electrical outlet only.

5. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use the handles to open, close and move
the appliance.
6. To protect against risk of electric shock, do not immerse the cord,
plug or cooking unit in water or any other liquid.
7. This appliance should not be used by children.

BREAKFAST HUB OVERVIEW
Your CBH-4601 Breakfast Hub is an amazing little multi-function kitchen
appliance that can make up to 5 cups of coee, toast bread, bake, broil
or reheat foods and even be used for griddle-cooking! Some of these
functions operate independently of each other and some overlap, as you
will see below.

GETTING STARTED
ASSEMBLY
Unit comes pre-assembled except for the griddle plate. It is necessary
to place the griddle plate on the top of the unit before using the Toaster
Oven or Griddle feature for the first time.

USING THE COFFEE MAKER
Note: This is a manual coee maker. When switched on, the coee mak-
er will continue to brew coee until the water tank is empty. Then, the
coee warming plate will remain hot until the power switch is turned OFF.
WARNING: Never open coee filter holder when coee is brewing. There
is, however, an anti-drip feature that prevents coee from spilling if the
coee pot is removed while brewing.
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove water tank and fill to desired level, up to five cups.
2. Replace tank and close lid.
3. Press Coee Filter Release button to open the filter basket. Use the re-
usable filter or a #1 cone style paper filter. Put coee grounds in filter.
Click coee filter into closed position.
4. Ensure the glass coee pot is placed under the filter. Turn Coee On/
O switch (#8) to ON. Coee will begin to brew and fill the coee pot
up to 5 cups, until the tank is emptied.
5. Leave power switch ON to keep coee hot with the warming plate.
6. When the coee pot is empty or will be removed from the Breakfast
Hub for a length of time, switch power OFF. Wait for all elements to
cool before removing coee grounds and cleaning the coee maker.
USING THE OVEN
The Timer Knob turns the oven on and o. When the oven is on the
Oven/Griddle power indicator is lit. Turn clockwise past 5 to activate
oven. Turn counter-clockwise until the OFF position to manually turn it
o. You should hear a bell whenever the unit turns o.
CAUTION: Ensure that there is nothing in or on the griddle as it might get
hot. (The griddle can be used at the same time if the oven is in GRIDDLE
& BROIL mode.) Make sure that the griddle plate is in place.

1. For the TOAST mode, put bread directly on the wire rack; Turn the
mode selector to TOAST and choose the desired time (Past 5, and up
to 10 depending on properties of bread and desired darkness).
2. Use OVEN mode for reheating foods and baking food dishes. Use the
included bake pan. (May not be suitable for cookies and cakes, as
there isn’t a precise temperature control.) Turn the Mode Selector to
OVEN and choose the desired cooking time.
3. To BROIL foods, use the included bake pan. Broiling uses the top
elements only. Turn the mode selector to GRIDDLE & BROIL. Turn the
Timer Knob to the desired broiling time.
4. When timer bell sounds, open oven door to remove food safely with
an oven mitt and/or utensil.
USING THE GRIDDLE
The timer knob turns the griddle on and o. The Griddle may get warm
anytime the oven is in any operation mode. When not using the griddle,
the glass lid should always be in place. Never store anything on top of
the Breakfast Hub.
When using the griddle for cooking, the mode selector should be on
GRIDDLE & BROIL.
Note: While it is fine to broil foods at the same time that you’re using the
griddle, care should be taken that no other foods or objects are le in the
oven while the griddle is being used.
1. Turn timer knob past 5 to desired cooking time
2. Place food on griddle
3. Replace glass lid
4. When food is cooked, open glass lid by the handle to remove food
with plastic or wood utensils
5. Replace glass lid and allow griddle to cool before cleaning.

