Explanation of signs
The triangle containing a lightning symbol is used to indicate whenever your health is at risk
(due to electrocution, for example).
An exclamation mark in a triangle indicates particular risks in handing or operating the
appliance.
The hand symbol refers to useful tips and additional information on using the
appliance.
Important Safety instructions and danger warnings
Please read the manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
All safety instructions and warnings must be adhered to. They are part of the
manual and must be kept with the manual.
Any guarantee claims are rendered invalid if damage occurs due to non-
observance of these operating instructions. We assume no liability for any
consequent damage.
We assume no liability for personal injury or damage to property caused by
incorrect handling or nonobservance o the safety instructions. Any guarantee
claims expire in such cases.
Unauthorized conversions and/or modifications of the appliance are not
permitted for safety and licensing reasons (CE).
The appliance is approved for operation in dry, closed rooms only. Do not operate
the device nearby water, such as in bathrooms or nearby swimming pools.
The appliance may not be exposed to extreme temperatures (< +5°C / > +35°C) in
operation.
The appliance may not be subjected to strong vibrations or heavy mechanical
strain.
The appliance may not be exposed to excessive moisture (due to dripping or
sprayed water, for example).
Do not place any recipients filled with liquids, such as glasses or vases, on top of or
directly next to the appliance. They could fall over, causing water to enter the
appliance. Never pour out liquids above the appliance. Do not place any small
objects, such as coins or paper clips, on the appliance since they could fall inside
the appliance. You run a high risk of causing a fire or life-threatening
electrocution! If any liquid or objects enter the appliance nevertheless, pull the
mains plug out of the socket immediately and contact a specialist.

double insulated units without earth terminal).

Only pull the mains plug out of the socket by the intended gripping surface. Do not
pull it by the cable.
Never plug the mains plug in or out with damp or wet hands.
Always pull the mains plug out of the mains socket:
oBefore cleaning the appliance
oIf there is a thunderstorm
oIf you will not be using the appliance for a long period of time (＞1
week)
Electrical appliances must be kept out of the reach of children. Be particularly
careful if children are present. Children are not aware of the hazards involved in
handing electrical appliances improperly. Children could attempt to poke objects
into the appliance. There is a life-threatening danger of electrocution.
Do not leave the appliance unattended while operating it.
Never place the appliance on an unstable or movable surface. Persons could be
injured or the appliance damaged by it falling down.
When using a rack, make sure it is in a stable position and is transported securely.
Installation on uneven, slanted surfaces or stopping the rack abruptly during
transport can result in the rack overturning or appliances falling from or out of
the rack and injuring people.
Live components can be exposed by opening covers or removing components
(unless this can be done without tools). Contact points can also be live. If the
appliance has to be opened in order to calibrate, service, repair or replace
components or assemblies, all of its poles must be disconnected from all sources
of voltage first. If the appliance has to be kept open and under voltage during
maintenance or repairs, this work may only be carried out by a specialist who is
familiar with the risks involved and the relevant regulations.
Never connect the appliance directly after transferring it from a cold to a warm
room. The condensation water that forms could destroy the appliance or result in
an electric shock. Allow the device to reach room temperature before connecting
it. Wait until the condensation water has evaporated. This can take some hours.
Do not place any naked flames such as those of burning candles on or next to the
appliance.
Do not place the appliance on soft surfaces such as carpets or beds. Do not cover
the air vents of the appliance. Do not obstruct the air circulation with objects
such as magazines, table cloths or curtains. This prevents the dissipation of heat
from the appliance and can result in overheating.
Only use the appliance in a moderate climate, not in tropical environments.
All persons involved in operating, installing and servicing the appliance and putting
it into service must be trained and qualified accordingly and observe these
operating instructions.

Defective mains cables may only be replaced by specialists. Danger of shock
hazard!
Do not leave the packaging material lying around carelessly since it can become a
source of danger for children playing with it.
The accident prevention regulations and the regulations of the employers’ liability
insurance association should be observed at commercial institutions.
If you are not sure about the correct connection or if questions arise which are not
answered by the operating instructions, please do not hesitate to contact support
or a specialist of your choice. Consult a specialist if you are in doubt the operating
principle or the safety of the product.

