxide

(CO2) re extinguishers suitable for use on live devices

to put it out.

g) Children or unauthorised persons are forbidden from

entering a work station. (A distraction may result in a

loss of control over the device).

h) During operation with the device it is produced dust

and debris, it is necessary to protect unauthorized

persons against their harmful eects.

i) Regularly inspect the condition of the safety labels. If

the labels are illegible, they must be replaced.

j) Please keep this manual available for future reference.

If this device is passed on to third parties, the manual

must be passed on with it.

k) Stop operating the machine if there are people

(especially children) or pets nearby.

l) The machine must only be used in daylight or with

articial light that guarantees good visibility.

m) Do not use the machine in moist environments.

n) Avoid using the machine in bad weather conditions,

especially during lightning storms or if there is a risk

of a lightning storm.

o) When operating, the machine ejects material that

comes into contact with the blades, such as stones,

hard pieces of clay, twigs etc. Care should be taken

not to injure bystanders and animals near the working

area. The ejected hard or sharp elements can cause

injuries.

REMEMBER!When using the device, protect

children and other bystanders.

2.3. PERSONAL SAFETY

a) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the

inuence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which

can signicantly impair the ability to operate the

device.

b) The machine may be operated by physically t

persons who are able to handle the machine and

properly trained and who reviewed this operating

manual and received training in occupational health

and safety.

c) The machine is not designed to be handled by

persons (including children) with limited mental

and sensory functions or persons lacking relevant

experience and/ or knowledge unless they are

supervised by a person responsible for their safety

or they have received instructions on how to operate

the machine.

d) When working with the device, use common sense

and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration whilst

using the device may lead to serious injuries.

e) Use personal protection equipment as required

for working with the device, specied in section 1

(Legend). The use of correct, approved personal

protection equipment reduces the risk of suering

an injury.

f) To prevent the device from accidentally switching on,

make sure the switch is on the OFF position before

connecting to a power source.

g) Do not overestimate your abilities. When using the

device keep your balance and remain stable at all

times. This will ensure better control over the device

in unexpected situations.

h) Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair,

clothes and gloves away from moving parts. Loose

clothing, jewellery or long hair may get caught in

moving parts.

i) Remove all adjusting tools or spanners before

turning the device on. A tool or spanner left in the

revolving part of the device may cause injury.

j) The device is not a toy. Children should be supervised

so that they will not play with the device.

k) When working with the machine, wear proper

footwear and long trousers. Any use of the machine

barefoot or wearing open shoes is forbidden.

l) Always make sure that the machine ventilation

openings are free from dirt (e.g. stones, grass,

branches, leaves)

m) Incomplete or modied machines can be dangerous

and must not be used.

n) Always maintain a stable posture when using the

machine on a slope.

o) Running with the machine is forbidden. The machine

must be operated at walking speed.

2.4. SAFE DEVICE USE

a) Do not overload the device. Use appropriate tools

for the given task. A correctly selected device will

perform the task for which it was designed better

and in a safer manner.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE

Assembly of the device

rotate, but the machine does not move forward),

gently move the machine sideways until it starts to

move forward again.

9. After you complete the job, always switch o the

machine and unplug it from the power supply.

Advice for use

• Do not use the machine near buildings, objects, etc.

that are made of a fragile material such as glass and

close to cars or places where people may appear

unexpectedly (e.g. building doors). Stop using

the device near other people or animals. Ejected

fragments and objects may damage property and

injure people or animals.

• While operating, move the machine with a slow,

regular movement. Do not push the machine too

excessively. Do not run with the machine.

• Always remain alert and check that the way before

the machine is free from metal objects, live cables,

large stones, etc.

• Before starting to work the soil using the tiller, always

verify that at the depth to which the blade enters the

soil there are no tubes, metal rods, cables, etc.

• Always check the condition of the blades, blunt or

bent blades will result in an improper operation of

the machine.

Adjusting the height

To adjust the height of the machine, unplug the machine

from the power supply and wait for the blades to stop

rotating. Remove the locking pin that locks the bolt. Pull

out the bolt, set the preferred height and then insert the

bolt through the holes and lock it with the locking pin.

I. Connect the left and right handle using the plastic

crosspiece.

II. Screw the crosspiece elements together using 4

screws.

III. Screw the frame to the assembled handles.

IV. Screw the frame with mounted handles to the

bottom part of the machine,

V. Fasten the power cord to the frame by snapping it

into the clamps.

3.3. DEVICE USE

Switching the machine on and o

1. In order to start the engine, press and hold the Lock

button and then press and hold the On/O Switch.

Release the Lock button.

2. To switch o the engine, release the On/O Switch.

Operation

1. Place the machine in the work area and check the

work area for foreign objects and materials (e.g.

stones, large roots etc.) which could be ejected by

the blades or cause damage or blockage.

2. Adjust the frame height.

3. Connect the machine to the power supply

compatible with the data on the nameplate. Hang

the extension cord on the hook at the bottom of one

of the machine handles.

4. Before starting the machine, rmly grip both the

handles and hold rmly, so that any jerk to the front

after starting the engine does not result in a loss of

operator control of the machine.

5. Switch on the engine.

6. Start working the soil. Do not use force when using

the machine.

7. In case of blade blockage e.g. by entanglement in

roots, unplug the machine from the power supply

and wait for the blades to fully stop. Tilt the machine

The machine is intended for the preparation of soil for

crops, lawns etc. by loosening and levelling the soil using

the rotating blades. The user is liable for any damage

resulting from nonintended use of the device.

3.1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION

h) Avoid situations where the device halts during

use due to excessive loading. This may result in

overheating of the drive elements and device

damage.

i) Do not touch articulated parts or accessories, unless

the device has been disconnected from a power

source.

j) The specied vibrations emission was measured

using standard measurement methods. Vibrations

emissions may change if the device is used in

dierent surroundings.

k) Do not leave this appliance unattended while it is in

use.

l) Before each use, check that the machine does not

show signs of wear or damage.

m) Do not use the machine with a damaged, incorrectly

installed or removed cover.

n) Always keep your hands, feet and other parts of the

body away from the cutting elements, especially

during the engine start.

o) The blades continue to rotate due to the power of

inertia for a few seconds after switching the machine

o.

p) Always make sure that there are no metal objects

or other elements in the work area that could be

ejected by the cutting elements and cause damage

to property or personal injury

q) While starting the machine, be cautious and do not

approach the cutting elements

r) Make sure that your hands are in the correct position

while starting the machine. Firmly grip the machine

using both handles.

s) Before each use, make sure that all nuts, screws and

all machine parts are properly tightened.

t) Unplug the machine from the power supply:

• before passing the machine to another user,

• before leaving the machine without supervision

(even for a short time),

• before removing blockages from any part of the

machine,

• before carrying out any technical inspections,

repairs, cleaning or performing any maintenance

operations.

u) If the machine emits abnormal noises or reaches

abnormal vibration levels, immediately switch o the

machine, unplug it from the wall socket and search

for the cause of the problem. Excessive vibration may

damage the machine and injure the user.

v) Do not operate the machine on excessively steep,

sloping surfaces.

w) When operating the machine on an inclined surface,

always move diagonally across the slope, never

move in the top-bottom direction.

x) Take special care when changing the direction of

movement when operating the machine on slopes.

y) Take special care when reversing the machine or

pulling it towards yourself.

z) If you stop using the machine and want to leave

the work area (even for a moment), switch o the

machine and unplug it from the power supply.

ATTENTION!Despite the safe design of the device

and its protection facilities and despite the use of

additional elements protecting the operator, there is

still a slight risk of an accident or injury when using

the device. When using the device stay alert and use

common sense.

