INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing this Impecca microwave oven. Your new oven has numerous
features that make life easier such as an intelligent defrost system and an intuitive
“Quick start”. Read these instructions carefully to ensure a long, useful life for your ap-
pliance, and enjoy!
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: BEWARE OF EXPOSURE TO EX-
CESSIVE MICROWAVE ENERGY
Do not attempt to operate this oven with
the door open; this can result in harmful
exposure to microwave energy. Do not
override or tamper with the internal safety
protections.
Do not place any object between the oven
front face and the door or allow dirt or other
residues accumulate on the sealing surfac-
es.
Do not operate the oven if it is damaged.
It is important that the oven door closes
properly and that there is no damage to
the: DOOR (bent), HINGES AND LATCHES
(broken or loosened), or DOOR SEALS AND
SEALING SURFACE
The oven should not be adjusted or re-
paired by anyone except properly qualied
service personnel.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of burns, elec-
tric shock, re, injury to persons (yourself
or others) or exposure to excessive micro-
wave energy when using your appliance,
follow basic safety precautions, including
the following:
• Read all instructions before using the
appliance.
• Read and follow the specic micro-
wave energy precautions listed above.
• As with most cooking appliances, close-
ly supervise use to reduce the risk of a
re in the oven.
To reduce the risk of re while cooking, be
sure to take the following additional pre-
cautions:
• Do not overcook food. Carefully moni-
tor the appliance when paper, plastic,
or other combustible materials are
placed inside the oven to facilitate
cooking.
• Remove wire twist-ties and metal han-
dles from paper or plastic containers/
bags before placing them in the oven.
• If materials inside the oven ignite, keep
the oven door closed. Turn the oven o,
and unplug the appliance. Disconnect
the power cord, shut o power at the
fuse or circuit breaker panel.
• Do not use the oven cavity for storage
purposes. Do not leave paper prod-
ucts, cooking utensils, or food in the
oven when not in use.
This oven must be grounded with a properly
grounded outlet. See the section “GROUND-
ING INSTRUCTIONS”.
Install or place this oven in strict accordance
with the installation instructions provided.
Some products, such as whole eggs, and
sealed containers such as a glass jars, are
able to explode and should not be heated
in the oven.
Use this appliance only for its intended uses
as described in this manual. Do not use cor-
rosive chemicals or vapors in or near the ap-
pliance. This oven is specically designed to
heat or cook or dry food in a home consum-
er setting. It is not designed for industrial or
laboratory use.
As with any appliance, close supervision is
necessary when used by children.
Do not operate this oven if it has a damaged
cord or plug, if it is not working properly, or

if it has been dropped or damaged.
This appliance should only be serviced by
qualied service technicians. Contact tech-
nical support for information regarding your
closest authorized service center for further
examination, repair, or adjustment to your
appliance.
Do not cover or block any openings on the
oven.
Do not store or use this appliance outdoors.
Do not use this oven near water, for exam-
ple, near a kitchen sink, in a wet basement,
near a swimming pool, or similar locations.
Do not immerse cord or plug in water.
Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
Do not let cord hang over edge of a table or
counter.
When cleaning the oven door and surfaces,
use only mild, non-abrasive soaps or deter-
gents applied with a damp sponge or cloth.
Liquids, such as water, coee, or tea can be
overheated beyond the boiling point with-
out appearing to boil. Visible bubbling or
boiling when the container is removed from
the microwave oven is not always present.
THIS CAN RESULT IN SCALDING LIQUIDS SUD-
DENLY BOILING OVER WHEN THE CONTAINER
IS DISTURBED OR A SPOON OR OTHER UTEN-
SIL IS INSERTED INTO THE LIQUID.
i. Do not overheat the liquid.
ii. Stir the liquid both before and halfway
through heating it.
iii. Do not use straight-sided containers with
narrow necks.
iv. Aer heating, allow the container to
stand in the microwave oven for a short
time before removing the container.
v. Use extreme care when inserting a spoon or
other utensil into the container.
IMPORTANT: ELECTRICAL GROUNDING
DANGER: Electrical Shock Hazard
Touching the internal components of this oven can cause serious personal injury or
even death. Do not disassemble this appliance.
WARNING: Electric Shock Hazard
Improper use of the grounding can result in electric shock. Do not plug the oven into an
outlet unless the outlet is properly installed and grounded.
Three-pronged (grounding) plug
This appliance must be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding
reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current.
This appliance is equipped with a grounding-wire cord with the third, round grounding
plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.
Consult a qualied electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not com-
pletely understood or if doubt exists as to whether the appliance is properly grounded.
If it is necessary to use an extension cord, use only a 3-wire extension cord that has a
3-pronged grounding plug, and a 3-slot receptacle that will accept the plug on the ap-
pliance. The marked rating of the extension cord shall be equal to or greater than the
electrical rating of the appliance.