2. The remote should be used within 6 meters from the remote control receiver,
around 30° left/right side, please try to point correctly at the remote receiver.
3. Remote’s receiver locates on screen, remove all obstacles between remote and
receiver.
4. If the remote is under a strong light source, remote operation may fail. Please
avoid placing the remote and the receiver under a strong light source.
5. Insert 2 x AAA batteries into the remote. Please respect polarity. If you don’t use
the remote for a longer period of time, please remove batteries in order to avoid
leakage and damage to the remote. Insert new batteries if the remote become
insensitive. Don’t mix old and new batteries.

Use of the Wireless microphone
1. Open battery cover and insert batteries with the correct polarity.
2. Turn the microphone power switch to ON, if power indicator doesn’t flash or
remains constantly on, batteries may be exhausted or inserted with the wrong
polarity.
3. Adjust M.VOL knob on the speaker for the microphone’s volume.
Note:
1. Avoid using the wireless microphone too close to the rear side of the speaker.
Avoid strong light and other obstacles as this might influence the reception.
2. The maximum range of the microphone is 10m.
3. Do not use another wireless microphone with same frequency at the same time at
a short distance, as this will cause crosstalk or interference.
USB/SD card Instruction:
Keep the speaker away from high temperatures, high magnetic fields and sources of
high frequencies. If the speaker doesn’t work properly, please switch it off and
restart, or unplug USB/SD card, and plug again, speaker will come back to normal
status.
The unit supports MP3, WAV formats.
1. USB port, plug and play.
2. SD slot, plug and play.
3. Play/pause key, when playing, press this key to pause, press again to play.
4. Last/Next key, when playing, press this two keys can select last or next song.
5. Repeat key, when playing, press this key to single repeat or all repeat the files.
Note:
1. Format USB/SD card to FAT32 in computer.
2. System reads the data according to file’s name, if the files have: 01,02, then the
speaker will read 01 firstly.
3. Copy MP3/WMA files to USB/SD card, we suggest to delete the non-relevant files
and folders. The system will read faster and less errors will occur during reading.
Recording instructions:
1. Insert a USB/SD storage device and connect a wireless or wired microphone. Press
the REC button on the remote control and the unit will start recording the sound
from the microphone. Press PLAY button to exit recording, and press PLAY button

again to playback the recorded file.
2. In Aux / FM mode, insert a USB/SD storage device and press REC on the remote
control to start recording. Press PLAY button to exit recording. Press PLAY button
again to playback the recorded file.
3. If in Bluetooth mode, REC will not work.
FM instruction:
1. Press MODE button to switch to the FM mode. Hold button to search from
87.5~108MHZ automatically. During search process, if you press button, the unit
will stop searching.
2. Hold  or  to search manually. Once the stations are stored, press digit keys 
or  to play the radio.
Bluetooth function
1. Go to Bluetooth mode by pressing Panel or remote’s MODE key.
2. Search Bluetooth device. Activate mobile’s Bluetooth function, mobile go to
“search Bluetooth device” status, searched Bluetooth device will be shown in the list.
3. Pairing confirm connect.
When mobile shows “POWER8LED-MKII”, connect to it, after few seconds, devices
pairing successfully, normally it takes few seconds to connect Bluetooth.
4. Bluetooth auto return pairing and connection:
The speaker contains an auto return pairing function. Turn it on and go to Bluetooth
mode, it will search previous Bluetooth device and return pairing, if it can’t find
previous device after 5 seconds, it will go to pairing status, the other Bluetooth
device can pair with it.
5. Let mobile go to music mode to play music, also can press panel/remote’s
Play/pause key to play/pause music (Last/Next key on the panel or remote also can
control mobile’s music player).
Charging instruction:
1. The speaker contains a built-in high capacity 4000MAh lead acid battery. If the
battery voltage runs low, connect the DC15V/2A power adapter to the speaker’s rear
side input port (input voltage 110-240V). During the charge, the indicator LED (6) on
the rear side is lighted. It takes around 4-8 hours to fully charge the battery. Once
charged, the indicator (21) lights up. Disconnect the mains adaptor as soon as the
battery is fully charged in order to extend the battery life. Switch off if the unit is not
in use.
2. Please fully charge the speaker if you haven’t used it for an extended period of
time.
Important Note:
While using the battery to play, if the sound mutes suddenly, and the "low battery"
indicator light on the rear panel is on, please charge the battery immediately and

switch the power button to DC15V instead of the battery, otherwise the battery will
be damaged and won't work in future.

