A. Place tray upside down and locate the 4 undermount bolt brackets on bottom of tray
B. Place 2 x 10 cm bolts in undermount at back of tray and place 2 x 15 cm bolts in
undermount at front of tray. Add pallet to the 4 bolts
C. Add wedge, narrow end to back of tray
D. Add braces – short brace on front, long on back

E. Add handles, use last two holes to line up with undermount bolts
F. Add legs, secure with washer, spring washer and bolt – do not tighten
G. Add nose brace to front handles, V pointing to tray
H. Add undermount bolts 2 x 2 cm to front of tray and add wheel brace to undermount bolts
and use 2 x 9 cm bolts second hole on handles – do not tighten

Assembly Instructions:
I. Add bolt brace across front of undermount bolts. Add washer, spring washer and nut
- do not tighten
J. Add 1 x axle bracket to nose, secure with existing bolt and 1 x 9 cm bolt, add washer,
spring washer and nut to both bolt – do not tighten. Put axle through tire and insert
axle with tire into wheel brace
K. Add 2nd wheel brace and secure with existing bolt, add 1 x 9 cm bolt, washer, spring
washer and nut - do not tighten
L. Add 2 x 9 cm bolts to front of nose, secure with washer, spring washer and nut

A. Placez le plateau à l'envers et trouver les 4 supports de boulons sous le plateau
B. Placer 2 boulons de 10 cm sous le support à l'arrière du plateau et placez 2 boulons
de 15 cm dans le sous-plan à l'avant du plateau. Ajoutez une palette aux 4 boulons.
C. Ajouter un coin, extrémité étroite vers l'arrière du plateau
D. Ajouter des supports - support court à l'avant, longue à l'arrière

E. Ajoutez les poignées, utilisez les deux derniers trous pour l'aligner avec les boulons sous-montés
F. Ajouter les pattes, fixer avec une rondelle, une rondelle à ressort et un boulon - ne pas serrer
G. Ajouter les support aux poignées avant, V pointant vers le plateau
H. Ajouter des boulons de 2 x 2 cm à l'avant du plateau et un renfort de roue aux boulons sous-
montés et utilisez les boulons 2 x 9 cm sur le deuxième trou des poignées - ne pas serrer

I. Ajoutez un renfort de boulon à l'avant des boulons sous-montés. Ajouter une rondelle, une
rondelle à ressort et l'écrou - ne pas serrer
J. Ajouter 1 x support d'axe, fixer avec le boulon existant et 1 x boulon de 9 cm, ajouter une
rondelle, une rondelle à ressort et un écrou à chaque boulon - ne pas serrer. Passer l'essieu
à travers le pneu et insérer l'essieu avec le pneu dans le renfort de roue
K. Ajouter le 2e renfort de roue et le fixer avec le boulon existant, ajouter un boulon de 1 x 9 cm,
une rondelle, une rondelle à ressort et un écrou - ne pas serrer
L. Ajouter 2 boulons de 9 cm à l'avant, fixer avec une rondelle, une rondelle à ressort et un écrou