1. A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risks resulting from becoming
entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
2. Longer cord sets or extension cords are available and may be used if done so with
great care.
3. If a long cord set or extension cord is used:
• The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension marked electrical rating of
the cord set or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the
appliance.
• The extension cord must be a grounding-type 3-wire cord; and
• The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or
tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.
RADIO INTERFERENCE
1. Operation of the microwave oven may cause interference to your radio, TV or similar
equipment.
2. When there is interference, it may be reduced or eliminated by taking the following
measures:
• Clean door and sealing surface of the oven
• Reorient the receiving antenna of radio or television.
• Relocate the microwave oven with respect to the receiver.
• Move the microwave oven away from the receiver.
• Plug the microwave oven into a dierent outlet so that microwave oven and receiver
are on dierent branch circuits.
SAFETY
1. The oven must be on a leveled surface.
2. The turntable and turntable roller rest must be in the oven during cooking. Place the
cookware gently on the turntable and handle it carefully to avoid possible breakage.
3. Incorrect use of browning dish may cause the turntable to break.
4. Use only the specied bag size when using Direct Access Popcorn.
5. The oven has several built-in safety switches to ensure that the power remains o
when the door is open. Do not tamper with these switches.
6. Do not operate the microwave oven empty. Operating the oven with no food or food
that is extremely low in moisture can cause re, charring or sparking.
7. Do not cook bacon directly on the turntable. Excessive local heating of the turntable
may cause the turntable to break.
8. Do not heat baby bottles or baby food in the microwave oven. Uneven heating may
occur and could cause physical injury.
9. Do not heat narrow-necked containers, such as syrup bottles.
10. Do not attempt to deep-fry in your microwave oven.
11. Do not attempt home canning in this microwave oven, as it is impossible to be sure all
contents of the jar have reached boiling temperature.
12. Do not use this microwave oven for commercial purpose. This microwave oven is

made for household use only.
13. To prevent delayed eruptive boiling of hot liquids and beverages or scalding yourself,
stir liquid before placing the container in the oven and again halfway through cooking
time. Let stand in the oven for a short time and stir again before removing the contain-
er.
14. Use carefully when cooking food in the microwave oven to avoid burning due to exces-
sive cooking.
15. When the appliance is operated in the combination mode, children should only use
the oven under adult supervision due to the temperatures generated.
16. Failure to maintain the oven in a clean condition could lead to deterioration that could
adversely aect the life of the appliance and possibly result in a hazardous situation.
FOOD PACKAGING & UTENSILS
Please closely follow these guidelines regarding packaging materials and items placed
into the microwave.
Tightly-closed utensils could explode. Closed containers should be opened and plastic
pouches should be pierced before cooking.
See the instructions on “Materials you can use in microwave oven or to be avoided in
microwave oven.” There may be certain non-metallic utensils that are not safe to use
for microwaving. If in doubt, you can test the utensil in question following the proce-
dure below.
Container Test:
1. Fill a microwave-safe container with 1 cup of cold water (250ml) along with the uten-
sil in question.
2. Cook on maximum power for 1 minute.
3. Carefully feel the container. If the empty container is warm, do not use it for micro-
wave cooking.
4. Do not exceed 1 minute cooking time.

Materials you can use in the microwave oven with care
Browning dish
Follow manufacturer’s instructions. The
bottom of browning dish must be at least
3/16 inch (5mm) above the turntable. In-
correct usage may cause the turntable to
break.
Glass jars
Always remove lid. Use only to heat food
until just warm. Most glass jars are not heat
resistant and may break.
Oven cooking bags
Follow manufacturer’s instructions. Do
not close with metal tie. Make slits to allow
steam to escape.
Paper plates and cups
Use for short–term cooking/warming only.
Do not leave oven unattended while cook-
ing.
Aluminum Foil
Shielding only. Small smooth pieces can
be used to cover thin parts of meat or
poultry to prevent overcooking. Arcing can
occur if foil is too close to oven walls. The
foil should be at least 1 inch (2.5cm) away
from oven walls.
Paper towels
Use to cover food for reheating and ab-
sorbing fat. Use with supervision for a
short-term cooking only.
Parchment or wax paper
Use as a cover to prevent splattering or a
wrap for steaming.
Dinnerware
Microwave-safe only. Follow manufactur-
er’s instructions. Do not use cracked or
chipped dishes.
Plastic
Microwave-safe plastic only. Follow the
manufacturer’s instructions — dishes
should be labeled “Microwave Safe”. Some
plastic containers soen as the food inside
heats. “Boiling bags” and tightly closed
plastic bags should be slit, pierced or vent-
ed as directed by package.
Plastic wrap
Microwave-safe only. Use to cover food
during cooking to retain moisture. Do not
allow plastic wrap to touch food.
Thermometers
Microwave-safe only (meat and candy
thermometers).