Tenir des appareils électriques hors de la portée des enfants. Soyez
particulièrement vigilants en présence d’enfants. Les enfants ne sont pas
conscients du danger d’un appareil électrique. Ils pourraient essayer d’insérer un
objet à l’intérieur de l’appareil ce qui représente un grave danger d’électrocution.
Ne pas laisser l’appareil sans surveillance pendant son fonctionnement
Ne jamais placer l’appareil sur une surface instable ou mobile. L’appareil risque de
blesser une personne ou de s’abîmer en tombant.
En ouvrant le boîtier, vous accédez à des composants sous tension (sauf si vous
pouvez y accéder sans outils). Des points de contacts peuvent également être
sous tension. S’il faut ouvrir l’appareil pour le calibrer, l’entretenir, le réparer ou
remplacer des composants, toutes les bornes doivent d’abord être débranchées
des sources de tension. S’il faut garder l’appareil ouvert et sous tension pendant
la maintenance ou la réparation, ce travail ne doit être effectué que par un
spécialiste qui connait les risques encourus et la règlementation en vigueur.
Ne jamais brancher l’appareil immédiatement après un passage d’un endroit froid
dans un endroit chaud. L’eau de condensation qui se forme, risqué d’endommager
l’appareil ou provoquer un choc électrique. Attendez que l’appareil ait atteint la
température ambiante avant de le brancher. Attendez que l’eau de condensation
se soit évaporée ce qui peut prendre quelques heures.
Ne pas placer de flamme ouverte telle qu’une bougie sur ou à côté de l’appareil.
Ne pas placer l’appareil sur une surface molle telle qu’un tapis ou un lit. Ne pas
obstruer les orifices de ventilation. Ne pas empêcher la circulation d’air par des
objets tels que des magazines, nappes ou rideaux. Ceci empêche la dissipation de
la chaleur et peut entraîner une surchauffe.
Utiliser l’appareil uniquement à un environnement modéré. Ne pas utiliser dans un
environnement tropical.
Remplacer les câbles secteur défectueux uniquement par un spécialiste. Risque
d’électrocution!
Ne pas laisser trainer le matériel d’emballage car il constitue un danger potentiel
pour de jeunes enfants.

Note:
1. Les chiffres permettent d’aller directement à une certaine piste. Par exemple si
vous désirez la piste 15, appuyez sur les boutons 1 & 5. Après 3 secondes, la piste
démarrera.
2. La télécommande a une portée de 6 mètres maximum dans un angle
gauche/droite d’environ 30°. Veillez à diriger correctement la télécommande vers
le récepteur.

3. Le récepteur se trouve sur l’écran, enlever donc tout obstacle entre la
télécommande et le récepteur.
4. Si la télécommande se trouve sous une forte source de lumière, vos opérations
peuvent ne pas fonctionner. Veuillez éviter de placer la télécommande et le
récepteur sous une forte source de lumière.
5. Insérez 2 piles AAA dans la télécommande en respectant la polarité. Si vous
n’utilisez pas la télécommande pendant une longue période, veillez à retirer les
piles afin d’éviter certains dommages qui pourraient être causés à la
télécommande. Changez les piles si la télécommande devient insensible.
Utilisation du microphone sans fil :
1. Ouvrez le cache de la batterie et insérez-y les piles en respectant la polarité.
2. Allumez le microphone en poussant le bouton sur « ON ». Si l’indicateur ne
s’allume pas ou s’éteint constamment, soit les piles sont épuisées, soit elles ne sont
pas insérées correctement.
3. Réglez le volume du micro sur le haut-parleur (bouton M.VOL).
Note:
1. Evitez d’utiliser le microphone sans fil trop près du côté arrière du haut-parleur.
Evitez les lumières trop fortes et tout autre obstacle qui pourrait influencer la
réception.
2. La distance maximale du microphone est de 10m.

10. Bouton Marche/Arrêt : Lorsqu’il est place sur BATTERY, l’appareil est alimenté par
la batterie. S’il est réglé sur DC15V, l’appareil est alimenté par le secteur. EN
position centrale, l’appareil est éteint.