CARE & CLEANING
WARNING: Always unplug breakfast hub and wait for it to completely cool
before performing any type of cleaning.
TOASTER OVEN CLEANING
• Remove crumb tray by pulling it out, straight towards you. Shake o
any excess crumbs; Spray it with an all-purpose cleaner and use a
non-abrasive scrubbing sponge to get o any excess grease.
• Remove the oven rack by liing the front edge up at a 45° angle
away from you, then pull towards you. Clean the same way as the
crumb tray.
• For the oven itself, use a non-abrasive sponge sprayed with cleaner.
Do not spray anything directly into the oven and avoid contacting
any electrical elements.
GRIDDLE CLEANING
• Remove griddle completely from the Breakfast Hub. This can be
washed under running water with soap or other cleansers and a
non-abrasive sponge. Allow to dry completely before returning to
the Breakfast Hub.
COFFEE MAKER CLEANING
• Rinse removable parts in warm water.
• Occasionally you can put equal parts of vinegar and water in the
reservoir and run through a brewing cycle. Then run through plain
water. This will clean up any residue. Repeat the clean water cycle
if necessary.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (US)
Courant™ warrants this product against defects in
material and workmanship to the original purchaser
as specified below. Please be sure that the product
is registered online within fourteen (14) days of pur-
chase.
PARTS – if the product is determined to
have a manufacturing defect, within a pe-
riod of one (1) year from the date of the
original purchase, Courant™ will repair or
replace the product parts at no charge (for
parts) to consumers in the U.S.A. and Can-
ada.
LABOR – if the product is determined to
have a manufacturing defect, within a
period of ninety (90) Days from the date
of the original purchase, Courant™ will re-
pair or replace the product at no charge to
consumers in the U.S.A. and Canada. Aer
ninety (90) days, it will be the responsibility
of the consumer.
Shipping costs to and from our warranty service cen-
ter are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
To obtain warranty service by an authorized Cou-
rant™ service center, please email us at: service@
courantusa.com to obtain a Repair and Maintenance
Authorization (RMA) number and to locate the War-
ranty Service Center nearest you. Once authorized,
you must mail the product to the authorized Cou-
rant™ service center in its original product packaging
materials or equivalent, to prevent damage while in
transit.
Further, should Courant™ determine that the prod-
uct is outside of the Warranty terms, Courant™ will
return the product to sender at sender’s expense
without being repaired or replaced, unless autho-
rized by the consumer to service the out-of-warranty
product at consumer’s expense. All handling or re-
stocking charges for returns and/or replacements
shall be non-refundable.
Courant™ specifically excludes from this warranty
any non-electric/mechanical attachments, accesso-
ries, and disposable parts including, but not limited
to, outside case, connecting cables, batteries, and
AC adapters. Courant™ reserves the right to repair
or replace defective products with the same, equiva-
lent, or newer models.
We reserve the right to either repair or replace prod-
uct at our discretion. Replacement may be either
new or refurbished and while every endeavor will be
made to ensure it is the same model, if same model
is not available, it will be replaced with a model of
equal or higher specification.
Normal “Wear and Tear” is not covered by this, or
any other, warranty. Further, Courant™ hereby re-
serves the right to determine “Wear and Tear” on any
and all products. Tampering or opening the product
casing or shell will void this warranty in its entirety.
In addition, this warranty does not apply if the prod-
uct has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse,
or misapplication; has been altered or modified
without the written permission of Courant™; has
been serviced by a non-authorized repair center of
Courant™; has not been properly maintained or op-
erated according to the operation manual; has been
used for commercial, non-household purposes; has
been cosmetically damaged; was not imported by
Courant™; was not manufactured according to spec-
ification of the United States market; was damaged
due to improper installation or neglect by the con-
sumer; was damaged due to improper packaging in
shipment to the Warranty Service Center; was dam-
aged due to natural disasters; or if the serial number
for the product has been removed or defaced.

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS

VISTAZO GENERAL DE LA CENTRAL DE DESAYUNOS
Su central de desayunos CBH-4601 es un pequeño aparato electrodo-
méstico de cocina sorprendente que puede preparar hasta 5 tazas de
café, pan tostado, puede hornear, asar o recalentar alimentos e incluso
puede ser utilizada ¡para asar y cocinar! Algunas de estas funciones se
realizan en forma separada de las otras o al mismo tiempo, como verá a
continuación.

INICIANDO
ARMADO
La unidad viene pre-armada a excepción de la plancha de la parrilla.
Es necesario colocar la plancha de la parrilla en la parte superior de la
unidad antes de utilizar por primera vez las funciones del horno tostador
o de la parrilla.

