Guarantee
This homechoice appliance carries a 12-month guarantee against mechanical and
electrical failure. The guarantee starts from your invoice date and is valid for a full year.
On delivery of this appliance, it is imperative to ensure that all necessary features/
accessories are included. If anything is missing or faulty, it must be reported immediately
and returned within 14 days of receipt.

Safety instructions
1 Carefully read the instructions before using your appliance.
2. Caution: Ensure that the blender is switched o before removing it from the
stand.
3. Switch o the appliance before tting and removing the attachments.
4. Keep your ngers away from moving parts and the opening on the attachment.
5. Only use the appliance for its intended domestic use. The manufacturer will not
accept any liability if the appliance is subjected to improper use or the user fails
to comply with these instructions.
6. Never leave the appliance to run unsupervised, especially when young children
or handicapped persons are present.
7. Check that the voltage rating of the appliance matches that of your electrical
system. Any connection error will nullify the guarantee.
8. The appliance must be plugged into an earthed electrical socket.
9. If you have to use an electrical extension lead, it must be earthed.
10. Please make sure that no-one trips over extension leads.
11. Unplug the appliance as soon as you have nished using it and when you clean
it.
12. Don’t use your attachment and/or appliance if it has been damaged. You should
contact an approved service centre.
13. Any work on the appliance - other than normal care and cleaning by the
customer - must be carried out by an approved service centre.
14. Do not immerse the appliance, the power cord or the plug in water or in any
liquid.
15. Do not allow the power cord to hang within reach of children and make sure
that they are unable to injure themselves on hot or sharp parts/edges.
16. If the power cord or the plug is damaged, don’t use your appliance .To avoid any
risk, these must be replaced by an approved service centre.
17. Do not put any accessories containing metal in a microwave oven.
18. Switch o the appliance and disconnect it before changing accessories or
parts.
19. Do not touch the whisk, mixer blade or kneading hook while the appliance is in
operation.
20. Only use one attachment at a time and make sure that other running parts have
the cover on.
21. Do not operate the appliance for more than 10 minutes at a time. Allow 30
minutes rest before next use.
22. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they
have been given correct instructions on the use of the appliance or they are
under supervision. Children must not play with the appliance.
23. Care must be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying
the bowl and during cleaning. Always disconnect the appliance from
the electrical supply when left unattended and before assembling,
disassembling or cleaning.

Using your appliance
Mixing/kneading/beating/emulsifying/whisking (See gure A & B)
1. Press button (2) to release the multi functional head (9) and raise it to a vertical
position.
2. Fit the bowl (6) onto the appliance by turning until it locks into position and
place the ingredients in it.
3. Position the cover on the head with the lling opening at the front of the
appliance (see gure B).
4. Fit the desired accessory (10,11,12) in the power output, pushing the shaft of the
accessory home and turn it a quarter turn towards you to lock it in position (see
gure B).
5. Lower the multi functional head of the appliance to the horizontal position and
press button again (a click should be heard).
6. During preparation, you can add ingredients through the opening on the cover.
7. To stop the appliance, turn the knob (1) back to 0.
1. Assemble the blade assembly to the seal and lock it with a quarter turn
clockwise into the bottom of the jug (the jug must be upright).
2. Lower the multi functional head of the appliance (9) to a horizontal position and
press button (2) again (a click should be heard).
3. Press the removable cover (3) and switch it o to open the cover (3).
4. Ensure that the appliance is at a standstill before latching on the assembled
blender.
5. Fit the assembled blender and lock it in position by turning it clockwise.

Meat grinder/sausage stung/(See gure D & E)
Assembling and tting the attachment
1 Take the body (cutter housing 22) by the feed tube with the largest opening
upwards.
2. Insert the worm shaft (16) (drive pins rst) in the cutter housing (22). Fit the cutter
blade (17) on the shaft with the cutting edges upwards.
3. Place the disc (14/15/18) over the blades (17) ensuring that the two lugs t in the
two cut-outs in the body (see the gure C).
4. Fix the screw ring (19) on and screw it fully on the body.
5. Check the assembly. The shaft should have no play nor be able to turn on itself.
6. Play the multi function head in the horizontal position (a click should be heard).
7. Take out the removable cover (8), hold the assembled mincer attachment, tilted
towards you to the power output (4) and engage it with the output fully. Return
the feed tube to a vertical position by turning to the rear until it stops.
8. Place the removable tray (21) on the feed tube of cutting housing (22).
9. Put the ingredients onto the removable tray(21) , use the pusher(20) to press the
ingredients into the feeding tube of the removable tray(21) when the appliance
starts to work. Never push the meat with the nger or any other utensil.
10. When the process is nished,press the release button(13) and disassemble the
meat grinder attachment.

Cleaning
1. Unplug the appliance.
2. Never immerse the motor in water or put it under running water.
3. Wipe it with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
4. For easier cleaning, quickly rinse the accessories after use. Completely dismantle the
mixer attachment. Handle the blades with care as some have sharp cutting edges.
5. If your accessories are discoloured by food (carrots, oranges, etc.), rub them gently
with kitchen towel dipped in cooking oil and then clean in the usual way.
6. Blender assembly: pour hot water with a few drops of washing liquid into the blender
jug. Close the cover. Fit it on the appliance and give a few pulses.
Remove the blender, rinse the jug under running water and leave it upside down to
dry.
7. For cleaning more dicult residue, especially from thicker preparations, the blade nut
assembly can be detached from the bottom of the jug. To do this, place the empty
blender upside down on a at surface, release the blade/nut assembly with a quarter
turn and lift out the seal with care.