Instructions carte SD/USB :
Gardez le haut-parleur loin des hautes températures, des champs magnétiques
importants et des sources de hautes fréquences. Si le haut-parleur ne fonctionne pas
correctement, redémarrez le ou retirez la carte SD/USB et remettez la, le haut-parleur
reviendra à un statut normal.
L’appareil supporte les formats MP3 et WAV.
1. Port USB, branchez et c’est prêt.
2. L’entrée SD, insérez la carte et c’est prêt.
3. Bouton play/pause, lors de l’écoute, appuyez pour mettre sur pause et appuyez à
nouveau pour reprendre la lecture.
4. Boutons avancer/reculer, lors de l’écoute, appuyez sur l’un des deux boutons pour
accéder à la piste précédente ou suivante.
5. Repeat key, when playing, press this key to single repeat or all repeat the files.
Bouton de répétition, lors de l’écoute, appuyez pour répéter une seule ou toutes les
pistes.
Note:
1. Le format USB/SD est transformé en FAT32 dans l’ordinateur.
2. Le système lit les données selon les noms des fichiers. Si les fichiers sont

numérotés 01, 02, 03, etc. , l’enceinte lira en premier le fichier 01.
3. Pour copier les fichiers MP3/WMA sur la carte SD/USB, nous vous conseillons de
supprimer tous les fichiers non-utilisés. Le système les lira plus vite et moins d’erreurs
viendront perturber les lectures.
Enregistrement:
1. Insérez un support USB/SD et branches un microphone filaire ou sans fil. Appuyez
sur la touche REC sur la télécommande et l’enregistrement du son du microphone
commence. Appuyez sur la touche de lecture (PLAY) pour arrêter l’enregistrement.
Appuyez à nouveau pour écouter l’enregistrement.
2. En mode Aux / FM, insérez un support USB/SD et appuyez sur la touche REC de la
télécommande pour commencer l’enregistrement. Appuyez sur la touche de lecture
(PLAY) pour arrêter l’enregistrement. Appuyez à nouveau pour écouter
l’enregistrement.
3. En mode Bluetooth, cette fonction n’est pas disponible.
FM
1. Appuyez sur la touche MODE pour sélectionner le mode FM. Maintenez la touche
appuyée pour lancer une recherche automatique dans les fréquences
87.5~108MHZ. Si vous appuyez sur la touche pendant la recherché, elle s’arrête.
2. Appuyez sur les touches  ou  pour effectuer une recherché manuelle.
Lorsque les stations ont été mémorisées, appuyez sur  ou  pour écouter les
stations.
Fonction Bluetooth :
1. Activez le mode Bluetooth en appuyant sur le bouton mode de la façade de
l’enceinte ou la télécommande.
2. Activez la fonction Bluetooth sur votre mobile, allez dans « chercher les appareils
Bluetooth » et le nom POWER8LED-MKII apparaîtra dans la liste.
3. La connexion prend généralement quelques secondes.
4. Appairage automatique:
Lorsque l’enceinte est mise sous tension, elle chercher automatiquement le dernier
appareil Bluetooth. Si elle ne le trouve pas au bout de 5 secondes, elle commute en
mode d’appairage et vous pouvez appairer un autre appareil.
5. Lorsque vous écoutez de la musique via le Bluetooth de votre mobile, vous pouvez
également vous servir des boutons Play/pause et précédent/suivant de la
télécommande.
Comment charger la batterie:
1. L’enceinte contient une batterie au plomb-acide de 4A. Si la tension baisse,
branchez l’adaptateur 15Vdc/2A sur la fiche DC au dos de l’enceinte (tension d’entrée
110-240V). Pendant la charge le voyant au dos reste allumé. Il faut compter 4-8

heures pour charger complètement la batterie. Lorsqu’elle est chargée, le voyant
rouge devient vert. Débranchez l’adaptateur secteur dès que la charge est terminée
afin d’augmenter la durée de vie de la batterie. Eteignez l’enceinte lorsqu’elle n’est
pas utilisée.
2. Veuillez charger l’enceinte complètement si vous ne l’avez pas utilisée depuis
longtemps.
NOTE IMPORTANTE
Lorsque l’appareil est alimenté par la batterie et le son se coupe soudainement et le
voyant de faible batterie s’allume, chargez IMMEDIATEMENT la batterie et mettez le
commutateur d’alimentation sur DC15V au lieu de la batterie sinon vous risquez
d’endommager gravement la batterie.

Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose nur durch die dafür vorgesehene
Greifoberfläche. Ziehen Sie nicht am Kabel.
Stecken oder ziehen Sie den Netzstecker nie mit feuchten oder nassen Händen.