UTILIZANDO LA CAFETERA
Nota: esta es una cafetera manual. Al encenderla, la cafetera comenzará a
preparar café hasta que el tanque de agua se agote. Entonces, la plancha
calentadora de la cafetera permanecerá caliente hasta que el interruptor
de encendido de la cafetera sea apagado (OFF).
ADVERTENCIA: Nunca abra el soporte del filtro de la cafetera cuando
el café esté preparándose. Existe, sin embargo, una función anti goteo
que evita que el café se tire si la cafetera se retira mientas el café se está
preparando.
INSTRUCCIONES DE PREPARACIÓN DEL CAFÉ
1. Retire el tanque de agua y llénelo hasta el nivel deseado hasta 5 tazas.
2. Coloque el tanque en su lugar y cierre la tapa
3. Presione el botón liberador del filtro de la cafetera para abrir la
canastilla del filtro. Utilice un filtro de papel reutilizable del #1 estilo
cono. Coloque el café molido en el filtro. Coloque el filtro en la
posición cerrada.
4. Asegúrese que la jarra de la cafetera esté colocada bajo el filtro.
Encienda (ON) la cafetera con el interruptor (#8). El café comenzará
a prepararse y llenará la jarra hasta un nivel de 5 tazas, hasta que se
vacíe el tanque.
5. Deje el interruptor en la posición ON para mantener el café caliente
en la plancha calentadora.
6. Cuando la jarra de café se vacíe o sea retirada de la Central de
Desayunos por cierta cantidad de tiempo, coloque el interruptor en
OFF (apagado). Permita que todos los elementos se enfríen antes de
retirar el café molido usado y limpiar la cafetera.
UTILIZANDO EL HORNO
La perilla del temporizador prende y apaga el horno. Cuando el horno
está encendido la luz indicadora del Horno/Parrilla estará prendida. Gire
en sentido de las manecillas del reloj posterior al 5 para activar el horno.
Gire en sentido contrario a las manecillas del reloj hasta la posición OFF
para apagar el horno en forma manual. Deberá escuchar una campanilla
cuando la unidad se apague.

PRECAUCIÓN: Asegúrese que no haya nada dentro o sobre la parrilla ya
que esta parte puede calentarse. (La parrilla puede utilizarse al mismo
tiempo si el horno se encuentra en el modo GRIDDLE & BROIL – [Parrilla
& Asador]). Asegúrese que la plancha de la parrilla esté en su lugar.
1. Para el modo TOAST (Tostador), coloque el pan directamente sobre
la rejilla de alambre: Coloque el modo de selección en TOAST y
elija el tiempo deseado (Más de 5 y hasta 10 dependiendo de las
propiedades del pan y el tostado deseado).
2. Utilice el modo OVEN (Horno) para recalentar alimentos y hornear
platillos. Utilice la parrilla de cocción incluida. (Puede no ser
ideal para galletas y pasteles ya que no hay un control preciso de
temperatura). Coloque el selector de modo en OVEN y elija el tiempo
de cocción deseado.
3. Para asar (BROIL) alimentos utilice la charola de horneado. El asador
utiliza únicamente los elementos superiores. Coloque el selector de
modo en GRIDDLE & BROIL. Elija el tiempo de asado deseado.
4. Cuando suene la campanilla, abra la puerta del horno y retire los
alimentos con cuidado utilizando un guante para horno y/o utensilio.
UTILIZANDO LA PARRILLA
La perilla del temporizador prende y apaga la parrilla. La parrilla puede
llegar a calentarse cada vez que se utiliza el horno en cualquier modo de
operación. Cuando la parrilla no se utilice, la tapa de vidrio siempre debe
estar en su lugar. Nunca almacene cosas sobre la parte superior de la
Central de Desayunos. Cuando utilice la parrilla para cocinar, el selector
de modo debe estar en GRIDDLE & BROIL.
Nota: Aún cuando está bien asar alimentos al mismo tiempo que utiliza la
parrilla, debe tenerse cuidado de que no haya otros alimentos u objetos
dentro del horno mientras se usa la parilla.
1. Coloque la perilla del temporizador después del 5 hasta el tiempo
deseado de cocción.
2. Coloque los alimentos en la parrilla.
3. Coloque la tapa de vidrio
4. Cuando se caliente la comida, levante la tapa de vidrio usando la
manija para retirar los alimentos con utensilios de plástico o madera.
5. Coloque en su lugar la tapa de vidrio y permita que se enfríe antes de
limpiar.

