Introducción
ATENCIÓN
Este generador de humedad es un preciso sistema electrónico que mantiene la humedad
mediante un perfecto funcionamiento constante y automático, garantizando así la óptima
conservación de los puros. Su característica esencial es la de generar una oscilación
eléctrica a frecuencias ultrasónicas. La cerámica del nebulizador cambia la oscilación
eléctrica a mecánica, la cual genera humedad mediante niebla. Esta oscilación produce
iones negativos que ayudan a refrescar el aire. El ventilador instalado en el equipo se
encarga de repartir la humedad por el humidor.
El humidicador paraliza automáticamente su funcionamiento una vez que ha alcanzado
el grado de humedad programada, volviendo a ponerse en marcha cuando ésta ha bajado
aproximadamente un 5%. El humidicador lleva un depósito para almacenar agua, que
debe ser destilada para evitar las impurezas del agua de la red y así se dar mayor vida al
humidicador. Este humidicador es un equipo diseñado especícamente para humidicar
muebles (humidores) destinados a la conservación de puros, no obstante puede aplicarse
a otras funciones.
Tenga cuidado al manipular el humidicador Hr6. Aunque es un aparato
seguro, es eléctrico y al estar en contacto con el agua puede ocasionar
daños si no se cumplen normas de seguridad básicas.

INSTALACIÓN Y PUESTA EN MARCHA
Por favor, lea atentamente estas instrucciones para la correcta puesta en marcha de su humidor
con humidicador electrónico (HR6). Es fundamental para la correcta conservación de sus
cigarros con la humedad idónea: 70%.
1. Cuando conecte el humidicador a la red, éste comenzará a funcionar y se encenderá el piloto
verde, que se apagará cuando el humidicador consiga la humedad programada. Cuando el
piloto rojo se encienda, signica que es necesario rellenar el depósito de agua destilada.
2. El regulador de humedad digital está completamente programado para conseguir la
humedad necesaria del 70%. Por favor, no es necesario que programe ni cambie ningún ajuste
del regulador poe que ya está congurado. Si lo hace, puede alterar su funcionamiento.
3. Al inicio y hasta que el espacio a humedecer no se sature, se consumirá bastante agua. Esto
es normal y posteriormente su consumo bajará.

Colocar el humidicador lo más pegado a la trasera del humidor.
Su humidor tiene una doble trasera para que la humedad suba por ella, salga por la parte
superior y luego baje y así circule. En la parte de arriba, se hace la lectura de la humedad. De
esta manera, se consigue una humedad similar en todo el espacio.
Llenar el depósito con agua destilada retirando la tapa
izquierda con cuidado de que no caiga agua en el ventilador.
Cargar hasta la marca blanca que está dentro del depósito.

LIMPIEZA DEL EQUIPO
En su humidicador Hr6, el depósito y el nebulizador están constantemente sometidos a
la humedad y partículas de suciedad del ambiente, por lo que deben limpiarse. Aunque la
utilización de agua destilada ayuda a la prevención de daños ocasionados por la cal y otros
agentes, se debe mantener una limpieza peródica para el buen mantenimineto del aparato.
Pasos a seguir
●La rejilla del motor debe limpiarse para evitar su obstrucción.
●Se aconseja que esta limpieza se realice más o menos cada dos meses.
●Para la limpieza del equipo, éste deberá desconectarse de la red eléctrica.
●Saque el humidicador del mueble y vacíe el agua del depósito, teniendo mucho cuidado de
que el agua no moje la parte electrónica del equipo.
●Limpie el depósito y la cerámica del nebulizador con un paño suave y agua limpia. Nunca
se deberá utilizar lejías u otros productos químicos ya que podrían dañar el equipo y el
producto.
●Si observa que después de varios lavados la cerámica instalada en el nebulizador no
mantiene sus características iniciales, se debe proceder a su cambio.
●Cuando se haya nalizado la limpieza del humidicador, proceda a su puesta en
funcionamiento tal como se indica para la puesta en marcha por primera vez.

