DASHBOARD
Over temperature
If the Engine Temp Hot animation illuminates
when driving, it indicates that the engine coolant
temperature is excessively hot. Stop the vehicle
as soon as it is safe to do so.
The vehicle can be driven at a speed of up to
80 km/h for one hour (for V8 engine vehicles
only). Refer to Engine overheating in chapter 6.
The Engine Temp Hot animation is displayed
until the TRIP button or the ENTER switch
are pressed. It then reverts to the original trip
computer display.
WTemp Hot appears at the bottom of the display
and remains illuminated until the problem has
been rectied.
Airbag and seat belt pretensioners
The SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) warning lamp v
illuminates for a short time when the ignition is switched on to check
that the lamp is working.
If the SRS warning lamp vand the Airbag Fault animation
illuminate when driving, it indicates that the airbag system or seat
belt pretensioner system may not function correctly in an accident.
Contact your Holden Dealer immediately.
Note The SRS warning lamp villuminates after an accident if the
airbag(s) and/or pretensioners have activated.
The Airbag Fault animation is displayed until the TRIP button or
the ENTER switch are pressed. It then reverts to the original trip
computer display.
The SRS warning lamp vremains illuminated until the problem has
been rectied.

Overspeed
The OverSpeed animation illuminates and
a chime sounds to warn the driver when the
vehicle‘s speed exceeds a preselected value.
The OverSpeed animation illuminates until:
•it returns automatically after 10 seconds, or
• the vehicle’s speed drops below the
preselected value, or
•the ENTER switch is pressed.
It then returns to the original trip computer display while OverSpeed at the bottom of
the display illuminates as long as the vehicle’s speed exceeds the preset value.