LIMPIEZA Y CUIDADOS
ADVERTENCIA: Siempre desconecte la central de desayunos y espere que enfríe
por completo antes de realizar cualquier tipo de limpieza.
LIMPIEZA DEL HORNO TOSTADOR
• Retire la charola para migajas jalándola hacia usted. Sacuda el exceso de
migajas, rocíela con un limpiador de todo-propósito y utilice una esponja
no abrasiva para quitar cualquier exceso de grasa.
• Retire la rejilla del horno al levantar la orilla frontal en un ángulo de 45
grados hacia atrás y luego jale hacia usted. Limpie de la misma forma que
la charola de migajas.
• Para el horno en sí, utilice una esponja no abrasiva humedecida con lim-
piador. No rocíe limpiadores directamente dentro del horno para impedir
el contacto con los elementos eléctricos.
LIMPIEZA DE LA PARRILLA
• Retire completamente la parrilla de la central de desayunos. Esta puede
ser lavada directamente bajo el chorro del agua con jabón o cualquier
otro limpiador y una esponja no abrasiva. Permita que seque por comple-
to antes de regresarla a la central de desayunos.
LIMPIEZA DE LA CAFETERA
• Enjuague con agua tibia las partes removibles
• Ocasionalmente puede colocar partes iguales de agua y vinagre en el
depósito de agua y ejecutar un ciclo de preparación. Después enjuague
abundantemente con agua. Esto limpiará cualquier residuo. Repita el
ciclo de preparación sólo con agua limpia si es necesario.

GARANTÍA LIMITADA POR UN AÑO (US)
Courant™ garantiza este producto contra defectos en
material y obra al comprador original como se especifi-
ca abajo siempre y cuando el producto este registrado
en línea dentro de los catorce (14) días de compra.
PARTES – Si se determina que el producto tiene
defecto de fábrica, dentro de un (1) año de la fe-
cha de la compra original, Courant™ reparará
o reemplazará las partes del producto sin costo
alguno (de las partes) para consumidores en Es-
tados Unidos y Canadá.
LABOR – Si se determina que el producto tiene
un defecto de fabrica, dentro de un periodo de
noventa (90) días de la fecha de la compra ori-
ginal, Courant™ reparará o reemplazará el pro-
ducto sin costo alguno para consumidores en
Estados Unidos y Canadá. Después de noventa
(90) días será responsabilidad del consumidor.
Costos de embarque hacia y desde el Centro de Ser-
vicio de Garantía son la completa responsabilidad del
consumidor.
Para obtener servicio de garantía por un centro de ser-
vicio autorizado de Courant™, por favor envíenos un
correo electrónico a: service@courantusa.com para
obtener un numero de Autorización de Reparación y
Mantenimiento y para localizar el Centro de Servicio de
Garantía mas cerca de usted. Una vez autorizado, usted
debe enviar el artículo por correo al centro de servicios
autorizado Courant™ en sus materiales de empaque
de producto originales o equivalente, para prevenir
daño en tránsito.
Además, si Courant™ determina que el producto está
fuera de los términos de Garantía, Courant™ retornará
el producto al remitente a cargo del remitente sin ser
reparado o reemplazado, salvo que haya sido autoriza-
do por el consumidor a dar servicio al producto fuera
de garantía al costo del consumidor. Todos los cargos
de manejo o por reposición por devoluciones y/o re-
emplazos no serán reembolsables.
Courant™ específicamente excluye de esta garantía
aditamentos no-eléctricos/mecánicos, accesorios, y
partes desechables incluyendo, pero no limitados a,
caja externa, cables de conexión, baterías, y adapta-
dores AC. Courant™ se reserva el derecho a reparar
o reemplazar productos con el mismo, equivalente, o
modelo más nuevo.
Nos reservamos el derecho a reparar o reemplazar el
producto a nuestra discreción. El reemplazo puede
ser nuevo o reparado y aunque se hará todo lo posible
por que sea el mismo modelo, si el mismo modelo no
está disponible, será reemplazado con un modelo de la
misma o mayor especificación.
Desgaste normal no es cubierto por esta garantía. Ade-
más, Courant™ se reserva el derecho a determinar el
“desgaste” en cualquier y todos los productos. Manipu-
lación o apertura de la cubierta o tapadera del produc-
to anulará esta garantía completamente.
La garantía no aplica si el producto ha sido dañado por
accidente, abuso, mal uso, o mala aplicación; ha sido
alterado o modificado sin el permiso expreso de Cou-
rant™ ; ha recibido servicio por un centro de reparación
no autorizado por Courant™ ; no ha sido mantenido
u operado de forma apropiada de acuerdo al manual
de operación; ha sido usado para propósitos comercia-
les, no domésticos; ha sido dañado cosméticamente;
no fue importado por Courant™ ; no fue fabricado de
acuerdo a especificación del mercado de Estados Uni-
dos; fue dañado debido a instalación no apropiada o
negligencia del consumidor; fue dañado por empaque
no apropiado en el embarque al Centro de Servicio de
Garantía; fue dañado por desastre natural; o si el nú-
mero de serie del producto ha sido removido o desfi-
gurado.
TODAS LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS, INCLUYENDO
GARANTÍAS DE COMERCIALIZACIÓN Y ADECUACIÓN
IMPLÍCITAS PARA UN PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR SON
LIMITADAS EN DURACIÓN A UN (1) AÑO EN PARTES
Y NOVENTA (90) DÍAS EN LABOR DE LA FECHA DE LA
COMPRA ORIGINAL AL DETALLE DE ESTE PRODUCTO.
ESTAS GARANTÍAS Y REMEDIOS SON LAS ÚNICAS Y EX-
CLUSIVAS GARANTÍAS Y REMEDIOS EN CONEXIÓN CON