Hazards in the course of using the device

The hazards that can occur during use of the machine

are mechanical hazards. The mechanical hazard occurs

in situations in which injuries can result from mechanical

impact of various elements, e.g. machine parts, tools,

etc. on people. The basic mechanical hazards include

squeezing, crushing, cutting, pulling in or catching; impact;

puncture; abrasion; as well as slipping and stumbling.

These hazards can occur both during normal machine

operation and as a result of irregularities in machine

operation. These irregularities might result in machine

failure. The mechanical hazards can result from: moving

machines, transported loads, moving elements, sharp/

rough elements, dropping elements/loads, slippery uneven

surfaces, limited space, location of the work station in

relation to the ground.

3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

a) Before each cleaning, adjustment, replacement

of accessories and if the device is not used, it is

necessary to pull out the mains plug.

trubky, topidla, kamna a chladničky. Pokud je

zařízení uzemněno, existuje zvýšené nebezpečí úrazu

elektrickým proudem v následku působení deště,

mokrého povrchu a práce se zařízením ve vlhkém

prostředí. Proniknutí vody do zařízení zvyšuje

nebezpečí jeho poškození a úrazu elektrickým

proudem.

c) Zařízení se nedotýkejte mokrýma nebo vlhkýma

rukama.

d) Napájecí kabel nepoužívejte na jiné účely, než na

které je určen. Nikdy jej nepoužívejte k přenášení

zařízení nebo k vytahování zástrčky ze síťové

zásuvky. Držte jej mimo dosah tepla, oleje, ostrých

hran nebo rotujících dílů. Poškozené nebo zamotané

elektrické napájecí kabely zvyšují nebezpečí úrazu

elektrickým proudem.

e) Při práci se zařízením venku používejte prodlužovací

kabely pro venkovní použití. Použití vhodného

prodlužovacího kabelu snižuje nebezpečí úrazu

elektrickým proudem.

f) Pokud není možné vyhnout se práci se zařízením

ve vlhkém prostředí, používejte přitom proudový

chránič (RCD). Používání RCD snižuje nebezpečí

úrazu elektrickým proudem.

g) Pravidelně kontrolujte, zda je proudový jistič (RCD)

funkční.

h) Zařízení nepoužívejte, pokud je napájecí nebo

prodlužovací kabel poškozen nebo nese výrazné

známky opotřebení. Poškozený napájecí kabel musí

vyměnit kvalikovaný elektrikář nebo servis výrobce.

i) Nezapojujte poškozený napájecí kabel do zásuvky

a nedotýkejte se napájecího kabelu, dokud nebude

odpojen o zásuvky, hrozí úraz elektrickým proudem.

j) Během práce zachovejte obezřetnost a držte

pohyblivé části zařízení mimo prodlužovací kabel,

neboť jejich vzájemný kontakt může způsobit

poškození prodlužovacího kabelu a úraz elektrickým

proudem.

k) V případě poškození napájecího kabelu nejdříve

vypněte přívod proudu do zásuvky, teprve pak

vytáhněte zástrčku kabelu ze zásuvky.

2.2. BEZPEČNOST NA PRACOVIŠTI

a) Na pracovišti udržujte pořádek a dobré osvětlení.

Nepořádek nebo špatné osvětlení mohou vést k

úrazům. Buďte předvídaví a sledujte, co se během

práce kolem vás děje. Při práci se zařízením vždy

zachovávejte zdravý rozum.

b) Se zařízením nepracujte ve výbušném prostředí,

například v přítomnosti hořlavých kapalin, plynů nebo

prachu. Zařízení vytváří jiskření, skrze které může dojít

ke vznícení prachu nebo výparů.

c) Pokud zjistíte, že zařízení nepracuje správně, nebo

je poškozeno, ihned jej vypněte a poruchu nahlaste

autorizované osobě.

d) Pokud máte pochybnosti o tom, zda zařízení funguje

správně, kontaktujte servis výrobce.

e) Opravy zařízení může provádět pouze servis výrobce.

Opravy neprovádějte sami!

f) V případě vzniku požáru k hašení zařízení pod

napětím používejte pouze práškové nebo sněhové

hasicí přístroje (CO2).

g) Na pracovišti se nesmí zdržovat děti a nepovolané

osoby. (Nepozornost může způsobit ztrátu kontroly

nad zařízením).

h) Při práci se zařízením vzniká velké množství prachů

a úlomků, chraňte přihlížející osoby proti jejich

škodlivému vlivu.

i) Je třeba pravidelně kontrolovat stav etiket s

bezpečnostními informacemi. V případě, že jsou

nečitelné, je třeba etikety vyměnit.

j) Návod k obsluze uschovejte za účelem jeho

pozdějšího použití. V případě předání zařízení třetím

osobám musí být spolu se zařízením předán rovněž

návod k obsluze.

k) Zařízení nepoužívejte, pokud se v blízkosti nacházejí

lidé (především děti) nebo zvířata.

l) Zařízení smí být používáno pouze při denním světle

nebo při umělém osvětlení zajišťujícím dobrou

viditelnost.

m) Zařízení nepoužívejte ve vlhkém prostředí.

n) Zařízení nepoužívejte při špatném počasí, především

při bouřce, nebo když je nasnadě, že přijde.

o) Zařízení za chodu odhazuje kamínky, tvrdé kousky

hlíny, větvičky a podobné prvky, na které narazí ostří.

Věnujte zvláštní pozornost bezpečnosti osob a zvířat

nacházejících se v blízkosti místa, kde se zařízením

pracujete. Vymrštěné tvrdé nebo ostré prvky mohou

způsobit tělesná zranění.

PAMATUJTE! Při práci se zařízením chraňte děti a

jiné nepovolané osoby.

2.3. OSOBNÍ BEZPEČNOST

a) Nepoužívejte zařízení, jste-li unaveni nebo pod

vlivem drog, alkoholu nebo léků, které významně

snižují schopnost ovládat zařízení.

b) Zařízení smí obsluhovat fyzicky zdatné osoby, které

s ním umí zacházet, byly příslušně vyškoleny k jeho

obsluze, seznámily se s tímto návodem a byly také

proškoleny v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při

práci.

c) Zařízení není určen k tomu, aby jej používaly osoby

(včetně dětí) s omezenými psychickými, smyslovými

nebo duševními schopnostmi nebo osoby bez

příslušných zkušeností a/nebo znalostí, ledaže

jsou pod dohledem osoby zodpovědné za jejich

bezpečnost nebo od ní obdržely pokyny, jak zařízení

obsluhovat.

d) Při práci se zařízením buďte pozorní, řiďte se

zdravým rozumem. Chvilka nepozornosti při práci

může vést k vážnému úrazu.

e) Používejte osobní ochranné pomůcky vyžadované pro

práci se zařízením, specikované v bodě 1 vysvětlením

symbolů. Používání vhodných, atestovaných osobních

ochranných prostředků snižuje nebezpečí úrazu.

f) Zabraňte náhodnému spuštění. Ujistěte se, že je

spínač ve vypnuté poloze před připojením zařízení k

napájecímu zdroji.

g) Nepřeceňujte své schopnosti. Udržujte stabilní postoj

a rovnováhu po celou dobu práce. To vám umožní

lépe ovládat zařízení v neočekávaných situacích.

h) Nenoste volné oblečení nebo šperky. Vlasy, oděv

a rukavice udržujte v bezpečné vzdálenosti od

rotujících dílů. Volný oděv, šperky nebo dlouhé vlasy

mohou zachytit rotující díly.

i) Odstraňte veškeré seřizovací nástroje nebo klíče před

zapnutím zařízení. Nástroje nebo klíče ponechané v

rotujících dílech zařízení mohou způsobit vážný úraz.

j) Zařízení není hračka. Dohlížejte na děti, aby si se

zařízením nehrály.

k) Během práce se zařízením používejte vhodnou obuv

a dlouhé kalhoty. Je zakázáno používat zařízení

naboso nebo s odkrytou obuví.

l) Vždy se ujistěte, že ventilační otvory zařízení nejsou

znečištěné (např. kamení, zbytky trávy, větvičky, listí).

m) Nekompletní nebo svévolně upravované zařízení

může být nebezpečné a je zakázáno jej používat.

n) Při použití zařízení na šikmém povrchu stůjte pevně a

stabilně.

o) Se zařízením neběhejte, veďte jej pomalým krokem.