PROBLEMAS DE MAL FUNCIONAMIENTO
GARANTÍA
Si el humidicador no mantiene el nivel de humedad programado:
●Puede que la cerámica del nebulizador esté sucia.
●Puede que la cerámica del nebulizador esté gastada
●Puede ser que el depósito no tenga agua suciente.
●Puede ser que el depósito tenga exceso de agua.
Para comprobar el problema en el humidicador debe seguir los siguientes pasos:
●Quitar la tapa de la izda (por donde se recarga de agua).
●Conectar las tomas del humidicador (toma redonda y toma de 9 pin).
●Girar la rueda del higrostato al 100%.
Al seguir estos pasos puede ocurrir lo siguiente:
●No se enciende ninguna luz ni gira el ventilador. Solución: mirar si en el transformador se
enciende una luz; si no es así, hay que cambiar el transformador.
●Si se enciende la luz del transformador, signica que hay corriente hasta el generador.
Solución: mirar si la luz del nebulizador funciona (el nebulizador se ve quitando la tapa de la
izda). Si tiene luz, no está dañado y si no luce, hay que reponerlo.
●Si el nebulizador no está dañado y no gira el ventilador, puede ser que haya cambiado la
polaridad de la toma redonda que va al humidicador o que haya habido una sobretensión
que haya dañado el ventilador.
●El humidicador y sus componentes están garantizados por 2 años contra cualquier
anomalía de fabricación o por rotura en su transporte.
●Queda anulada la garantía por manipulación, mal uso o mantenimiento del humidicador.
●Para que la garantía surta efecto, en el caso del transporte, el humidicador deberá ser
revisado en el momento de la recepción para comprobar si existen roturas o anomalías
por el transporte. En caso de sufrir algún daño, anote en el albarán de entrega del
transportista “dañado o roto” y envíenos una copia dentro de las 24 horas de la recepción
del humidicador.
●Los gastos de envío del humidicador dañado para su reparación serán por cuenta del
comprador o cliente.
●Humidores Wacota se reserva el derecho a realizar cualquier modicación de diseño o
funcional en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.
Rotura del cable
●Si el cable de alimentación está dañado, debe ser sustituido por otro nuevo o por un
conjunto especial a suministrar por el fabricante o por su servicio postventa.

4. INSTRUCCIONES DE LAS TECLAS:
• RST:
Presionar la tecla RST para encender y apagar. y pulsar la tecla RST cuando esté apagado para
encender. Encendido, pulse la tecla RST tres segundos y sostenga para apagar.
• SET:
A: Presione una vez la tecla SET para entrar en el control de la temperatura y presione las
teclas “▲”o“▼” para ajustar, presione “▲”o“▼” durante tres segundos mantenidos para en-
trar en el modo de ajuste rápido, pulse la tecla SET de nuevo para salir del modo de ajuste.
B: Presione y mantenga presionado la tecla SET durante tres segundos para entrar en la con-
guración del menú del sistema, presione “▲”o“▼” para seleccionar el menú de ajuste, pul-
se la tecla SET una vez para entrar en el parámetro conguración, presione “▲”o“▼”” para
ajustar los parámetros necesarios para ser modicados, después de ajustar, presione la tecla
RST para salir o saldrá automaticamente después de 5 segundos.

5. MANUAL DE INSTRUCCIONES:
Descripción de los LED:
●Luz de trabajo del lado izquierdo de la pantalla es utilizada como indicador de
funcionamiento. Si parpadea, indica un retraso del enfriamiento o calentamiento. Si el LED
está siempre encendido, indica el estado de humidicación o deshumidicación.
●Luz de ajuste del lado izquierdo de la pantalla. Está encendida para indicar que está en
modo ajuste.
Instrucciones de función:
Presione la tecla RST para abrir el control de la humedad y pulse esta tecla durante 3 segundos.
Entonces, se puede apagar el regulador de la humedad.

