Q1: What is the optimal size in pixels for images to display in K65?
A1: The default setting of K65 screen play is 726x480. So you have to crop images to
726x480. However, if you use internal memory, K65 will automatically resize the
image.
Q2: Is there any way to group or organize photos (e.g. by creating subdirectories
in memory card) for easier searching or display those folder’s photos only?
A2: K65 doesn't support this function currently. We will support this in next
generation photo frame.
Q3: What file formats does my digital picture frame support?
A3: It supports JPG/JPEG/BMP files.
Q4: Can I use K65 to delete photos on momory card?
A4: Yes, you can delete the pictures on memory card inserted. (see

Q5: Some of my pictures do not play on my frame.
A5: Please check the photos file format that the frame supports is JPG/JPEG/BMP.
Q6: I edited my pictures in Photoshop, saved them as a JPEG but they do not
display on my Photo Frame.
A6: There are a few types of JPEG formats, therefore your pictures may have been
saved in a incompatible format. The correct format to save images in when using
Photoshop is: JPEG - Baseline Standard.
Q7: My images appear to be cut off or cropped when the slide show plays.
A7: K65 setting will display an image to fills the LCD screen, and may crop your
images.
Q8: Can I switch between different slideshow photos by using different memory
cards?
A8: Yes, the Digital Photo Frame will show the slideshow photos stored in the card
currently connected.
