Handhabung der Kühlmittelpumpe KMP 13.
Die Bedienungsanleitung ist Bestandteil der Maschine und darf nicht entfernt werden. Bewahren
Sie sie für spätere Zwecke auf und legen Sie diese Anleitung der Maschine bei, wenn sie an Dritte
weitergegeben wird!

3.1 Anwendungshinweise
Die Pumpen können nicht für explosiven Flüssigkeiten angewendet werden.
Die Temperatur der Kühlflüssigkeit sollte 55° nicht überschreiten.
Die Pumpe darf nicht verwendet werden, um toxische oder verunreinigte Flüssigkeit zu übertra-
gen. Service und Wartung wird nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden, wenn die Pumpe Anwendung
ist nicht in Übereinstimmung mit der Installations- und Betriebsverfahren. Der Benutzer muss die
Verantwortung für Schäden oder Verletzungen zu nehmen.
3.2 Installation
Die Oberflächentemperatur des Motors (einschließlich Raumtemperatur) kann bis zu 50 ° C stei-
gen.
3.3 Zusammenbau
Die Pumpe muss in vertikaler Lage eingebaut werden. Um 180° gedreht, geneigt oder horizontale
Positionen sind nicht gestattet. ( Abb. 1)
Die Installation ist einfach, indem Sie die Pumpe in die Ausnehmung auf der Tankoberseite ein-
setzen und mit vier Schrauben am Befestigungsflansch festschrauben. ( Abb. 2)

3.4 Tauchtiefe
Es sollte vermeiden werden, dass Gegenstände in die Flüssigkeit gelangen und dadurch in die
Pumpe. Dies führt zu Schäden an der Pumpe während des Betriebs.
Die niedrigste Tauchtiefe sollte nicht weniger als 20mm über dem Behälterboden sein um einen
Sedimentaufbau entgegenzuwirken.
In regelmäßigen Abständen sollte das Sediment aus dem Behälter entfernt um möglichst lange
den normalen Betrieb aufrechtzuerhalten.

4BETRIEB
Bevor die Pumpe starten, prüfen Sie bitte die folgenden Punkte:
1) Prüfen Sie, ob Pumpe richtig dreht. Die Drehrichtung ist im Uhrzeigersinn, wie auch die Pfeil-
richtung an der Lüfterradabdeckung markiert ist. (Fig. 6)
2) Rohrleitungen und Anschlüsse müssen fest installiert sein, um austretende Flüssigkeit zu ver-
hindern.
3) Im Tank muss genügend Flüssigkeit sein, damit die Pumpe nicht leerläuft und somit Schaden
im Pumpenantrieb entsteht. ( Abb. 7)

Überprüfen Sie bei Gelegenheit die Rohrleitungen nach Fremdkörpern, um eine mögliche Verstop-

5WARTUNG UND PFLEGE
ACHTUNG
Bei Reinigung und Instandhaltung bei angeschlossener Maschine:
Sachschaden und schwere Verletzungen durch unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten der
Maschine möglich!
Daher gilt:
Vor Wartungsarbeiten Maschine ausschalten und von der Spannungsversorgung trennen
Die Maschine ist wartungsarm und enthält nur wenig Teile, die der Bediener einer Instandhaltung
unterziehen muss.
Störungen oder Defekte, die die Sicherheit der Maschine beeinträchtigen können, umgehend be-
seitigen lassen.
Reparaturtätigkeiten dürfen nur von Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden!
Die vollständige und gänzliche Reinigung garantiert eine lange Lebensdauer der Maschine und
stellt eine Sicherheitsvoraussetzung dar.
Nach jeder Arbeitsschicht muss die Maschine und alle ihre Teile gründlich gereinigt werden, indem
der Staub und die Späne durch die Absauganlage abgesaugt und alle anderen Abfälle durch
Druckluftstrahl beseitigt werden.
Prüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob die Warn- und Sicherheitshinweise an der Maschine vorhanden und in
einwandfrei leserlichem Zustand sind.
Prüfen Sie vor jedem Betrieb den einwandfreien Zustand der Sicherheitseinrichtungen.
Bei Lagerung der Maschine darf diese nicht in einem feuchten Raum aufbewahrt werden und
muss gegen den Einfluss von Witterungsbedingungen geschützt werden.
Die Beseitigung von Defekten erledigt Ihr Fachhändler
Reparaturtätigkeiten dürfen nur von Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden!

