IDENTIFICATIONS OF CONTROLS :
zPOWER : ON : Press “Power” to switch on the power.
OFF：Press and hold “Power” to switch off the power
zLCD DISPLAY：Display CD status including track number and playing time
zSD / USB / CD : Press this key will change to USB, SD or CD mode
zFB : Select backward. Then press “ PLAY / PAUSE “ back to normal playing
zFF : Select forward. Then press “ PLAY / PAUSE “ back to normal playing
zFOLDER : Select files. Available for playing MP3 format. Press each FOLDER key
one time, it will change to the next catalogue
zREV : Press to desired previous track number
zF.WD : Press to desired next track number
zPLAY / PAUSE : Press once stat to play, press again pause to stop
zSTOP/ EJECT : Press to stop playing and press to disk ejected gradually
zREPEAT : Repeat playing songs function
zA B : Zone memory function
zRAN : random play
zUSB Connector
zSD Connector : Accepts SD Card and MMC Card

LCD Display :
zMP3：When being MP3 mode, the display panel shows MP3
zCD：When being CD mode, the display panel shoes CD
zWhen in playing mode, it displays , when pausing, the panel shows
zWhen repeatedly playing the single track, it shows REPEAT 1
zWhen all songs at the folders are playing repeatedly, it shows REPEAT ALL
zWhen appears REPEAT FOLDER, it refers to playing the tracks repeatedly from a
specific folder
zSHUFFLE : When Random playback
zPROGRAM : When playback program tracks
zMEMORY : When playback memory tracks
zA→B：When repeat playing between A and B
z：Under the MP3 mode, it will appear the folder numbers
z：Display the current playing track
z：Display the time for the current playing track
zVOLUME : Turning to adjust & control the desired volume
PLAYING :
zThis player can accept 12 cm discs like CD, CD-R, CD-RW , MP3 disks and USB and
SD / MMC reader playing, but please do not intend to play the CD-ROM / CD-I / CDV,
8 cm discs or computer CD.
zThis player can accept format MP3 and WMA
zInsert a disc into disc slot with the playback side down and playback starts automatically.
Track number and playing time will be displayed.
zTo pause playback or normal playback, press PLAY/PAUSE
zPressREV,F.WD,or ontheremote controller, for desired next or previous
track number. CD player will continue playback while display selected tracks.
zTo stop playback, press STOP/EJECT
zLCD will show total track numbers and total time played.
zPress REPEAT once LCD it shows REPEAT ALL : Repeat by the songs in all. Press

again LCD it shows REPEAT 1 : Repeat by the song in the folder. Press the 3rd time,
LCD display will eliminate the word REPEAT, and cancel Repeat Playing function.
zDuring Playing State, press A point will start to memorize. Press again to
memorize B point, and stop memorizing at the same time, and start repeating playing
point A - B Memory Zone. Press again to cancel A→B Function.
zPress FB, FF or or , to activate fast forward or reverse
until desired section is located.
zPress RAN, for random play of the tracks
zPress each key a time; it will change to next catalogue
Note :
zWhen you insert the disk into the CD player or take out the disk, it is necessary to let
the CD player insert the disk and return it automatically. It is prohibited to push or take
out the disk by hand before the disk completely return from CD player, thus will cause
the machine to be broken down and it will be unable to operate normally.
SD / MMC Card
zInsert SD Card or MMC Card into the insert hole of SD/MMC CARD in the face plate.
Pull the card to get stuck with the tendon. It then finished the assembly. When
taking out the card, please push the card to the bottom and then release to shout it out.
Please don’t use force to pull it out. If so, it will damage the card and the machine.
zPress SD / USB / CD or SD / USB / CD. Selects SD then press
PLAY/PAUSEor toplaying.
USB
zInsert USB into the insert hole of USB in the face plate.
If you don't need to use USB, may take it off directly.
zPress SD / USB / CD or SD / USB / CD. Select USB, then press PLAY / PAUSE or
to playing.

2. Tracks----1~99 tracks。
* 99 tracks in flash memory, VOC mode. * 99 tracks in flash memory, MP3 mode.
* 99 tracks in SD card, VOC mode. * 99 tracks in SD card, MP3 mode.
Build in 128MB NAND flash memory equipped for approx. 120 min. recording time.

