Thanks for choosing our TV Trolley Stand. This product was designed for mounting of flat panel televisions that weigh up to
60 kg /132lbs. It ensures the ease of adjusting the height of the TV. The stand can be easily moved by a set of integrated
wheels.
  Please go over the instructions at least once before taking any steps. If any aspect of the instructions stated
herein poses any confusions or doubts, please ensure to hire the services of a qualified installer. Carefully go through each
part supplied in the product package to ensure there are no missing or defective parts. DO NOT use defective parts, an

Insert one wheel per tube (both wheel’s nuts are to be installed beneath the
tube, please see step 16)
Insert the plastic tube connector cover (part 4). However Please rememeber,
you will need to lift it up for step 15.
Insert the TV plate connector and the rubber pad (part 10) onto the poles (part
6) and then tighten the Allen screw.
Important: Long square tubes (part 1) should go in the front side. Short
square tubes (part 2) should go in the back side.Use the tube connector
(part 3) to connect the 4 square tubes.
Insert poles (part 5), make sure the hole for the screw (part 13) on the pole lines
up with the same hole on the tube connector (part 3). Insert the pole connector
(part 7) on top.
Insert tubes (part 6) into tubes (part 5) through the tube connector (part 7).
Insert the pole cover (part 8) on top of the tube (part 6).

Connect the TV plate into the poles.
Connect the the TV arms (part 20) into the back of the TV using the proper hardware (part 21-part 28). Note: you only need 4 screws, 4 washers and maybe

Adjust the TV plate to make sure it’s leveled.
Hook the two TV arms and the TV onto the TV plate, adjust to the proper tilting
angle and then tighten the tilting knobs. If the TV is heavy make sure you have
additional help.
Keep tightening the saftey screw until it passes the bottom rail of the TV plate.
DO NOT over tighten.

If the floor is not leveled and the stand is wobbly, turn the wheel’s nut up on the wobbly leg until the stand is leveled on the
floor and stable.
Adjust the height of the TV.
Install the shelf brackets (part 17) and the shelf (part 16). Lift tube connector cover (part 4), Fasten grab screw (part 14) for extra
stability.
Insert the wires into the pole for neat look.