5.1 Instandhaltung
Regelmässige Untersuchungen:
Prüfen des Durchflusses des Kühlmittels und den Abgabedruck.
Überprüfen Sie bei Gelegenheit die Rohrleitungen nach Fremdkörpern, um eine mögliche
Verstopfung zu verhindern.
Prüfen, ob Rohrleitungen und Anschlüsse sind dicht sind.
Prüfen Sie, ob Sediment am Tankboden ablagert.
Prüfen Sie, ob die Flüssigkeit des Behälters auf richtigen Stand gehalten werden.

Bevor Sie die Arbeit zur Beseitigung von Defekten beginnen, trennen Sie die Maschine
von der Stromversorgung.

6.1 Entsorgung
Entsorgen Sie die Kühlmittelpumpe nicht im Restmüll. Kontaktieren Sie Ihre
lokalen Behörden für Informationen bzgl. der verfügbaren Entsorgungsmöglich-
keiten. Wenn Sie bei Ihrem Fachhändler ein neues Gerät kaufen, ist dieser ver-
pflichtet, Ihr altes einzutauschen.

Dear Customer!
This manual contains Information and important instructions for the installation and correct use of
the universal cooling pump KMP13.
This manual is part of the machine and shall not be stored separately from the machine. Save it
for later reference and if you let other persons use the machine, add this instruction manual to
the machine.
Please read and obey the security instructions!
Before first use read this manual carefully. It eases the correct use of the machine and
prevents misunderstanding and damages of machine and the user’s health.
Due to constant advancements in product design construction pictures and content may diverse
slightly. However, if you discover any errors, inform us please.
Technical specifications are subject to changes!
Please check the product contents immediately after receipt for any eventual transport
damage or missing parts. Claims from transport damage or missing parts must be
placed immediately after initial machine receipt and unpacking before putting the ma-
chine into operation. Please understand that later claims cannot be accepted anymore.

8.1 Installation
The motor surface temperature (including room temperate) can rise up to 50℃. It must be
mounted in a safe place to avoid getting burned by accidental touch.
8.2 Mounting Position
The pumps must be mounted in a vertical position. Upside down,
Tilted or transverse positions are not allowed. (As shown in fig. 1)
Installation is simply done by placing the pump into the hole on the tank top, and fixed by
four bolts in mounting flange.

8.3 Submersed Depth
Should avoid objects flow into pump body with liquid and results in pump damage during op-
erating. The lowest pump submerged depth no exceeding the four bolts fixed position at
the bottom cap flange. (As shown in Fig. 3). In addition, a minimum 20mm tolerance be-
tween pump end cover and tank bottom is required to allow for sediment build up. Periodi-
cally clean the tank to remove the sediment is necessary to maintain normal operation.

9ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
The electrical power installment should defer to the local electrical power laws and regula-
tions. Make sure that the power has been switched off before electrical connection.
Electrical data (voltage, hertz, as showed on fig. 4) are indicated on the pump nameplate.
Make sure that the power voltage and hertz conform to pump specification. When install
the pump on machine as accessory, an external ON/OFF switch should be installed.
Electrical connection must conform to circuit diagram indicated on junction box. (As shown
in fig. 4) When running, the motor current should be within the rated Max. Amp indicated
on the nameplate. (Lower than the MAX. AMP.)
For three phase pumps, rotating direction must be checked before operation. In bird’s eye
view, pump rotating direction should be same as the arrow direction marked on the fan
cover. (As shown in Fig. 5 and 6). Otherwise, turn off the power and interchange any two
of the lead wires (U, V, W), then the pump rotation can be reversed.
As regard to the pump power connected to the magnetic contactor circuit breaker of the
machine, the operator should conform to the MAX. AMP.(safety full load current ampere)
indicated on the nameplate when setting the ampere value of the safety breaker. Cau-
tion: if the safety breaker is set higher than the safety MAX. AMP. indicated on the namep-
late, the pump’s normal operation can not be protected and we are unable to offer after
sale service.
When assemble the pump to machine, if the junction box interferes, the position of the
junction box is adjustable. Unscrew the bolts in the pump body, turning the pump body
and junction box to the other side then fasten the bolds back. We hereby declare, unless it
is necessary, once the origin construction of the design is changed, it might infringe the
safety standard required by CE, CSA, or UL. We will not be responsible for after sale ser-

vices.
Pump with CSA/US application, a reciprocating fuse is included, power will be automatical-
ly cut off when abnormal situation occur, .re-check if all installation procedures are cor-
rect. Pump will resume operation after 3~4 hours after power been cut off..