2.4. BEZPEČNÉ POUŽÍVÁNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ

a) Zařízení nepřetěžujte. Pro daný úkol používejte vždy

správný typ nářadí. Správně zvolené nářadí lépe a

bezpečněji provede práci, pro kterou bylo navrženo.

3.2. PŘÍPRAVA K PRÁCI

8. V případě, že se zařízení zasekne v jednom místě

(ostří se otáčí, ale zařízení se neposouvá vpřed),

jemně jím hýbejte do stran, dokud se zařízení znovu

nezačne posouvat vpřed.

9. Po dokončení práce vždy zařízení vypněte a odpojte

jej od zdroje napájení.

Pokyny k použití

• Nepoužívejte zařízení v blízkosti budov, věcí a

podobných prvků vyrobených z křehkého materiálu,

např. skla, ani v blízkosti automobilů a míst, kde

se mohou nečekaně objevit lidé (např. východ z

budovy). Nepoužívejte zařízení v blízkosti jiných

osob a zvířat. Vymrštěné prvky mohou poškodit

majetek a zranit osoby nebo zvířata.

• Zapnuté zařízení posouvejte pomalým,

stejnoměrným pohybem. Netlačte nadměrně

zařízení vpřed a neběhejte s ním.

• Vždy buďte mimořádně obezřetní a kontrolujte, jestli

zařízení v cestě neleží kovové předměty, kabely pod

napětím, velké kameny apod.

• Před zahájením obdělávání půdy pomocí zařízení

vždy ověřte, zda se v hloubce, do které dosáhne ostří,

nenacházejí žádné trubky, tyče, hadice a podobné

předměty.

• Vždy kontrolujte stav ostří, neboť tupé a zohýbané

ostří způsobí nesprávnou funkci zařízení.

Nastavení výšky

Před nastavením výšky zařízení vždy vypněte, odpojte od

zdroje napájení a vyčkejte, až se ostří zastaví. Následně

vytáhněte závlačku, která blokuje čep. Vytáhněte čep,

nastavte požadovanou výšku zařízení, následně protáhněte

čep přes otvory a zablokujte závlačkou.

I. Levý a pravý úchyt vzájemně spojte pomocí plastové

příčky.

II. Prvky příčky sešroubujte pomocí 4 šroubů.

III. Přišroubujte prvek rámu ke smontovaným úchytům.

IV. Přišroubujte rám s upevněnými úchyty k dolní části

zařízení.

V. Připevněte napájecí kabel k rámu pomocí

vtlačovaných úchytů.

3.3. PRÁCE SE ZAŘÍZENÍM

Zapnutí a vypnutí zařízení

1. Za účelem spuštění motoru stiskněte a přidržte

tlačítko blokace, následně stiskněte a přidržte spínač.

Uvolněte tlačítko blokace.

2. Pro vypnutí motoru stroje uvolněte spínač.

Obsluha

1. Zařízení postavte na místo práce a zkontrolujte

pracovní oblast z hlediska předmětů a materiálů

(např. kamenů, velkých kořenů atd.), které mohou

být vymrštěny ostřím, způsobit jeho poškození nebo

zablokování.

2. Nastavte výšku rámu.

3. Připojte zařízení ke zdroji shodnému s údaji

uvedenými na výrobním štítku. Prodlužovací kabel

zavěste na háček, který se nachází v dolní části

jednoho z úchytů zařízení.

4. Před spuštěním zařízení chyťte stabilně oba úchyty

a silně je držte tak, aby případné trhnutí vpřed po

spuštění motoru nezpůsobilo ztrátu kontroly nad

ovládáním stroje.

5. Zapněte motor zařízení.

6. Zahajte kypření půdy. Při provozu zařízení

nepoužívejte sílu.

7. V případě zablokování ostří, např. při zamotání

do kořenů, odpojte zařízení od zdroje napájení

a vyčkejte, až se ostří zastaví. Nakloňte zařízení a

opatrně odstraňte příčinu blokace.

3. ZÁSADY POUŽÍVÁNÍ

Zařízení je určeno k přípravě půdy pro záhony, trávníky

apod. prostřednictvím jejího zkypření a vyrovnání povrchu

pomocí rotujících nožů. Odpovědnost za veškeré škody

vzniklé v důsledku použití zařízení v rozporu s určením

nese uživatel.

3.1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION

b) Zařízení nepoužívejte, pokud spínač pro zapnutí a/

nebo vypnutí zařízení nefunguje správně. Zařízení,

které nelze ovládat spínačem, je nebezpečné a musí

být opraveno.

c) Nepoužívaná zařízení uchovávejte mimo dosah dětí

a osob, které nejsou seznámeny se zařízením nebo

návodem k obsluze. Zařízení jsou nebezpečná v

rukou nezkušených uživatelů.

d) Zařízení udržujte v dobrém technickém stavu.

Kontrolujte před každou prací jeho celkový stav i

jednotlivé díly a ujistěte se, že je vše v dobrém stavu,

a nehrozí tak uživateli při práci se zařízením žádné

nebezpečí. V případě zjištění poškození nechte

zařízení opravit.

e) Udržujte zařízení mimo dosah dětí.

f) Opravu a údržbu zařízení by měly provádět

pouze kvalikované osoby za výhradního použití

originálních náhradních dílů. Zajistí to bezpečné

používání zařízení.

g) Pro zachování navržené mechanické integrity

zařízení neodstraňujte předem namontované kryty

nebo neuvolňujte šrouby.

h) Zabraňte situaci, kdy se zapnuté zařízení zastaví

vlivem velkého zatížení. Může to způsobit přehřátí

hnacích součástí a v následku poškození zařízení.

i) Pokud zařízení nebylo odpojeno od napájení,

nedotýkejte se rotujících dílů nebo součástí.

j) Uvedená emise vibrací byla změřena pomocí

standardních měřicích metod. Hodnota emise

vibrací se může změnit při používání zařízení v jiných

okolních podmínkách.

k) Zapnuté zařízení nenechávejte bez dozoru.

l) Před každým použitím zkontrolujte, zda zařízení

nenese stopy opotřebení nebo poškození.

m) Nepoužívejte zařízení s poškozeným, nesprávně

namontovaným nebo demontovaným krytem.

n) Vždy mějte ruce, chodidla a jiné části těla v bezpečné

vzdálenosti od řezacích prvků, především během

spouštění motoru zařízení.

o) Ostří se stále otáčejí setrvačnou silou i několik

sekund po vypnutí zařízení.

p) Vždy se ujistěte, že se v místě, kde se zařízením

pracujete, nenacházejí kovové předměty nebo jiné

materiály, které při vymrštění řezacími prvky mohou

způsobit poškození majetku nebo tělesná zranění.

q) Při spouštění zařízení udržujte pozornost a

nepřibližujte se k řezacím prvkům.

r) Při spouštění zařízení mějte ruce v příslušné poloze.

