ZL99A is a GSM (GPRS) phone independently developed by
Shanghai Huaqin Telecom Technology Co., Ltd. The Maintenance
arrangement in this article includes three levels:
1. The first level is able to locate the trouble at local by
empirical without any special tools. Hot air gun is usually
not used, and mobile phones with IC fault are generally
not repaired unless approved by the company when
necessary.
2. The second level can make use of some special tools to
solve the trouble. And it’s difficult to think out problems
only by empirical as the first level. Special tools such as
hot air gun, electric iron, oscilloscope and test set need to
be used when necessary. Any component can be used so
as to help to solve the problem.
3. The third level maintenance mainly solves problems that
can not be solved at the second level, and is handled by
the Sevice and Repair center.

2. Disassemble and assemble Procedures
2.1 Disassemble procedure
(1) Remove the screw-hole-plugs of the screw, battery cover
You can pull out the screw with pins or other forceps .Be careful of the shell please. Push the back cover
according to the direction by the arrowhead. Pull the touch pen, please do it along the parallel .
(2) Remove the screws
Remove another 2 screws with the screwdriver
(3) Remove theAcover
Recur to the hard plastic card , tear open theA cover, such as below

(4) Remove the main board and the B cover
a. Be careful of the side key
b.Please take out the SIM card before you want to remove the main board
(5) Remove the receiver and the main keys
a. Prize the receiver with the forceps softly
b. Push the face of the main key . Please keep our eyes open the six red points ,keep there right
position

(6) Remove the LCD
Turn on the LCD as the arrowhead showed and remove it with the iron .

(7) Remove MIC
After LCD removed, please dismantle the MIC with the iron.

(8) Remove the RF bracket
Remove the screw firstly .Then take down the bracket
RF screw
(9) Remove the FM bracket, SPK and DC Jack
First remove the FM FPC PAD and the SPK pad with the iron. Then loose the Camera and take
down the FM bracket. Last take out the DC Jack and the SPK.
