1.未接电源线供电或者供电不
足。
2.设置菜单检查信号源是否设
置 为 “ HD MI” 或 者 自 动 。
3.重 插 或 者 更 换 HDMI 线。

系 统 设 置 里 找 到“ 屏 幕 分 辨 率 ”
这 一 栏 设 置 。
Type-C 一线同屏无显示
1.确认设备的 T yp e-C 接 口 带
视频输出功能。
2.确认连接到显示器的
Type-C 信号源接口。
3.设置菜单里检查信号源是否
设 置 为 “ Typ e-C”或者自动。
4.重 启 或 者 更 换 T ype- C 线。
5.确认手机是否有一线同屏功
能，若无则需要另外购买同屏
线，具体联系我司客服。

4.Connecting a device
A. Connect the mobile phone with Type-C full function through the
double-ended Type-C cable to achieve all function of mobile being
displayed on portable monitor.
B. Connect the laptop /Switch with Type-C full function through the
double-end Type-C cable to achieve extended display or duplicated
display.
C. Connect computer/XBOX ONE and other HDMI devices through an
HDMI cable.

6.Troubleshooting (FAQ)
Problem

No display after connecting HDMI
cable
1. Not connecting type-c cable for
power supply or insufficient power
supply.
2. Check the setting menu to
whether the signal is set to "HDMI"
or automatic mode.
3. Replug or change another HDMI
cable.
How to set up split screen under
Windows system
Find "Screen Resolution" TAB in
System Settings to set split screen
Type-C is not displayed on the
same screen
1. Confirm that the Type-C interface
of the device is equipped with video
output function.
2. Verify the Type-C source
interface connected to the display.
3. Check whether the signal source
is set to "type-c" mode or automatic
in the Settings menu.
4. Reset or replace the Type-C
cable.