Zařízení pevně držte za oba úchyty současně.

s) Před každým spuštěním zkontrolujte, zda jsou

všechny matice, šrouby a další prvky zařízení správně

dotaženy.

t) Vytáhněte zástrčku ze zásuvky:

• před předáním zařízení jinému uživateli,

• před ponecháním zařízení bez dohledu (i když je

to jen na několik minut),

• před odstraněním blokací z jakékoli části zařízení,

• před zahájením technické prohlídky, opravy,

čištění nebo provádění jakékoli údržby.

u) Pokud zařízení vydává atypické zvuky nebo

abnormálně vibruje, okamžitě jej vypněte, vytáhněte

zástrčku ze zásuvky a zjistěte příčinu problému.

Nadměrné vibrace mohou poškodit zařízení a zranit

uživatele.

v) Nepoužívejte zařízení na nadměrně strmých, šikmých

svazích.

w) Při použití zařízení na šikmé ploše se pohybujte po

úhlopříčce svahu, nikdy se nepohybujte nahoru-dolů.

x) Při změně směru pohybu stroje během práce ve

svahu udržujte mimořádnou obezřetnost.

y) Při couvání nebo přitahování zařízení svým směrem

udržujte mimořádnou obezřetnost.

z) Vypněte zařízení a odpojte zdroj proudu před

každým (byť dočasným) zastavením provozu a

opuštěním místa práce.

POZNÁMKA! Přestože zařízení bylo navrženo tak,

aby bylo bezpečné, mělo vhodná zabezpečení i

přes použití dodatečných zabezpečovacích prvků

uživatele, nadále existuje malé nebezpečí úrazu

nebo poranění při práci se zařízením. Doporučuje

se zachovat opatrnost a zdravý rozum při jeho

používání.

Nebezpečnost při používání zařízení

Nebezpečí, která se mohou objevit během používání stroje,

jsou mechanického typu. Mechanické nebezpečí vzniká

v situaci, kdy může dojít k úrazům, jež jsou důsledkem

mechanického působení na různých předmětů, např.

součástí strojů, nářadí apod. na lidský organismus. Mezi

základní mechanická nebezpečí patří uskřípnutí, rozdrcení,

useknutí, rozříznutí nebo odříznutí; zapletení; vtažení nebo

zachycení; náraz; probodnutí nebo proražení; stržení nebo

odření; dále uklouznutí a klopýtnutí. Tato nebezpečí se

mohou vyskytnout jak během normálního provozu stroje,

tak v důsledku závad při provozu stroje. Tyto závady

mohou způsobit poruchu stroje. Zdrojem mechanického

nebezpečí mohou být: pohybující se stroje, přepravované

náklady, pohyblivé díly, ostré / drsné součásti, padající

předměty / břemena, kluzké nerovné povrchy, omezený

prostor, poloha pracoviště vůči podlaze.

3.4. ČIŠTĚNÍ A ÚDRŽBA

a) Před každým čištěním, seřízením, výměnou

příslušenství a také pokud zařízení nepoužíváte,

vytáhněte síťovou zástrčku.

b) K čištění povrchů používejte výhradně prostředky

2.1. SÉCURITÉ ÉLECTRIQUE

2.4. UTILISATION SÉCURITAIRE DE L’APPAREIL

d) Maintenez l’appareil en parfait état de marche. Avant

être retirés.

s) Avant chaque démarrage, assurez-vous que tous les

correctement serrés.

t) Débranchez la machine:

• avant de la transférer à un autre utilisateur,

et vériez la cause du problème. Des vibrations

excessives peuvent endommager l’appareil et

blesser l’utilisateur.

v) N’utilisez pas la machine sur des surfaces trop

inclinées.

w) Lorsque vous utilisez la machine sur une surface

inclinée, déplacez-vous en diagonale par rapport à

la pente ; ne montez et ne descendez jamais dans le

sens de la pente.

changez le sens de déplacement de la machine

machine en reculant et la tirez vers vous.

g) Vériez régulièrement que le dispositif diérentiel à

h) N’utilisez pas la machine si le câble d’alimentation

ou la rallonge sont endommagés ou présentent des

2.2. SÉCURITÉ AU TRAVAIL

extincteurs à poudre ou au dioxyde de carbone (CO2)

pour étouer les ammes sur l’appareil.

g) Aucun enfant ni personne non autorisée ne doit se

trouver sur les lieux de travail. (Le non-respect de

cette consigne peut entraîner la perte de contrôle

sur l’appareil).

h) Durant le fonctionnement, l’appareil produit de la

poussière et de la saleté. Les personnes qui n’utilisent

pas l’appareil doivent être protégées contre les eets

néfastes de celui-ci.

i) Vériez régulièrement l’état des autocollants portant

des informations de sécurité. S’ils deviennent

illisibles, remplacez-les.

j) Conservez le manuel d’utilisation à portée pour

l’utilisation ultérieure. En cas de cession de l’appareil

à un tiers, l’appareil doit impérativement être

accompagné du manuel d’utilisation.

2.3. SÉCURITÉ DES PERSONNES

3. CONDITIONS D’UTILISATION

La machine est conçue pour préparer le sol en vue de planter

de la pelouse, en ameublissant et en retournant la terre

à l’aide de couteaux rotatifs. L’utilisateur porte l’entière

responsabilité en cas de dommages attribuables à un

usage inapproprié.

• Déplacez la machine lentement et régulièrement

lorsqu’elle fonctionne. Il est interdit de pousser la

machine trop fort ou d’avancer au pas de course

avec elle.

• Soyez toujours particulièrement prudent et assurez-

vous qu’aucun objet métallique, câble sous tension,

gros caillou ou objet similaire ne se trouve sur le

chemin de la machine.

• Avant de labourer le sol avec une motobineuse,

assurez-vous toujours qu’il ne contient pas de

tuyaux, de tiges métalliques, de câbles, etc. avec

lesquels les lames de la machine pourraient entrer

en contact.

• Vériez toujours l’état des lames. Des lames

émoussées et déformées peuvent provoquer un

dysfonctionnement de la machine.

Réglage de la hauteur

Pour régler la hauteur de la machine, débranchez-la et

attendez que le mouvement des lames s’arrête. Retirez

ensuite la goupillez de verrouillage. Retirez la tige, réglez

la hauteur souhaitée, réinsérez la tige dans les trous et

verrouillez-la avec une goupille.

I. Posez les poignées gauche et droite sur la barre

transversale en plastique.

II. Assemblez les éléments de la traverse à l’aide de 4 vis.

III. Vissez l’élément du cadre aux poignées assemblées.

IV. Vissez l’assemblage cadre-poignées au bas de la

machine.

V. Fixez le câble d’alimentation au cadre à l’aide des

pinces.

3.3. UTILISATION DE L’APPAREIL

Marche/arrêt de l’appareil

1. Pour démarrer le moteur, maintenez le bouton de

verrouillage enfoncé, puis maintenez l’interrupteur

enfoncé. Relâchez le bouton de verrouillage.

2. Pour arrête le moteur de la machine, relâchez

l’interrupteur.

Utilisation

1. Placez la machine sur le lieu de travail et vériez

que la zone de travail ne contient pas d’objets et

de matériaux pouvant être éjectés par les lames,

endommager celles-ci ou les bloquer. (pierres,

grandes racines, etc.)

