What is the reason
why the squeeze
button does not pop
up when squeezing
the oil pot?
I give the battery
fully charged state,
the chainsaw can
not start properly,
how should I solve it?
I poured oil into the
jug and it leaked a
little when I was
cutting, is this
normal?
How should I solve
the problem when
the chain gets stuck
when the chainsaw
is cutting?
There are too many
wood chips inside the
cover, causing the
chain to get stuck
We will remove the cover, clean the wood chips
inside can be used normally, there are instructions
in the user manual EN.6 how to remove the cover.
The lid of the oil
reservoir is too tight
Please loosen the lid slightly to keep air
from entering the oiler
Pour out a little oil and leave 1/3 of the
space in the oil reservoir to ensure the
internal pressure work
Check if the transparent tube connecting
the oil pot is bent, if is, it needs to be
adjusted to maintain the normal flow of oil
For the above problems, there may be a variety of
reasons leading to, we recommend direct message
our after-sales email: [email protected] , we let
the professional team dock with you, to give you a
satisfactory solution.
We pour about 2/3 of oil into the oil pot, it is
normal to have a little oil leakage when lubricating
the chain, if there is too much oil leakage, please
contact our after-sales team in time, we will
provide you with a solution at the first time.
You can take a picture and then contact our

The use and care of chainsaws
1. Do not forced use the chainsaw. Apply the correct power tool for your applica-
tion. The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which
it was designed.
2. Do not use the chainsaw if the switch can not be turned on and off. Any chain-
saw that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be
repaired.
3. Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the battery pack from the
chainsaw before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing
chainsaw. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of unexpected start.
4. Store unused chainsaws out of the reach of children. Do not allow people
unfamiliar with chainsaws or these instructions to operate them. Chainsaws are
dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
5. Maintain the chainsaw. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts,
broken parts and any other conditions that may affect chainsaw operation. If
there is damage, have the chainsaw repaired before use. Many accidents are
caused by poorly maintained chainsaws.
6. Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools have
sharp cutting edges that are less prone to knotting and easier to control.
7. Use the chainsaw and accessories in accordance with these instructions,
taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Using
the chainsaw for operations different from its intended use may result in hazard-
ous situations.
8. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with chainsaws.
Cutting Skills
When the chainsaw is running, keep your other hand at least 6 inches away
from the cutting area of the blade, and the hand must not be put into the
cutting edge.
To ensure the best service life of the chain saw, please do not overload the
equipment and do not cut branches with a diameter of more than 90mm(3.5
inches). Otherwise the chain may become stuck.
To protect the battery pack in cold or wet weather, place it under waterproof
clothing.
Be sure to unplug the battery pack after the cutting is completed.
Do not use this equipment on rainy days.

Information on electrical and electronic equipment.
The following information is intended for private end users who use
electrical and/or electronic equipment.
1.Separate collection of waste equipment.
Electrical and electronic equipment that has become waste is referred to
as old equipment. Owners of waste equipment must dispose of it separately
from unsorted municipal waste. In particular, old appliances do not belong
in the household waste, but in special collection and return systems.
2.Batteries and rechargeable batteries.
As a rule, owners of old appliances must separate old batteries and accumula-
tors
that are not enclosed in the old appliance from the latter before handing them
in at a collection point. This does not apply if the waste equipment is handed
over to public waste management authorities and separated from other waste
equip ment there for the purpose of preparation for reuse.
3.Options for returning old equipment.
If you have old equipment, you can hand it in at the facilities set up and
available by public waste management authorities for the return or collection
of old equipment for the purpose of proper disposal of the old equipment.
If necessary, it is also possible to hand in electrical and electronic equipment
there for the purpose of reusing the equipment. For more information, please
contact the respective collection or take-back point.