10 START-UP
Before start the pump, please check the following items:
1) Check if enter power wires are fastened securely as per circuit diagram. If are not fastened
securely, pump may burn down or occur other hazard cause by running lack of phase. We
will not be responsible for after sale services.
2) Check whether three phase pump is rotating correctly. The rotating direction should be
clockwise, same as the arrow direction marked on the fan cover. (As shown in fig. 5 and 6)
3) Piping and connectors should be installed tightly to prevent liquid leaking. The strength to
tighten the discharge connector should be proper; otherwise; crack may occur in the thread
hole and cause pump damage. We will not assure after sale services.
4) Tank must be filled in with liquid to proper level and no higher than
5) the height of the bolts of the body stand. Otherwise, liquid might get into coil and cause
power leakage. (As showed in Fig. 7)

6) Check the pipe line of the circulating liquid to remove and prevent any possible blockage by
foreign objects.

Keep the pump surroundings clean and to avoid liquid splash.
Otherwise; hazard may occur due to power conduct or power leakage caused by other reasons.
Filterable Mesh
The filterable mesh enclosed in tank, should always be kept clean to
assure no any foreign objects block the filter for the best performance.
Periodic Examination
The following checklists should be carried out periodically to ensure normal operation.
Check the flow of the coolant and the discharge pressure.
Check whether piping and connectors are leaking.
Check if there is sediment at tank bottom.
Check whether the liquid of the tank is in proper level.
If level is high, reduce liquid. If level is too low, fill in liquid.
Pumps can not be used to transfer explosive liquids. Extra protective device is required if the
coolant liquid temperature exceeds 55℃to avoid scald hazard.
The pump should not be used to transfer toxic or contaminated liquid. Service and maintenance
will not be provided, if the pump application is not in compliance with the installation and opera-
tion procedures. The user must take the responsibility for any damages or human injury.

12.1 Disposal
Do not dispose of the TS 200 / 250 in residual waste. Contact your local authorities
for information regarding the available disposal options. When you buy at your local
dealer for a replacement unit, the latter is obliged to exchange your old

Mängelhaftungsansprüche des Käufers aus dem Kaufvertrag gegenüber dem Verkäufer (Holzmann Vertriebspartner)
sowie gesetzliche Gewährleistungsrechte des jeweiligen Landes werden durch diese Garantieerklärung nicht berührt.
Für diese Maschine leisten wir Garantie gemäß folgenden Bedingungen:
A) Die Garantie umfasst die unentgeltliche Beseitigung aller Mängel an der Maschine, nach Maßgabe der nachfolgenden
Regelungen (B-G), welche die ordnungsgemäße Funktion der Maschine beeinträchtigen und nachweislich auf Materi-
al- oder Herstellungsfehler beruhen.
B) Die Garantiezeit beträgt 12 Monate, bei gewerblicher Nutzung 6 Monate, gültig ab Lieferung der Maschine an den
Erstendabnehmer. Als Nachweis ist der Original-Ablieferbeleg maßgeblich, bei Selbstabholung der Maschine der Ori-
ginal Kaufbeleg.
C) Zur Anmeldung von Garantieansprüchen kontaktieren Sie bitte den HOLZMANN Vertriebspartner, von dem Sie die
Maschine erworben haben, mit folgenden Unterlagen:
>> Kaufbeleg und/oder Ablieferbeleg
>> ausgefülltes Serviceformular mit Fehlerbericht
>> Bei Anforderung von Ersatzteilen eine Kopie der Ersatzteilzeichnung, mit den benötigten Ersatzteilen markiert.
D) Die Garantieabwicklung und der Ort der Garantieerfüllung erfolgt nach Maßgabe der HOLZMANN GmbH. Leicht zu
behebende Mängel werden durch unsere Vertriebspartner beseitigt, bei komplexeren Defekten behalten wir uns eine