Funciones de humidicación y deshumidicación:
●Modo deshumidicación: cuando la humedad medida es mayor o igual al valor ajustado + la
histéresis ajustada, el relé se enciende y abre. Cuando la humedad medida esté por debajo
del valor ajustado - la histéresis ajustada, el relé se apaga y cierra.
●Modo humidicación: cuando la humedad medida es mayor o igual al valor programado +
histéresis ajustada, el relé se apaga. Cuando la humedad medida está por debajo del valor
ajustado - histéresis ajustada, el relé se enciende y arranca.
Ejemplo de ajuste: si se establece en modo de humidicación y se ja la humedad hasta un 72% y la
histéresis se establece en 7, entonces cuando la humedad medida sea mayor o igual a 72%, el relé se
apagará. Cuando la humedad esté por debajo del 65%, el relé arrancará.
• Conguración de la humidicación y deshumidicación:
Presione la tecla “SET” más de 3 segundos para entrar en la pantalla de menú donde aparece el
código de “HC”, pulsar la tecla “SET” para mostrar el modo de funcionamiento. Presione “▲”o
“▼” para ajustar: C signica el modo de deshumidicación; H signica modo de humidicación.
•Función histéresis (D):
El ajuste de la histéresis limita el intervalo máximo entre el encendido y la parada. El intervalo
mínimo de la máquina entre la apertura y la parada es el 1% y el máximo es 15%.
• Conguración de la histéresis (D):
Presione la tecla “SET” y mantener 3 segundos para entrar en el menú display. Con las teclas “▲”
o“▼” aparece el código “D”, pulse la tecla “SET” para mostrar el valor de la histéresis y estable-
cer presionando las teclas“▲”o“▼”.
•Función de la calibración de la humedad (CA):
Cuando hay desviación entre la medición de la humedad y la humedad estándar (higrómetro),
utilice la función de calibración de humedad, que debe introducirse como la diferencia que hay
entre el valor que da el regulador con el que da el higrómetro externo (el valor de esta calibra-
ción puede ser 0, un número positivo o un número negativo)
• Conguración de la humedad (CA):
Presione la tecla “SET” más de 3 segundos para entrar en la pantalla de menú y con las teclas
“▲”o“▼” ajuste la pantalla. Aparece el código “CA”, presione la tecla “SET” para mostrar la hu-
medad de calibración y presione “▲”o“▼” para ajustar los parámetros.
Por ejemplo: cuando medimos con la sonda de humedad y es del 70%, muestra 70% ya que el CA es
0, muestra 71% ya que el CA es 1, muestra 69% por que la CA es -1. Esta función generalmente se
aplica cuando la lectura no mide directamente el espacio que interese.
•Ajuste del retardo (PT):
Presione la tecla “SET” y mantenga más de 3 segundos para entrar en el menú display. Con las
teclas “▲”o“▼” ajuste hasta que aparezca el código de “PT”, pulse la tecla “SET” para mostrar
el valor del ajuste de retardo y, a continuación, presione “▲”o“▼” para ajustar el nuevo pará-
metro.
•Funciones de límite superior e inferior (HS y LS):
El valor de HS (límite superior) y LS (límite inferior) limitan la gama del sistema de control del
punto de humedad. Por ejemplo: HS se establece en 75 y LS se establece en 50, entonces el con-
trol de humedad sólo puede ajustarse entre 50 y 75. Cuando el control de humedad es 50, en-
tonces si pulsa “▼”, la pantalla permanecerá en 50 y no disminuirá. Cuando la humedad de con-
trol llega a 75 si pulsa la tecla “▲”, la pantalla permanecerá en el estado de 75 y no aumentará.
Si el valor está fuera de ese rango, en primer lugar debe cambiar el valor de HS o LS, y entonces
se puede modicar.
• Conguración de Límite Superior e Inferior (HS y LS):
Presione la tecla “SET” y manténgala más de 3 segundos para entrar en el menú display. Con las
teclas “▲”o“▼” presionadas, aparece el código “HS” o “LS”, presione la tecla “SET” para mostrar
la HS o LS, luego presione el botón “▲”o“▼” para ajustar los valores. HS signica límite supe-
rior. LS signica límite inferior.

6. POSIBLES ERRORES:
●Cuando se desconecta el sensor, la pantalla muestra --- y se cierra.
●Cuando el sensor detecta que la humedad está por debajo del 1%, la pantalla muestra LLL.
●Cuando el sensor detecta que la humedad es superior a 99%, en la pantalla aparece HHH.
7. PRECAUCIONES DE USO:
●Evite la sobretensión, ya que puede dañar el regulador y causar un cortocircuito.
●El humidicador debe estar bien conectado con el terminal, si no, la abilidad de la máquina
se reduce.
●Cuando se conecten los cables, por favor, separe fuente de alimentación, relés y sensores o
de lo contrario se dañará la máquina.

Introduction
WARNING
This humidity generator is an accurate electronic system that keeps moisture in perfect
continuous and automatic operation, thereby ensuring optimal preservation of the cigars.
Its essential feature is to generate an electrical oscillation at ultrasonic frequencies. The
pottery of the nebulizer changes the electrical oscillation to a mechanical oscillation, which
creates the mist. This oscillation produces negative ions that help cool the air. The fan
installed on the computer distributes moisture from the humidor.
The humidier automatically freezes its operation once it has reached the programmed
humidity, and starts again when it has fallen about 5%.
The humidier has a tank to store water, it must be distilled to prevent impurities from
running water and to extend the life cycle of the humidier.
This humidier is a device specically designed to humidify furniture (Humidors) for cigar
storage, however it can be applied to other functions.
Please, be careful when handling the Hr6 humidier. Although this is a
safe device, it is electric and due to being in contact with water, it can
cause damage if basic safety standards are not met.