2. Réglez la hauteur du cadre.

3. Branchez la machine à une source d’alimentation

conforme aux informations de la plaque signalétique.

Suspendez le câble de rallonge au crochet situé au

bas de l’une des poignées de la machine.

4. Avant de mettre en marche la machine, saisissez

fermement les deux poignées et tenez-les bien pour

éviter toute perte de contrôle après le démarrage du

moteur.

5. Démarrez le moteur.

6. Commencez à ameublir le sol. Ne forcez pas lors de

l’utilisation de la machine.

7. Si les lames se bloquent, par exemple à cause de

racines, débranchez la machine et attendez que les

lames arrêtent de tourner. Inclinez la machine et

enlevez ce qui cause le blocage.

8. Lorsque la machine se coince (les lames tournent,

mais la machine n’avance plus), déplacez-la

doucement d’un côté à l’autre jusqu’à ce qu’elle

recommence à avancer.

9. Une fois le travail terminé, arrêtez toujours la

machine et débranchez-la.

Conseils d’utilisation

• N’utilisez pas la machine à proximité de bâtiments,

d’objets, etc. faits de matériaux fragiles tels que

du verre, ni à proximité de voitures et d’endroits

où des personnes pourraient apparaître de façon

inattendue (par exemple à la sortie de bâtiments).

Arrêtez d’utiliser la machine lorsque des autres

personnes et des animaux se trouvent à proximité.

Les éclats et autres objets éjectés peuvent causer des

dommages et des blessures.

Dangers lors de l’utilisation de l’appareil

Le fonctionnement de la machine peut présenter des

dangers de nature mécanique. La notion de dangers de

nature mécanique signie que l’action mécanique de

diérents composants comme les pièces de la machine,

les outils, etc., peut causer des blessures. En principe, les

dangers de nature mécaniques incluent: l’écrasement, le

broiement, les coupures, le sectionnement, l’entortillement,

le happement, l’éraement, le trébuchement et la

projection. Ces dangers peuvent survenir pendant le

3.4. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

a) Avant chaque nettoyage ou réglage, avant tout

changement d’accessoire et lorsque vous ne

comptez pas utiliser l’appareil pour une période

prolongée, débranchez l’appareil.

b) Pour nettoyer les diérentes surfaces, n’utilisez que

des produits sans agents corrosifs.

c) Laissez bien sécher tous les composants de l’appareil

après chaque nettoyage avant de le réutiliser.

d) Conservez l’appareil dans un endroit frais et sec, à

l’abri de l’humidité et des rayons du soleil.

2.2. SICUREZZA SUL LAVORO

2.1. SICUREZZA ELETTRICA

a) La spina del dispositivo deve essere compatibile con

la presa. Non cambiare la spina per alcun motivo. Le

spine e le prese originali riducono il rischio di scosse

elettriche. Non utilizzare mai una spina danneggiata

o incompleta.

b) Evitare che il dispositivo tocchi componenti collegati

a terra come tubi, radiatori, forni e frigoriferi. Il

rischio di scosse elettriche aumenta se il corpo viene

messo a terra su superci umide o in un ambiente

umido. L‘acqua che penetra nel dispositivo aumenta

il rischio di danni e scosse elettriche.

c) Non toccare l‘apparecchio con le mani umide o

bagnate.

d) Non utilizzare il cavo in modo improprio. Non

Accensione e spegnimento del dispositivo

1. Per avviare il motore, premere e tenere premuto il

pulsante di blocco, quindi premere e tenere premuto

l‘interruttore. Rilasciare il pulsante di blocco.

2. Per spegnere il motore del dispositivo, rilasciare

l‘interruttore.

Utilizzo

1. Posizionare il dispositivo sul luogo di lavoro e

controllare l‘area di lavoro in termini di oggetti

e materiali (ad es. pietre, radici grandi, ecc.) che

possono essere espulsi dalle lame, danneggiarli o

bloccarli.

2. Regolare l‘altezza del telaio.

3. Collegare il dispositivo all‘alimentazione in base alle

informazioni sulla targhetta. Inserire la prolunga sul

gancio nella parte inferiore di una delle impugnature

del dispositivo.

4. Prima di avviare il dispositivo, aerrare saldamente

entrambe le impugnature e tenerle saldamente in

modo che il possibile scatto in avanti dopo l‘avvio

del motore non provochi la perdita del controllo

dell‘operatore sulla macchina.

5. Accendere il motore del dispositivo.

6. Procedere “all’allentamento” del terreno. Non usare

la forza quando si utilizza il dispositivo.

7. Se le lame si incastrano, ad esempio

aggrovigliandosi nelle radici, scollegare il dispositivo

dall‘alimentazione e attendere che le lame si fermino.

Inclinare il dispositivo e rimuovere attentamente la

causa del blocco.

8. Nel caso in cui il dispositivo si blocchi in un punto

(le lame ruotano, ma il dispositivo non avanza),

spostarlo delicatamente da un lato all‘altro nché il

dispositivo non riprende a muoversi in avanti.

9. Dopo aver terminato il lavoro, spegnere sempre il

dispositivo e scollegarlo dalla fonte di alimentazione.

Istruzioni per l‘uso

• Non utilizzare il dispositivo vicino a edici, oggetti,

ecc. fatti di materiale fragile, ad es. vetro e vicino

a macchine, luoghi in cui possono apparire

inaspettatamente persone (ad es. uscita dall‘edicio).

Smettere di usare il dispositivo vicino ad altre persone

e animali. Gli schizzi e gli elementi respinti possono

danneggiare i beni e ferire le persone o animali.

• Spostare il dispositivo acceso in modo lento e

costante. È vietato spingere eccessivamente il

dispositivo o correre se il dispositivo attivato.

• Prestare sempre particolare attenzione e controllare

che non vi siano oggetti metallici, cavi sotto tensione,

pietre di grandi dimensioni, ecc. nel percorso del

dispositivo.

• Prima di procedere a coltivare il terreno con una

fresatrice, vericare che non vi siano tubi, barre, li

ecc. nella profondità alla quale entrano le lame della

macchina.

• Controllare sempre le condizioni delle lame, le lame

smussate o piegate causeranno il malfunzionamento

del dispositivo.

Regolazione in altezza

Per regolare l‘altezza del dispositivo, scollegarlo

dall‘alimentazione e attendere che le lame si fermino.

Quindi rimuovere la coppiglia bloccante il perno. Estrarre

il perno, impostare l‘altezza preferita del dispositivo, quindi

inlare il perno attraverso i fori e bloccare con la coppiglia.

I. Collegare l’impugnatura sinistra e destra con la barra

di plastica

II. Avvitare gli elementi della barra trasversale con 4 viti.

III. Avvitare l‘elemento del telaio alle impugnature

assemblate.

IV. Avvitare il telaio con le impugnature montate sulla

parte inferiore del dispositivo.

V. Fissare il cavo di alimentazione al telaio con le

impugnature di spinta.

3.1. DESCRIZIONE DEL DISPOSITIVO

l) Accertarsi sempre che le aperture di ventilazione

del dispositivo siano prive di impurità (ad es. pietre,

detriti di erba, rami, foglie).

m) Il dispositivo incompleto o modicato può essere

pericoloso e non deve essere usato.

n) Utilizzando il dispositivo su una pendenza,

mantenere sempre una postura stabile durante il

lavoro.

o) È vietato correre con la macchina, essa dovrebbe

essere condotta a passo d’uomo.

