22 After the line assembly and before the start-up, connect all plugs between

PREPARE FOR LINE ASSEMBLY
Unpack the shelves, screens and worktops
Remove the fans
Remove the louvre
Remove the ventilation grilles
• Place the counters in line according to the nal conguration leaving at least 20 cm gap between them.
• Remove all subassemblies from the inside such as lamps, glass sides, shelves, etc.
• Remove the feet slightly raising the counter at the front side, remove the base board, and screw in the feet
again. Remove the rear base board in the same way.

Apply the sealant mastic
The space betweenb the counters is sealed by means
of mastic formed into rolls placed on the tape. Apply
the sealant mastic on one counter only.
• Gently tear o󰀨 one roll from the tape, remove the
paper cover and glue in the place shown in the
photograph. In order to glue, press the mastic with
your ngers to the counter body via the tape, and
later tear o󰀨 the tape. Apply the sealant mastic only
on the lateral prole of the sheet which is the body
interior. Do not apply the sealant mastic on the
wooden body reinforcements.
ATTENTION! Imprecise sealing of the counters will not
ensure tightness of the line.

turning the feet in or out.
• Level each module placing the spirit level as shown
on the photo.

Adjust front glass panels
Place the shelves
Apply sealant on the modules joints
Display shelves consist of three part types:
- Display shelve 305 [detail 23]
- Fit part [detail 24]
- Connector [detail 25]
• Start installing the shelves on the right-hand side.
• First install the shelve 305 [detail 26]. Install the
next shelves 305 on the so-called n of the previous
shelf [detail 27]. Finally install the t part suitable
for the module length.
• Place the connector [detail 28] under the t part of
the previous module [detail 29] and shelf 305 of the
next module [detail 30]