INSTALLATION AND STARTING UP
For the correct setup of your humidor with electronic humidier (HR6) please read these
instructions carefully. It is fundamental for the correct conservation of your cigars with the best
humidity conditions: 70%.
1. When plugged in to the power supply, the humidier will begin to operate and will light the
green pilot, which will be turned o when the humidier reaches humidity level set (70%).
When the red light turns on, it means that it is necessary to ll the tank with distilled water.
2. The digital humidity regulator of humidity is completely programmed to achieve the
necessary moisture of 70%. So, it is not necessary that set or change any setting of the
regulator settings that have already been congured. Otherwise, a malfunction may occur.
3. At the beginning and until the area is fully humidied, a lot of water will be consumed, which
is normal at this stage. After the humidity level is obtained, the consumption will drop.

Place the humidier as close as possible to the back of the humidor.
Your humidor has a double back to allow the humidity to exit upwards by the upper part and
then descend to allow for circulation. The humidity reading is made at the upper part of the
device to maintain a constant humidity level in the whole area.
Proceed to ll the tank with distilled water by removing the
cover of the left side of the humidier, being careful not to get
water into the fan. Fill until the white mark inside the tank.
Starting up: important information

CLEANING OF THE HUMIDIFIER
In your Hr6 humidier, the deposit and the nebulizer are constantly subjected to the moisture
and dirt particles of the environment and this is why you should clean it. Although the use of
distilled water helps to prevent damage caused by lime and others agents. You must clean it
regularly for a proper maintenance of the humidier.
Instructions
●The motor grid must be cleaned to avoid obstruction.
●Be advised that this cleaning procedure should be performed approximately every two
months.
●For the cleaning, the equipment should be disconnected from the main power supply.
●Remove the humidier of the cabinet, and empty the water from the tank, taking care to
avoid wetting the electronic parts of the humidier.
●Clean the tank and ceramics of the nebulizer using a soft cloth and clean water, bleach or
other chemicals must not be used as these could damage the equipment and product.
●If you notice that after several cleaning procedure the ceramic installed in the nebulizer does
not retain its initial characteristics, you must proceed to its replacement.
●When you have nished cleaning the humidier, please put it in operation as shown in the
starting up paragraph.

MALFUNCTION PROBLEMS
WARRANTY
If the humidier does not maintain the programmed humidity level:
●The nebulizer ceramic may be dirty.
●The nebulizer ceramic may be worn.
●The tank may not have enough water.
●The tank may have excess water.
To check problems in the humidier you must proceed as follows:
●Remove the left cap (where water is recharged)
●Connect the humidier sockets (round socket and 9-pin socket)
●Rotate the humidistat to 100%
When following these steps the following situations may occur:
●The light is not turned or the fan does not turn. Solution: check if the transformer light is
turned on, if not, replace the transformer.
●If the transformer light is on, it means that there is power reaching the generator. Solution:
check if the nebulizer light goes on (the nebulizer can be inspected by removing the cap on
the left), if is the light is on, it is not damaged, if the light is o, it must be replaced.
●If the nebulizer is not damaged and the fan does not turn, it may be that you have changed
the polarity of the round socket that goes to the humidier or that an electricity surge has
been damaged the fan.
●The humidier and its components are guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing
fault or breakage in transportation.
●Warranty is voided by the manipulation, misuse or poor maintenance of the humidier.
●For the validity of the warranty (in case of transportation) the humidier should be revised
at the time of the reception to check if there are broken parts or anomalies caused during
transportation, and in case of damage, “damaged or broken” must be added to the
carrier’s delivery note, and a copy must be sent within twenty-four hours of receipt of the
humidier.
●The shipping costs of the damaged humidier to manufacturer for repair shall be borne
by the buyer.
●Humidores Wacota reserves the right to make any changes in design or functional
changes to the humidier at any time, without prior notice.

●If the cord is damaged it must be replaced by a new cord, or a special set provided by the
manufacturer.

