1. Features/characteristics/settings
Q1: Are there any firmware upgrades available for my photo frame and how to
upgrade it?
A1: Yes, you can find the new versions firmware on the Downloads section of our
website.
Update Procedure:
Step 1. Save downloaded file to the root directory of your memory card.
Step 2. Insert your memory card to the digital photo frame.
Step 3. Power on the digital photo frame.
Step 4. The digital photo frame will detect your memory card and start to update
firmware (Never power off the digital photo frame while updating firmware.)
Step 5. Remove your memory card to complete firmware update (The digital
photo frame will restart itself.).
Q2: Is there a way to set the time to Standard Time not Military Time?
A2: K65 is already setting Military Time in default. It can't be switch to Standard
Time mode.
Q3: Do you have K65 driver for Win98?
A3: Please send a email to [e-mail] and we will provide driver to you.
Q4: Where can I find the quick start manual of K65?
A4: You can download the manual under "SUPPORT/Download" section of our
website.
Q5: Can I upgrade the new firmware without a memory card?
A5: We only provide a way to update. That is 'via memory card'.
Q6: If K65 stuck in and no response anymore. What can I do?
A6: You can try to use reset button which behind the frame to reset K65.
Q7: What Memory Cards are supported?
A7: K65 built in 6-in-1 memory card reader that supports CF I/II, SD, MS, MS Pro,
MMC, and XD formats as well as a USB 2.0 port for USB drives.

Q8: How do I transfer images from my PC to the digital photo frame?
A8: K65 have “Plug & Play” compatibility with Microsoft Windows XP and 2000.
This means that K65 are automatically recognized as an external USB device.
Simply drag and drop the images from your computer’s hard drive to K65 internal
memory.
Q9: My card has fallen into my frame, what can I do?
A9: Please contact with our service department for assistance; you will need to send
the frame to our service center. They will supply you with detailed instructions
when you call.
Q10: I am looking to full out my registration form, and I cannot find the Serial
Number on my frame.
A10: The serial numbers as well as the model number are located on the back of the
frame under the frame. Please refer to the picture as below.


Q11: How many size of memory card can support in K65?
A11: The biggest size of memory card can support in K65 as below.
CF: 8G
SD: 2G
SDHC: 4G~32G
xD: 2G
MMC: 256MB
MS: 2G
MS-pro: 4G
Q12: Is the LCD screen touch-enabled?
A12: The LCD screen is not touch-enabled. Use the keys in the back to control the
Digital Photo Frame.

2. Picture/display/screen/video
Q1: What is the optimal size in pixels for images to display in K65?
A1: The default setting of K65 screen play is 726x480. So you have to crop images to
726x480. However, if you use internal memory, K65 will automatically resize the
image.
Q2: Is there any way to group or organize photos (e.g. by creating subdirectories
in memory card) for easier searching or display those folder’s photos only?
A2: K65 doesn't support this function currently. We will support this in next
generation photo frame.
Q3: What file formats does my digital picture frame support?
A3: It supports JPG/JPEG/BMP files.
Q4: Can I use K65 to delete photos on momory card?
A4: Yes, you can delete the pictures on memory card inserted. (see

Q5: Some of my pictures do not play on my frame.
A5: Please check the photos file format that the frame supports is JPG/JPEG/BMP.
Q6: I edited my pictures in Photoshop, saved them as a JPEG but they do not
display on my Photo Frame.
A6: There are a few types of JPEG formats, therefore your pictures may have been
saved in a incompatible format. The correct format to save images in when using
Photoshop is: JPEG - Baseline Standard.
Q7: My images appear to be cut off or cropped when the slide show plays.
A7: K65 setting will display an image to fills the LCD screen, and may crop your
images.
Q8: Can I switch between different slideshow photos by using different memory
cards?
A8: Yes, the Digital Photo Frame will show the slideshow photos stored in the card
currently connected.

3. Power/battery
Q1: My Frame will not power on.
A1: Please try the following:
1. Confirm that the AC Adaptor is fully pressed into the frame and the AC Adaptor
is plugged into the electrical outlet.
2. Try a different electrical outlet.
3. Contact with Customer Service for further assistance.
Q2: What is the possible reason for “no power” situation ?
A2:
Upgrading F/W and/or power loss.
Use abnormal picture without JPG/BMP format.