2.4. USO SICURO DEL DISPOSITIVO

a) Non far surriscaldare il dispositivo. Utilizzare

strumenti appropriati. Dispositivi scelti correttamente

e un attento utilizzo degli stessi portano a risultati

migliori.

b) Non utilizzare il dispositivo se l‘interruttore ON/

OFF non funziona correttamente (non accendere

o spegnere l‘unità). I dispositivi con interruttore

difettoso sono pericolosi quindi devono essere

riparati.

c) Gli strumenti inutilizzati devono essere tenuti fuori

dalla portata dei bambini e delle persone che non

hanno familiarità con l‘unità e le istruzioni. Nelle

mani di persone inesperte, questo apparecchio può

rappresentare un pericolo.

d) Mantenere l‘apparecchio in perfette condizioni.

Prima di ogni utilizzo, vericare che non vi siano

danni generali o danni alle parti mobili (frattura di

parti e componenti o altre condizioni che potrebbero

compromettere il funzionamento sicuro della

macchina). In caso di danni, l‘unità deve essere

riparata prima dell‘uso.

e) Tenere il dispositivo fuori dalla portata dei bambini.

f) La riparazione e la manutenzione dell‘attrezzatura

devono essere eseguite esclusivamente da personale

specializzato qualicato e con pezzi di ricambio

originali. Ciò garantisce la sicurezza durante l‘uso.

g) Per garantire l‘integrità di funzionamento

dell‘apparecchio, i coperchi o le viti installati in

fabbrica non devono essere rimossi.

h) Evitare situazioni in cui l‘unità si arresta a causa di un

carico eccessivo durante il funzionamento. Ciò può

causare il surriscaldamento dei componenti e quindi

danni all‘apparecchio.

i) Non toccare parti mobili o accessori senza aver

scollegato il dispositivo dall‘alimentazione.

j) Il valore di emissione di vibrazioni dichiarato viene

misurato con metodi di misurazione standard. Il

valore di emissione delle vibrazioni può cambiare

se il dispositivo viene utilizzato in altre condizioni di

lavoro.

k) Non lasciare il dispositivo incustodito mentre è in

uso.

l) Prima di ogni utilizzo, vericare che il dispositivo non

presenti segni di usura o danni.

m) Non utilizzare il dispositivo con un coperchio

danneggiato, montato in modo errato o smontato.

n) Tenere sempre le mani, i piedi e le altre parti del

corpo lontano dagli elementi taglianti, specialmente

all’avvio del motore.

o) Le lame continuano a ruotare con la forza di inerzia

per alcuni secondi dopo aver spento il dispositivo.

p) Assicurarsi sempre che non vi siano oggetti metallici

o altri materiali nell‘area di lavoro che, scartati dalle

lame, potrebbero causare danni alla proprietà o

lesioni personali.

q) All’avvio del dispositivo, fare attenzione e non

avvicinarsi agli elementi di taglio.

r) Assicurarsi che le mani siano nella giusta posizione

all’avvio del dispositivo. Tenere saldamente

il dispositivo con entrambe le impugnature

contemporaneamente.

s) Prima di ogni avvio, assicurarsi che tutti i dadi, i

bulloni e tutte le parti del dispositivo siano serrati

correttamente.

t) Scollegare la spina dell‘apparecchio

dall‘alimentazione:

• prima di consegnare il dispositivo ad un altro

utente,

• prima di lasciare l‘apparecchio incustodito (anche

per alcuni minuti),

• prima di rimuovere i blocchi da qualsiasi parte del

dispositivo,

• prima di eseguire qualsiasi ispezione tecnica,

intervento di manutenzione, riparazione o pulizia.

u) Se il dispositivo emette rumori insoliti o

raggiunge un livello errato di vibrazioni, spegnerlo

immediatamente, rimuovere la spina dalla presa e

vericare la causa del problema. Vibrazioni eccessive

possono danneggiare il dispositivo e ferire l‘utente.

v) Non utilizzare il dispositivo su superci

eccessivamente ripide e inclinate.

w) Utilizzando il dispositivo su una supercie inclinata,

muoversi lungo la pendenza diagonale, senza mai

muoversi su e giù.

x) Prestare particolare attenzione cambiando la

direzione del movimento della macchina durante il

lavoro su un pendio.

y) Prestare particolare attenzione durante le manovre

in retromarcia o tirando la macchina verso di sé.

z) Spegnere il dispositivo e staccare la fonte di

alimentazione prima di qualsiasi cessazione

dell‘uso e di lasciare il posto di lavoro (anche

temporaneamente).

ATTENZIONE! Anche se l‘apparecchiatura è

stata progettata per essere sicura, sono presenti

degli ulteriori meccanismi di sicurezza. Malgrado

l‘applicazione di queste misure supplementari di

sicurezza sussiste comunque il rischio di ferirsi. Si

raccomanda inoltre di usare cautela e buon senso.

3. CONDIZIONI D‘USO

Il dispositivo è destinato alla preparazione del terreno

per colture, prati, ecc. allentando e livellando la supercie

tramite coltelli rotanti. L‘operatore è responsabile di tutti

i danni derivanti da un uso improprio.

Rischi durante l’utilizzo del dispositivo

Durante l’utilizzo possono vericarsi rischi meccanici. I

rischi meccanici sussistono quando si vericano lesioni

dovute agli eetti meccanici di diversi componenti, come

parti del dispositivo, utensili, ecc. Si può correre ad esempio

il rischio di: rimanere schiacciati, compressi, di tagliarsi, di

rimanere impigliati o di inciampare. Questi pericoli possono

vericarsi durante il normale funzionamento del dispositivo

o in presenza di guasti. I rischi meccanici possono vericarsi

nelle seguenti circostanze: macchinari in movimento,

il trasporto di carichi, parti in movimento, parti grezze o

taglienti, parti che cadono, superci irregolari e lisce, spazi

ristretti, posizione del dispositivo rispetto al pavimento.

3.4. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE

a) Prima di pulire o regolare il dispositivo, prima di

sostituire gli accessori o quando il dispositivo non

viene utilizzato, staccare la spina.

b) Per pulire la supercie utilizzare solo detergenti

senza ingredienti corrosivi.

c) Dopo la pulizia, prima di riutilizzare l‘apparecchio,

asciugare tutte le parti.

d) Tenere l‘apparecchio in un luogo asciutto, fresco,

protetto dall‘umidità e dalla luce diretta del sole.

e) È vietato versare o spruzzare acqua sulla macchina.

f) Evitare che l‘acqua entri nell‘alloggiamento

attraverso le aperture di ventilazione.

g) Le aperture di ventilazione devono essere pulite con

una spazzola e aria compressa.

h) Eettuare controlli regolari del dispositivo per

mantenerlo eciente e privo di danni.

2.1. SEGURIDAD ELÉCTRICA

a) La clavija del aparato debe ser compatible con el

enchufe. No cambie la clavija bajo ningún concepto.

Las clavijas originales y los enchufes apropiados

disminuyen el riesgo de descarga eléctrica. Nunca

utilice clavijas dañadas o incompletas.

b) Evite tocar componentes conectados a tierra, como

tuberías, radiadores, hornos y refrigeradores. Existe

un mayor riesgo de descarga eléctrica si su cuerpo

está conectado a tierra mediante supercies mojadas

i) Antes de encender el equipo, aleje todas las

herramientas o destornilladores utilizados para su

ajuste. Los objetos que puedan quedar sobre piezas

rotatorias pueden ocasionar desperfectos y lesiones.

j) Este aparato no es un juguete. Debe controlar que

los niños no jueguen con él.

k) Durante el trabajo con el dispositivo debe utilizar

calzado adecuado y pantalones largos. Se prohíbe

el uso del dispositivo con los pies descalzos o con

zapatos descubiertos.

l) Siempre debe asegurarse que las aberturas de

ventilación del dispositivo estén libres de suciedad

(p.ej. piedras, residuos de hierbas, ramas, hojas).

m) Un dispositivo incompleto o modicado puede ser

peligroso y no debe utilizarse.

n) Asegúrese siempre de mantener una postura estable

al utilizar el dispositivo en terrenos inclinados.

