original consumer purchaserthat
controlmodulesandtransmitters
arefree from defectsin material and
workmanshipforthelifetime of the
vehiclein whichthey areoriginally
installed. IC DYNAMICS will repair
or replace, at ouroption,andfree
of charge,module or transmitter
whichproves defectivein material
or workmanshipundernormal
installation,useandserviceduring
thefi rstyear.Thereafter,parts
will be repaired or replaced with
amaximum charge of $50.00 per
module and$100.00pertransmitter
forlabor andhandling plus shipping
charges.
Products areto be returned to
IC DYNAMICS prepaidfreight
accompaniedbyaBill of Sale or
otherdatedproof of purchase.
This warranty is nontransferable
andis void if theproducthas
been damaged by accident or
unreasonable use, neglect,
improperserviceor othercauses
notarisingoutof defectsin materials
or construction.
This warranty is limitedto defective
partsand/or replacementpartsonly
andexcludes anyincidental and
consequentialdamagesconnected
therewith. Some states do notallowthe
exclusionor limitation of incidental or
consequentialdamages. So theabove
limitation or exclusionmaynotapplyto
you.
Batteries, installation labor,removal
andinstallation arenotcoveredbythis
warranty.

offering warranty againsttheftof vehicle
or itscontents.
