1. Introduction
This document describes the hardware of the XDS-2370

1.3.Installation
In some instances, due to major temperature deviation and change in elevation or environment, the
signboard's glass panel might trap slight moisture and will require at least 2-4 hours for the
condensation to evaporate prior to usage to avoid damaging the product.
Mounting with VESA compatible mounting interface
This smart signboard accepts a MIS-D100(100mm x 100mm) VESA-Compliant mounting interface, the
recommended screw is M4 x 9mm (excl. bracket thickness)
Installing the optional display stand
1Place the display face down on a still surface, use clean cloth as cushion underneath is suggested
2Place the stand on the mounting bracket and install the screw

3Adjust the stand to switch between portrait/landscape installation
Alternatively, user can rotate the screen to change its orientation follow the instruction as shown below:

Using control buttons
1To unlock the control button, press and hold up and down buttons for 10 seconds, OSD unlocked notification
will pop up on screen

1Press AUTO button to access input source menu as shown below
2Press AUTO button to switch between D-SUB,HDMI and Digital Signage, then press MENU button to enter the
selected source

Factory reset by OSD
There are 2 methods to perform factory reset, below describes the step to reset by OSD
1Unlock control button if it is locked
2Press AUTO button to access input source menu first
3Press and hold up button for 5 seconds to access reset menu as shown below
4Press up/down button to change focus to Reset and press MENU button to enter Reset option
5Press up/down button to change setting as Yes then press MENU button to perform factory reset
Factory reset by long press control button
Alternatively, user can perform factory reset by long press control button
1Power off device by remove power cord
2Press and hold up button and then power on by connect power cord to the unit
3Keep holding up button until power led blinks