2.4. MANEJO SEGURO DEL APARATO

a) No permita que el aparato se sobrecaliente. Utilice

las herramientas apropiadas para cada trabajo.

Debe seleccionarse el aparato adecuado para cada

aplicación y utilizarse conforme al n para el que

ha sido diseñado, para conseguir así los mejores

resultados.

b) No utilice la unidad si el interruptor ON/OFF no

funcionara correctamente (no enciende o apaga).

Los aparatos que no pueden ser controlados por

interruptores son peligrosos. Estos pueden y deben

ser reparados.

c) Mantenga las herramientas fuera del alcance de los

niños y de las personas que no estén familiarizadas

con el equipo en sí o no hayan recibido instrucciones

pertinentes para su uso. En manos de personas

inexpertas este equipo puede representar un peligro.

d) Mantenga el aparato en perfecto estado

de funcionamiento. Antes de cada trabajo,

compruébelo en busca de daños generales o en

piezas móviles (fractura de piezas y componentes

u otras condiciones que puedan perjudicar el

funcionamiento seguro de la máquina). En caso de

daños, el aparato debe ser reparado antes de volver

a ponerse en funcionamiento.

e) Mantenga la unidad fuera del alcance de los niños.

f) La reparación y el mantenimiento de los equipos

solo pueden ser realizados por personal cualicado

y siempre empleando piezas de repuesto originales.

Esto garantiza la seguridad durante el uso.

g) A n de asegurar la integridad operativa del

dispositivo, no se deben retirar las cubiertas o los

tornillos instalados de fábrica.

h) Evite situaciones en las que el aparato haya

de trabajar en exceso. Esto podría ocasionar el

sobrecalentamiento de sus componentes y con ello

daños en el equipo.

i) No toque ninguna pieza o accesorio móvil a menos

que el aparato haya sido desconectado de la

corriente eléctrica.

j) El valor especicado de emisión de vibraciones

se determina mediante métodos de medición

normalizados. El valor emisión de vibración

puede cambiar dependiendo de las condiciones

ambientales en las que se utilice el aparato.

k) No deje este equipo sin supervisión mientras esté en

funcionamiento.

l) Antes de cada uso, compruebe que el dispositivo no

presente signos de desgaste o daños.

m) No utilice el dispositivo con la cubierta dañada,

desmontada o incorrectamente montada.

n) Siempre mantenga las manos, los pies y otras partes

del cuerpo lejos de las piezas de corte, en particular

durante la puesta en marcha del dispositivo.

unos segundos después de apagar el dispositivo.

p) Asegúrese siempre de que en el área de trabajo

r) Asegúrese que las manos estén en una posición

ambas empuñaduras a la vez.

s) Antes de cada puesta en servicio asegúrese que

todas las tuercas, tornillos y componentes del

dispositivo estén bien apretados.

t) Desconecte el enchufe del dispositivo de la fuente de

alimentación:

• antes de entregar el dispositivo a otro usuario,

• antes de dejar el dispositivo desatendido (incluso

durante unos minutos),

• antes de eliminar bloqueos de cualquier parte del

dispositivo,

• antes de iniciar revisiones técnicas, reparaciones,

limpieza o cualquier otra actividad de

mantenimiento.

u) Si el dispositivo produjera sonidos o vibraciones

extraños, debe apagarlo de inmediato y comprobar

la causa del problema. Las vibraciones excesivas

pueden dañar el dispositivo y causar lesiones al

usuario.

v) No utilice el dispositivo en supercies excesivamente

inclinadas.

w) Al utilizar el dispositivo en una supercie inclinada,

muévase en una pendiente en diagonal, nunca hacia

arriba o hacia abajo.

x) Tenga cuidado especial al cambiar la dirección

de movimiento de la máquina si trabaja en una

pendiente.

y) Tenga especial cuidado al retroceder con la máquina

o jalar de la misma en dirección propia.

z) Apague el dispositivo y desconecte de la fuente de

alimentación antes de cualquier interrupción de uso

(aunque sea temporal) o al abandonar el área de

trabajo.

o en ambientes húmedos. Si entrara agua en el

aparato aumentaría el riesgo de daños y descargas

eléctricas.

c) No toque el dispositivo con las manos mojadas o

húmedas.

d) No utilice el cable de manera inadecuada. Nunca tire

de él para desplazar el aparato o para desconectarlo

del enchufe. Por favor, mantenga el cable alejado

de bordes alados, aceite, calor o aparatos en

movimiento. Los cables dañados o soldados

aumentan el riesgo de descargas eléctricas.

e) Cuando trabaje al aire libre, utilice un cable alargador

apto para exteriores. El uso de un cable alargador

para exteriores reduce el riesgo de descargas

eléctricas.

f) En caso de no poder evitar que el aparato se emplee

en un entorno húmedo, utilice un interruptor de

corriente residual (RCD). Con este RCD reduce el

peligro de descargas eléctricas.

g) Comprueberegularmenteelcorrecto funcionamiento

del interruptor diferencial (RCD).

h) No utilice el dispositivo si los cables de alimentación

o de extensión están dañados o presentan signos

cualicado o por el personal de servicio del

fabricante.

i) No conecte un cable de alimentación dañado al

enchufe ni toque un cable de alimentación dañado

hasta que no esté desconectado del enchufe, ya que

esto puede provocar riesgo de descarga eléctrica.

j) Durante el trabajo, debe tener cuidado y mantener

las piezas móviles del dispositivo lejos del cable de

extensión ya que su contacto puede provocar el

daño del cable de extensión y descargas eléctricas.

k) En caso de daño del cable de alimentación, debe

primero cortar el suministro de corriente al enchufe

correspondiente y después desconectar la clavija del

enchufe.

2.2. SEGURIDAD EN EL PUESTO DE TRABAJO

a) Mantenga el lugar de trabajo limpio y bien iluminado.

El desorden o la mala iluminación pueden provocar

accidentes. Tenga cuidado, preste atención al trabajo

que está realizando y use el sentido común cuando

utilice el dispositivo.

b) No utilice el aparato en atmósferas potencialmente

explosivas, p. ej. en la cercanía de líquidos, gases o

polvo inamables. Bajo determinadas circunstancias

los aparatos generan chispas que pueden inamar

polvo o vapores circundantes.

c) En caso de avería o mal funcionamiento, apague el

aparato y contacte con el servicio técnico autorizado.

d) Si no está seguro de que la unidad funcione

correctamente, póngase en contacto con el servicio

técnico del fabricante.

e) Las reparaciones solo pueden ser realizadas por

el servicio técnico del fabricante. ¡No realice

reparaciones por su cuenta!

f) En caso de incendio, utilice únicamente extintores

de polvo o dióxido de carbono (CO2) para apagar el

aparato.

g) Se prohíbe la presencia de niños y personas no

autorizadas en el lugar de trabajo (la falta de

atención puede llevar a la pérdida de control del

equipo).

h) Durante el funcionamiento la unidad produce

polvo y suciedad. Las terceras personas deben ser

protegidas contra los posibles efectos nocivos.

i) Compruebe regularmente el estado de las etiquetas

de información de seguridad. Si las pegatinas fueran

ilegibles, habrán de ser reemplazadas.

j) Conserve el manual de instrucciones para futuras

consultas. Este manual debe ser entregado a toda

persona que vaya a hacer uso del dispositivo.

k) No utilice el dispositivo en caso de presencia de

personas (particularmente niños) o animales en la

proximidad.

l) Utilizar el dispositivo únicamente a la luz del día o

con iluminación articial que garantice una buena

visibilidad.

m) No utilice el dispositivo en ambientes húmedos.

n) Evite el uso del dispositivo en condiciones

meteorológicas adversas, en particular durante

tormenta o cuando exista el riesgo de que se

produzca.

o) Durante el funcionamiento, el dispositivo proyecta

piedras, trozos de arcilla, ramas y otros elementos

con los que entran en contacto las cuchillas. Debe

prestar atención especial en la seguridad de las

personas y animales presentes en la proximidad del

área de trabajo. Los elementos duros o alados que

se proyecten pueden provocar lesiones corporales.

