Store or Google Play. You can also scan the below QR code to download it
to your phone.

As a first-time user, please open the JoyHome APP and tap “Register new account” to
complete the registration process. If you have an user account already, please skip the
above step to login.
Under registration, please choose the correct Country/Region. If you cannot receive the
Verification Code through phone, please try to register via an e-mail address. When you
are checking the Verification Code in E-mail Box, please also check the Spam Box.

* Only 2.4 G Wi-Fi signal is supported. Make sure your Wi-Fi signal is 2.4 G before connecting.
* The distance among Wi-Fi router, vacuum and phone should be short when connecting.
* Log out first when you need to connect the vacuum to other phones.
Configure Network and Connection
General Mode
1. Turn on the Main Switch on the bottom of the vacuum.
2. Make sure the Wi-Fi indicator light on the vacuum is rapidly blinking (twice per second).
If not, please press and hold the Auto & Home Buttons together on the surface of the
vacuum for 5 seconds until you hear two beeping sounds.
3. Tap the "Confirm indicator rapidly blink" on the APP.
1. Choose your Wi-Fi name, and then enter the Wi-Fi password correctly.
2. Please be noted if you enter a wrong password, the APP will not inform you.
