T e display also s ows if t ere is a problem wit your
dryer, if t is occurs t e display will s ow F followed by
a fault code number (see Troubleshooting).
●Empty Water Icon / ontainer
(If you ave plumbed your dryer to a drain t is icon can
be ignored, as t ere is no need to empty t e water
container).
W en t is icon is on (not flas ing) it reminds you to
empty t e water container.
If t e water container fills during a programme, t e
eater turns off and t e dryer does a period of Cool
Tumble t en t e icon flas es and t e buzzer sounds.
After t is it stops and all progress icons come on and
t e empty water icon flas es.
You must empty t e water container and restart t e
dryer or t e clot es will not dry. After re-starting t e
dryer t e icon will take a few seconds to go out.
To avoid t is always empty t e water container eac
time you use t e dryer (see Maintenance).
●Door Opening
Opening t e door during a programme will stop t e
dryer and ave t e following effects:
●All 4 progress icons come on.
●During a delay p ase t e delay will continue to
count down. T e start button must be pressed to
resume t e delay programme.
T e progress icons will c ange to s ow current
status.
●During t e drying part of t e programme, t e
colons on t e display stop flas ing to s ow t at
t e time as stopped counting down.
T e start button must be pressed to resume t e
programme. T e progress icons will c ange to
s ow t e current status, t e colons flas and
count down continues.
●During t e Airing programme or a Cool Tumble or
Post Care p ase, t e programme ends and t e
display s ows .
●Note
If you ave a power cut, switc off t e power or
remove t e plug. W en t e power is restored, press
t e START button and t e programme will resume.
!Warning, after pressing t e start button, t e
programme cannot be c anged.
!ON/OFF button : press t is button and you pause
t e programme. Press it again and t e programme will
resume, if you ave opened t e door you will need to
press t e Start button to resume t e programme.
!START/ AN EL button : press and old in t is
button and you cancel a programme, t e display t en
s ows .
●Option buttons / icons
T ese buttons are used to customise t e selected
programme to your requirements. A programme must
ave been selected, by pressing a programme selection
button, before an option can be selected. Not all
options are available for all programmes (see Start
and Programmes). If an option is not available and you
press t e button, t e buzzer will beep four times. If
t e option is available t ere will be one beep and t e
option icon lig ts to confirm t e selection.
Time Delay
T e start of some programmes (see Start and
Programmes) can be delayed for up to 18 ours.
Ensure t e water container is emptied before setting
a delayed start.
To set, press t e Time Delay button, t e display s ows
and t e option TIME DELAY icon comes on.
Press again and a 1 our delay is selected and t e
display s ows , eac furt er press of t e button
adds 1 r to t e delay. W en is displayed a
furt er press and t e display s ows and after a
couple of seconds cancels t e delay.
Pre are
T is option is only available if a delayed start as been
selected. It tumbles t e clot es occasionally during
t e delayed period to elp prevent creases developing.
Alarm
Available on all programmes and allows t e buzzer to
give a signal at t e end of t e drying cycle, to remind
you t at t e clot es are ready to be removed.
Press t e button and t e icon will s ow t at t e
option is selected.
Post are
W en available and selected, t e clot es are
occasionally tumbled after t e end of t e drying and
cool tumble cycles, to elp prevent creases
developing s ould you not be available to remove t e
load immediately t e programme is complete.
●TIME DISPLAY
T e display s ows eit er t e amount of time delay
remaining or an indication of t e amount of time left
for a drying programme.
T e delay time is displayed in ours and counts down
eac our. T e TIME DELAY icon flas es
after t e start button as been pressed.