¡ADVERTENCIA!Los niños y las personas no

autorizadas deben estar asegurados cuando trabajen

con esta unidad.

2.3. SEGURIDAD PERSONAL

a) No está permitido utilizar el aparato en estado de

fatiga, enfermedad, bajo la inuencia del alcohol,

drogas o medicamentos, ya que estos limitan la

capacidad de manejo del aparato.

b) La máquina debe ser manipulada exclusivamente por

operarios con la formación adecuada y físicamente

sanos, que hayan leído las presentes instrucciones y

conozcan los requisitos en materia de seguridad y

salud.

c) Este aparato no debe ser utilizado por personas(entre

ellas niños) con capacidades físicas, sensoriales o

mentales reducidas, o con falta de la experiencia

y/o los conocimientos necesarios, a menos que

sean supervisadas por una persona responsable de

su seguridad o que hayan recibido de esta persona

responsable las indicaciones pertinentes en relación

al manejo de la máquina.

d) Actúe con precaución y use el sentido común cuando

maneje este producto. La más breve falta de atención

durante el trabajo puede causar lesiones graves.

e) Utilice el equipo de protección personal necesario

para el empleo de este dispositivo, de acuerdo con

las especicaciones del punto 1 de las explicaciones

de los símbolos. El uso de un equipo de protección

personal apropiado y certicado reduce el riesgo de

lesiones.

f) Para evitar una puesta en marcha accidental,

asegúrese de que el interruptor esté apagado antes

de conectarlo a una fuente de alimentación.

g) No sobreestime sus habilidades. Mantenga el

equilibrio durante el trabajo. Esto le da un mejor

control sobre el dispositivo en caso de situaciones

inesperadas.

h) No utilice ropa holgada o adornos, tales como joyas.

Mantenga el cabello, la ropa y los guantes alejados

de las piezas móviles. La ropa holgada, las joyas o el

cabello largo pueden quedar atrapados en las piezas

3. INSTRUCCIONES DE USO

El dispositivo está diseñado para preparar el suelo para

el cultivo, los céspedes etc., mulléndolo y nivelando la

supercie por medio de las cuchillas giratorias. El usuario

es responsable de los daños derivados de un uso

inadecuado del aparato.

e) Se prohíbe rociar la máquina con agua u otros

líquidos.

f) Evite que el agua se introduzca por los oricios de

ventilación de la carcasa en el interior.

g) Las aberturas de ventilación deben limpiarse con un

pincel y aire comprimido.

h) En lo que respecta a la eciencia técnica y posibles

daños, el dispositivo debe ser revisado regularmente.

• Siempre debe revisar el estado de las cuchillas; unas

cuchillas desaladas o dobladas pueden causar un

incorrecto funcionamiento del dispositivo.

Ajuste de altura

Para ajustar la altura del dispositivo, debe desconectarlo de

la fuente de alimentación y esperar hasta que las cuchillas

dejen de girar. A continuación, retire el pasador de bloqueo

del perno. Retire el perno, ajuste la altura deseada del

dispositivo y posteriormente pase el perno por los oricios

y bloquéelo con el pasador.

I. Unir las empuñaduras derecha e izquierda por medio

de la barra transversal de plástico.

II. Atornillar los elementos de la barra transversal con 4

tornillos.

III. Atornillar el elemento del marco a las empuñaduras

montadas.

IV. Atornillar el marco con las empuñaduras montadas a

la parte inferior del dispositivo.

V. Fijar el cable de alimentación al marco por medio de

los enganches montados a las barras.

3.3. MANEJO DEL APARATO

Encendido y apagado del dispositivo

1. Para activar el motor, presionar y mantener pulsado

el botón de bloqueo, para posteriormente presionar

y mantener pulsado el interruptor. Soltar el botón de

bloqueo.

2. Para apagar el motor del dispositivo, soltar el

interruptor.

Manejo

1. Colocar el dispositivo en el lugar de trabajo y

comprobar que en el área de trabajo no haya objetos

y/o materiales (p.ej.: piedras, raíces grandes, etc.)

que puedan ser proyectados por las cuchillas, causar

su daño u obstrucción.

2. Ajustar la altura del marco.

3. Conectar el dispositivo a la fuente de alimentación

tal y como se indica en la placa de características.

Colgar el cable de extensión en el gancho localizado

en la parte inferior de una de las empuñaduras del

dispositivo.

4. Antes de activar el dispositivo, agarrar ambas

empuñaduras y sujetarlas con rmeza de modo que,

al encender el motor, no pierda el control ante una

sacudida fuerte.

5. Encender el motor del dispositivo.

6. Iniciar la mullidura del suelo. No aplique fuerza al

utilizar el dispositivo.

7. Si las cuchillas se bloquean, p.ej. al enredarse

con raíces, desconecte el dispositivo de la fuente

de alimentación y espere hasta que las cuchillas

se detengan. Incline el dispositivo y retire

cuidadosamente la causa de la obstrucción.

8. Si el dispositivo se atasca en un punto (las cuchillas

giran, pero el dispositivo no avanza), muévalo

suavemente hacia los lados hasta que el dispositivo

vuelva a moverse hacia delante.

9. Al nalizar el trabajo siempre debe apagar el

dispositivo y desconectarlo de la fuente de

alimentación.

Instrucciones de uso

• No utilice el dispositivo cerca de edicios, objetos

etc. hechos de materiales quebradizos, p.ej. de

Durante el funcionamiento pueden presentarse peligros

mecánicos. Los peligros mecánicos se producen, cuando

existe riesgo de lesiones, debido al impacto mecánico

de diversos componentes, p.ej. piezas de la máquina,

son: aplastamiento, pinzamiento, corte o amputación,

aprisionamiento, arañazo, tropiezo e impacto. Estos

peligros pueden presentarse tanto en funcionamiento

normal, como en funcionamiento defectuoso de la

máquina. Pueden conllevar avería de la máquina. Los

peligros mecánicos pueden aparecer bajo las siguientes

circunstancias: máquinas en movimiento, mercancías

suspendidas, componentes móviles que puedan

desprenderse, cantos alados, desniveles, supercies

resbaladizas, espacios reducidos, posición del lugar de

trabajo en relación al suelo, etc.

3.4. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO

a) Antes de limpiar y ajustar, sustituir accesorios

o cuando no tenga previsto utilizar el equipo,

desenchufe el cable de alimentación.

b) Para limpiar la supercie, utilice solo productos que

no contengan sustancias corrosivas.

c) Después de cada limpieza, deje secar bien todas las

piezas antes de volver a utilizar el aparato.

d) Guarde el aparato en un lugar seco, fresco y

protegido de la humedad y la radiación solar directa.