schlossen ist, gilt als Erfüllungsort der Garantieleistung stets der HOLZMANN-MASCHINEN Firmensitz in 4707 Has-
lach, Österreich. Die im Rahmen einer Garantiebearbeitung anfallenden allfälligen Transportkosten von und zum Fir-
mensitz sind in dieser Hersteller-Garantie nicht abgedeckt.
E) Garantieausschluss bei Mängeln:
-an Maschinenteilen, welche gebrauchsbedingten oder sonstigen natürlichen Verschleiß unterliegen, sowie Män-
geln an der Maschine, die auf einen gebrauchsbedingten oder sonstigen natürlichen Verschleiß zurückzuführen
sind.
-die auf unsachgemäße oder fahrlässige Montage, Inbetriebnahme, bzw. Anschluss an das elektrische Netz zu-
rückzuführen sind.
-die auf Nichtbeachtung von Bedienungshinweisen, nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch, atypischen Umweltbe-
dingungen, sachfremden Betriebsbedingungen und Einsatzgebiet, mangelnde bzw. unsachgemäße Wartung oder
Pflege zurückzuführen sind.
-die durch die Verwendung sowie Einbau von Zubehör-, Ergänzungs- oder Ersatzteilen verursacht wurden, die kei-
ne Original HOLZMANN Ersatzteile sind.
-die geringfügige Abweichungen vom Soll-Zustand darstellen, welche für den Wert oder die Gebrauchstauglichkeit
der Maschine unerheblich sind.
-die auf fahrlässige konstruktionsbedingte Überbeanspruchung zurückzuführen sind. Insbesondere bei Mängeln
durch Nutzung, welche durch Belastungsniveau und Umfang als gewerblich einzustufen sind, bei Maschinen, die
nach Bauart und Leistungsvermögen nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch konstruiert und bestimmt sind.
F) Im Rahmen dieser Garantie sind weitere Ansprüche des Käufers über die hier ausdrücklich genannten Garantieleis-
tungen hinaus ausgeschlossen.
G) Diese Hersteller-Garantie wird freiwillig übernommen. Garantieleistungen bewirken daher keine Verlängerung der
Garantiefrist und setzen auch keine neue Frist, auch nicht für Ersatzteile, in Gang.
SERVICE
Nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit können Instandsetzungs- und Reparaturarbeiten von entsprechend geeigneten Fachfirmen
durchgeführt werden. Es steht Ihnen auch die HOLZMANN-Maschinen GmbH weiterhin gerne mit Service und Reparatur
zur Seite. Stellen Sie in diesem Fall eine unverbindliche Kostenanfrage, unter Angabe der Informationen siehe C) an unse-

15 GUARANTEE TERMS
(applicable from 04.04.2012)
Please consult our troubleshooting section for initial problem solving. Feel free to contact your HOLZMANN
reseller or us for Customer Support!
Warranty claims based on your sales contract with your HOLZMANN retailer, including your statutory rights,
shall not be affected by this guarantee declaration. HOLZMANN-MASCHINEN grants guarantee according to
following conditions:
A) The guarantee covers the correction of deficiencies to the tool/machine, at no charge, if it can be
verified adequately that the deficiencies were caused by a material or manufacturing fault.
B) The guarantee period lasts 12 months, and is reduced to 6 months for tools in commercial use. The
guarantee period begins from the time the new tool is purchased from the first end user. The start-
ing date is the date on the original delivery receipt, or the sales receipt in the case of pickup by the
customer.
C) Please lodge your guarantee claims to your HOLZMANN reseller you acquired the claimed tool from
with following information:
>> Original Sales receipt and/or delivery receipt
>> Service form (see next page) filed, with a sufficient deficiency report
>> for spare part claims: a copy of the respective exploded drawing with the required spare parts
being marked clear and unmistakable.
D) The Guarantee handling procedure and place of fulfillment is determined according to HOLZMANNs
sole discretion in accordance with the HOLZMANN retail partner. If there is no additional Service con-
tract made including on-site service, the place of fulfillment is principally the HOLZMANN Service
Center in Haslach, Austria.
E) Transport charges for sendings to and from our Service Center are not covered in this guarantee.
The Guarantee does not cover:
-Wear and tear parts like belts, provided tools etc., except to initial damage which has to be
claimed immediately after receipt and initial check of the machine.
-Defects in the tool caused by non-compliance with the operating instructions, improper assembly,
insufficient power supply, improper use, abnormal environmental conditions, inappropriate oper-
ating conditions, overload or insufficient servicing or maintenance.
-Damages being the causal effect of performed manipulations, changes, additions made to the
machine.
-Defects caused by using accessories, components or spare parts other than original HOLZMANN
spare parts.
-Slight deviations from the specified quality or slight appearance changes that do not affect func-
tionality or value of the tool.
-Defects resulting from a commercial use of tools that - based on their construction and power
output - are not designed and built to be used within the frame of industrial/commercial conti-
nuous load.
F) Claims other than the right to correction of faults in the tool named in these guarantee conditions
are not covered by our guarantee.
G) This guarantee is voluntary. Therefore Services provided under guarantee do not lengthen or renew
the guarantee period for the tool or the replaced part.
SERVICE
After Guarantee and warranty expiration specialist repair shops can perform maintenance and repair jobs.
But we are still at your service as well with spare parts and/or machine service. Place your spare part / re-