4. Key control
Power key
Upper key ：Upper key for track selection. Track number will move quickly when
pushed for two seconds (this function will not work in MP3 mode).
Down key ：Down key for track selection. Track number will move quickly when pushed
for two seconds (this function will not work in MP3 mode).
REC key ：Record key. Select track no. in VOC mode in advance, push REC key to
record, then push ■key to stop record. If the memory cell you want to record is occupied,
the LCD will show ”≣≣”，you must delete the content of the memory cell before you record.
When the memory is with 30 seconds left, the LCD will start to count
30,29,28,27….6,5,4,3,2,1,0。You can use microphones, LINE IN audio source, or both
mixed source for recording source.
Note: If you want to record to SD card or Flash memory, you must push Mode +
stop to switch from C or F in front of the time.
Play/‖key ：Play key. Select the track no. you want to play, then push PLAY key to
play. Push PLAY key during playing will pause play, then push PLAY key again to start

playing. Push STOP Key to stop play.
■key ：STOP key. Push the key to stop all the motions, ex.: recording, playing, track
selection…
key(Forward) ：Forward key. The playing will move forward when press the key,
back to normal speed when release the key.
key(Rewind) ：Rewind Key. The playing will move rewind when press the key, back
to normal speed when release the key.
A-B repeat key：During playing, push this key to indicate any point as start point (A
point) and finish point (B point) on a track, the machine will repeat from A to B point until you
push the key again to release the function and continue to play.
＆Repeat key：In MP3 mode during playing, push REPEAT key once to
“repeat the track” the LCD will show , and push REPEAT key twice to “repeat all the
track”, the LCD will show . Push the key at the third time to release repeat function.
The “Repeat all” function can not be used in VOC mode.
5. MODE key:
------Push the MODE key with another key for special function selection. The LCD
will show “MODE” when push MODE key, you shall push another function key to
perform the function. If you does not push another function key within 5 seconds,
the machine will back to idle mode. Following is the detail of special function keys.
5.1 MODE key + (/LINE IN) key：LCD will show “LINE IN”, and select line in audio
source as recording source.
5.2 MODE key + A-B(/EQ) key ：For EQ select function. EQ sequence is Normal,
Classic, Pop, Rock, Jazz. (Normal EQ will not be shown on LCD)
5.3 MODE key + (/VOC,/MP3) key：To select VOC mode (Record from microphone
or LINE IN source) or MP3 mode (Download *.mp3 files from PC).

5.4 MODE key + (/Del.) key ：When push these two keys, the LCD will show DEL,
you must push (/Del.) key again to delete the track. The LCD will show “DEL”
until the delete process is finished.
5.5 MODE key + ■key ：Change flash and SD card under PLAY and Idle modes.
6. The machine offers extended connectors：
6.1 ：USB connector to PC
6.2 SD card：for extended SD memory card, up to 1GB
( When using 512 MB SD card, the recording time available is over 8 hours.)

8. USB CONNECTION:
You can easily copy MP3 files from computer to the machine through USB
connection.
A. Install Hardware: Connect the machine and your computer with a USB cable.
Your computer will recognize a new removable storage device automatically. You
can add, delete, copy, and preview files. (If the operation system of your
computer is Window 98 or below, you must install USB driver for first use. The
USB driver is included.)
** In order to keep stable data transmission, please do not twist the USB cable, or
remove the USB cable out of the machine during data transmitting. Make sure the
USB is safety removed before you plug the USB cable off the machine and
computer.
B. Download files from computer:
The machine may connect to computer and download music to play. When
connecting to PC by USB port, the computer will take the device as two
removable disks (the first disk is for build-in flash memory, the second disk is for
SD card memory) when they connect successfully, then you can start to
download music from the computer, or duplicate the recording files from the
device to computer.

C: Interchange MP3 files to VOC mode:
The device will playback the MP3 files you download from computer in MP3
mode; and playback the sound file you recorded from MIC-IN or LINE-IN in the
VOC mode . However, the track no. of the music files in MP3 mode is decided by
the sequence the music be put in, so the track no. is not fixed, it will change if any
existing tracks were deleted. If you want the MP3 music is with fix track no, or
playback in VOC mode, you need to change the file names of the MP3 music as
the following format:
C-1 If you want to playback the MP3 file to flash memory in VOC mode, you
must re-name it as: M_INT.xx.MP3 (xx means the track no. you want to store
to, ex. 03 is track no. 3)
C-2 If you want to playback the file to SD card in VOC mode, you must re-name it
as M_EXT_xx.MP3 (xx means the track no. you want to store to, ex. 03 is track
no.3)
** File format must be MP3 to work.
D: After completing all operations on computer, please detect the USB connection
then to operate the machine.
NOTICE: Please read the following notice before you use RAC-DIGI:
* Please turn off the power when you do not use the machine for a period of times
* To keep stable data transmission, please do not twist the USB cable during
data transmission.
* Please do not press the LCD monitor heavily, or touch it with finger or sharp
articles.
* Please prevent water leak into the machine.
9. The SD card is a very precise electronic part, please use it according to the
following notice:
*Prevent taking the SD card out of the machine during data transmission.
*Do not bend, strike, drop or take apart the SD card.
*Prevent to place the SD card in a high temperature, high humidity, dusty place, or
a place full with static electricity.
*Please make sure the SD card you are using has been formatted.
*Make sure the write protection switch of the SD card is released when you
are recording .
*Our product will process large amount of messages during recording and playing,

we strongly suggest you to use high speed SD card as extension memory card, to
prevent noise, data lose or any transmission problem.
10. We do not guarantee the function, operation, or life of any SD card that is
used in RAC-DIGI.
We do not take any responsibility of indemnity for the damage of SD cards, too.
