Assembly
• Please follow the drawing to assemble the appropriated board to the
IB-RP106.
• The heat sinks can be placed to the main chip sets on the board accor-
dingly to their sizes. Please remove the foil before stick them to the PCB.
• Alternatively, or in addition you can use the 40 mm fan (included) at the
top cover of the case.
1. Please remove the protective film on the acrylics

2. Fasten 4x spacers-A to the corresponding Raspberry Pi®screw hole
position on the bottom acrylic with 4x screws-B.
3. Fasten your Raspberry Pi®to the pre-installed spacers-A at the bottom
acrylic with 4x silver screws-C. Remove the foil from the corresponding
heatsinks and stick them on the CPU and IC chipset as displayed.
4. Fasten the fan to the top acrylic
with 4x silver screws-D and
4x nut-E. The label should point
upwards (outside).

5. Fasten 4x the standoffs-F to the bottom acrylic with 4x screws-B.
6. Install the top acylic by putting the threads of the standoffs-F into the top
acrylic screw holes and fixing them with 4x nuts-G.

9. If stacking of the IB-RP106 is needed, please replace the nut-G with
standoff-I and then install the bottom acrylic from another set of IB-RP106
on it. (One set of IB-RP106 only provides one top and one bottom acrylic,
please prepare other sets of IB-RP106 for stacking purpose or look for the
IB-RP406).
8. lf installing of a PoE HAT module is needed, please uninstall the fan and
the small Heatsink and replace the spacers-A with standoffs-H in step 2
and install PoE HAT's own spacers on standoffs-H.

Zusammenbau
• Um das entsprechende Board einzubauen, folgen Sie bitte der Darstellung.
• Die Kühlkörper können bei Bedarf auf die entsprechend dimensionierten
PCB Bauteile gesetzt werden. Bitte entfernen Sie die Folie, bevor Sie die
Kühlkörper anbringen.
• Alternativ oder zusätzlich können Sie auch den 40 mm Lüfter (enthalten)
im Oberteil des Gehäuses verbauen.
1. Bitte entfernen Sie die Schutzfolie von den Acrylscheiben.

2. An den Positionen der entsprechenden Raspberry-Pi®Schraubenlöcher
befestigen Sie 4x die Distanzstücke-A mittels 4x der Schrauben-B auf der
unteren Acrylscheibe wie gezeigt!
3. Befestigen Sie Ihren Raspberry Pi®mit 4x silbernen Schrauben-C an den
vormontierten Abstandhaltern-A an der unteren Acrylscheibe. Entfernen
Sie die Folie von den entsprechenden Kühlkörpern und kleben Sie sie auf
den CPU- und IC-Chipsatz.
4. Befestigen Sie den Lüfter mit 4x
silbernenSchrauben-D und 4x
Muttern-E an der oberen Acryl-
scheibe. Das Label sollte dabei
nach oben(außen) zeigen.

5. Befestigen Sie 4x die Abstandshalter-F mit 4x den Schrauben-B an der
unteren Acrylscheibe.
6. Montieren Sie die obere Acrylscheibe, indem Sie die Gewinde der
Abstandshalter-F in die Schraublöcher der oberen Acrylscheibe stecken
und mit 4x Muttern-G befestigen.

7. Montieren Sie das rote Kabel des
Lüfters auf Position GPIO-4 (5 V)
und das schwarze Kabel auf
Position GPIO-6 (GND).

8. Wenn Sie ein PoE HAT Modul montieren möchten, deinstallieren Sie bitte
den Lüfter und den Kühlkörper und ersetzen Sie die Distanzhalter-A durch
Abstandshalter-H in Schritt 2 und installieren Sie das PoE HAT Modul auf
den eigenen Abstandshaltern auf den Abstandshaltern-H.
9. Wenn Sie mehrere IB-RP106 übereinander installieren möchten, ersetzen
Sie bitte die Muttern-G durch die Abstandshalter-I und montieren Sie dann
die untere Acrylscheibe eines weiteren IB-RP106 Satzes darauf (Ein Satz
IB-RP106 enthält immer nur eine obere und eine untere Acrylscheibe, um
zwei oder mehrere Geräte zu stapeln, erstehen Sie bitte weitere IB-RP106
Sätze oder suchen Sie nach dem IB-RP406).