4. KEY INSTRUCTIONS:
●RST:
Press RST key to switch on and o, press the RST key on the power-o state once to turn on, on
the power-on state, press the RST key for three seconds and hold on, then it will be o.
●SET:
A: Press the SET key once to enter the temperature control setting, press
“▲”or “▼” button to adjust, press “▲”or “▼” button for three seconds and hold to enter the
fast adjusting mode, press the SET key again to exit setting mode.
B: Press and hold SET key for three seconds to enter the system menu settings, press the “▲”
or “▼” key to select the adjustment menu, press SET key once to enter the appropriate para-
meter settings, press “▲”or “▼” to adjust the parameters needed to be modied, after being
adjusted, press the RST key to exit, or exit as the system delay for 5 seconds.

5. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
LED Status Description:
The WORK lights at the left side of the screen are used as working indicator lights, ashing indi-
cates the delay of cooling or heating, if the LED is always on, it indicates it is on the status of Hu-
midication or Dehumidication.
The SET light at the left side of the screen lights is used as setting indicator lights, if the LED is
always on, it indicates it is on the status of setting.
Function Instructions:
Press RST key to open the Humidity Controller, on the running status, press this key for 3 se-
conds, then the Humidity Controller can be turned o.

• Humidication, Dehumidication function:
Dehumidication Mode: When the measured Humidity is higher than or equal to the set value
+ hysteresis, the relay picks up to start the output; When the measured Humidity below the set
value, the relay o and close the
output.
Humidication mode: When the measured Humidity is higher than or equal to the set value,
the relay o, turn o the output; When the measured Humidity below the set value - hysteresis,
the relay picks up to start the output.
Example for Setting: If it is set to Humidication mode, set the Humidity to 75%, hysteresis is set to 5,
then when the measured Humidity is higher than or equal to 75%, the relay is o, close the output.
When the temperature is below 70%, pick up the relay again, to start the output.
Example for Setting: If it is set to Dehumidication mode, set the Humidity to 75%, hysteresis is set to
5, then when the measured Humidity is below 75%, the relay is o, close the output. When the Humidi-
ty is higher than or equal to 80%, pick up the relay again, to start the output.
• Humidication, Dehumidication mode setting:

•Hysteresis function:
Hysteresis setting limits the maximum interval between the opening and stopping, this machine
minimum interval between the opening and stopping is 1 %, the maximum is 15 %.
•Hysteresis settings:

•Humidity calibration function:
When there is deviation between the measuring Humidity and standard Humidity, use the Hu-
midity calibration function, make the machine measurements value consistent with the stan-
dard Humidity, the after calibration Humidity = the before calibration Humidity + calibration va-
lue (calibration value can be positive number, negative number, and 0).
•Humidity calibration settings:

adjusted to the screen, appearing “CA” code, press the “SET” key to display the temperature cali-
bration settings, press “▲”or “▼” key to adjust the parameters.
For example: When we measure the probe Humidity was 75 %,it displays 75% as the CA is 0, it displays
76% as the CA is 1, it displays 74 % as the CA is -1. This function is generally applied when the probe
can not measure directly the measured object.
•Delay Protection Setting:
Press “SET” key and hold more than 3 seconds to enter the menu display, with “▲”or “▼” key
adjusted to the screen, appearing “PT” code, press the “SET” key to display the delay setting va-
lue, then press the “▲”or “▼” key to adjust the parameters.
•Upper and lower limit functions:
The setting of HS and LS limit the set range of control Humidity point, for example: HS is set to
75, LS is set to 50, the control Humidity can only be adjusted between 50 and 75, when the con-
trol Humidity to 50 then press “▼” key, the display will remain on the status of 50 and not de-
crease; when the control temperature to 75 then press “▲” key, the display will on the status of
75 and not increase. If the set point outside this range, it needs to rstly change the value of HS
and LS, then it can be achieved.
•Upper and lower limit settings:
Press “SET” key and hold more than 3 seconds to enter the menu display, with “▲”or “▼” key
adjusted to the screen, appearing “HS” or “LS” code, press the “SET” key to display the upper or
lower limit set value, then press “▲”or “▼” key to adjust the parameters. HS means upper limit.
LS means lower limit.

6. FAULT TIPS:
●When the sensor disconnected, the screen displays --- and close the output.
●When the sensor detects the temperature is below 1%, the screen displays LLL.
●When the sensor detects a temperature higher than 99%, the screen displays HHH.
7. CAUTION FOR USING:
●The load must not exceed the output contact capacity, or it may result in machine damage
and cause a re.
●Various connecting wire must be well connected with the terminal, otherwise, it would result
in reducing the reliability of machine.
●When connecting the wire, please separate power supply, relays, sensors, otherwise it will
damage the machine.