TUVO QUE HABER SIDO CONOCIDO POR COURANT™
, INCLUYENDO GANANCIAS PERDIDAS, BUENA VOLUN-
TAD, Y LESIÓN PERSONAL O DE PROPIEDAD RESUL-
TANTE DE CUALQUIER ROMPIMIENTO DE GARANTÍA,
LA INHABILIDAD DE USAR EL PRODUCTO, O BAJO
CUALQUIER TEORÍA LEGAL EN CONTRATO O AGRAVIO.
LA RESPONSABILIDAD DE COURANT™ ES LIMITADA AL
PRECIO DE COMPRA ACTUAL PAGADO AL VENDEDOR

rant™ está autorizado para hacer ninguna modifica-
ción, extensión, cambio o enmienda a esta garantía sin
el consentimiento escrito y autorización de Courant™ .
Algunos estados no permiten la exclusión o limitación
de garantías implícitas o responsabilidad por daños
accidentales o consecuentes, o no permiten una li-
mitación en el tiempo de duración de una garantía
implícita, así que es posible que las limitaciones o ex-
clusiones anteriores no apliquen a usted. Esta garantía
le da a usted derechos legales específicos, y es posible

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ IMPORTANTES
1. LISEZ CES CONSIGNES. Tous les utilisateurs doivent lire et
comprendre les instructions incluses dans ce manuel avant
l’utilisation et le nettoyage de l’appareil.
ATTENTION SURFACES CHAUDES : Cet appareil génère de la chaleur
lorsqu’en opération. Suivez les consignes de sécurité afin de prévenir des
brûlures, le risque d’incendie, blessures ou dommages à la propriété.
2. Le cordon d’alimentation de l’appareil devrait être branché dans une
prise 120V AC uniquement.
3. Utiliser avec une prise murale uniquement.
4. Utiliser sur une surface à niveau et résistante à la chaleur.
5. Ne touchez pas aux surfaces chaudes, utilisez les poignées pour
ouvrir, fermer ou bouger l’appareil.
6. Pour vous protéger contre le risque d’une décharge électrique, ne
submergez pas le cordon d’alimentation, la fiche ou l’appareil dans de
l’eau ou tout autre liquide.
7. L’appareil ne devrait pas être opéré par des enfants.
8. Usez de prudence lorsqu’un appareil est utilisé près d’un enfant.
9. Débranchez l’appareil avant le nettoyage. Laisser l’appareil se refroidir
avant le nettoyage et rangement.
10. Ne pas utiliser à l’extérieur ou pour un usage commercial. Cet appareil
est pour une utilisation domestique uniquement.
11. Ne pas placer l’appareil sur ou près d’un brûleur à gaz ou électrique
chaud, car cela pourrait faire fondre le boitier.
12. Ne pas laisser l’appareil sans surveillance, lorsqu’en opération.
13. Assurez-vous d’un accès adéquat à de la ventilation de chaque côté
du gril, lorsqu’utilisé. Le gril ne doit pas toucher à des rideaux, papier
peint, vêtements, torchons ou tout autre matériel inflammable.
14. Ne placez pas l’appareil directement sous un placard, lorsqu’utilisé.
Cela pourrait causer une accumulation de chaleur.