SETTING UP YOUR OVEN:

Handling notes:
a. Never place the glass tray upside down.
The glass tray should never be blocked.
b. Both glass tray and turntable ring as-
sembly must be used when cooking.
c. All food and containers of food are al-
ways placed on the glass tray for cooking.
d. If glass tray or turntable ring assembly
cracks or breaks, contact technical sup-
port for replacement information.
Countertop Installation
Remove all packing material and accessories. Examine the oven for any damage such
as dents or a broken door. Do not install if oven is damaged and contact technical sup-
port or the place of purchase.
Cabinet: Remove protective lm found on the microwave oven cabinet surface. Do not
remove the light brown Mica cover that is attached to the oven cavity to protect the
magnetron.
1. Select a level surface that provide enough open space for the intake and/or outlet
vents. A minimum clearance of 3.0 inches (7.5cm) is required between the oven and
any adjacent walls. One side must be open. Leave a minimum clearance of 12 inches
(30cm) above the oven. Do not remove the legs from the bottom of the oven.
2. Plug your oven into a standard household outlet. Be sure the voltage & the frequency is the
same as the voltage and the frequency on the rating label.
3. Blocking the intake and/or outlet openings can damage the oven.
4. Place the oven as far away from radios and TV as possible. Operation of microwave oven
may cause interference to your radio or TV reception.
WARNING: Do not install oven over a range cooktop or other heat-producing appliance
or the oven could be damaged and the warranty would be void.

FUNCTIONS
1. Power Level
• 11 power levels are available. Use the digit keys to input the power level with the
number corresponding to the power percentage. For example: PL2 = 20% power ; PL7
= 70% power

2. Set the clock
• Press “CLOCK “, “00:00” will display.
• Press the number keys and enter the current time. For example, time is 12:10, press
“1,2,1,0” in sequence.
• Press “ CLOCK “ to set the clock. The hour separator “:” will blink to conrm input.
• If the numbers input are not within the range of 1:00-12:59, the setting will be invalid
until valid numbers are input.
• In the process of clock setting, if the “ STOP/CANCEL “ button is pressed or if there is
no operation within 1 minute, the oven will go back to the prior setting automatically.
• To reset the clock, repeat the above steps.
3. Kitchen Timer
• Press “KITCHEN TIMER”, the display will show 00:00
• Press the number keys and enter the timer time. (the maximum cooking time is 99
minutes and 99 seconds)
• Press “ START/+30SEC. “ to begin the timer.
• When the timer ends, the buzzer will ring 5 times and the display will show the current
time.
• NOTE: While using the timer, other microwave functions are unusable unless the timer
is stopped.
4. Microwave cooking
• Press “TIME COOK” once, the LED will display “00:00”.
• Press number keys to input the cooking time; the maximum cooking time is 99 min-
utes and 99 seconds.
• Press “ POWER” once, LED will display “PL10”. The default power level is 100% power.
Press the number keys to adjust the power level.
• Press “ START/+30SEC.” to start cooking.

Example: to cook the food with 50% microwave power for 15 minutes.:
a. Press “TIME COOK” once.”00:00” displays.
b.Press “1”,”5”,”0”,”0” in order.
c.Press “POWER”once,then press “5” to select 50% microwave power.
d.Press “START/+30SEC.” to start cooking.
Note:
1) In the process of setting, if the “ STOP/CANCEL” button is pressed or if there is no
operation within 1 minute, the oven will go back to the former setting automatically.
2) If “PL0” selected, the oven will work with fan for no power. You can use this level to
remove the odour of the oven.
3)During microwave cooking, “POWER” can be pressed to change the power you need.
4) Aer pressing “POWER”, the current power ash for 3 seconds, now you can press
number button to change the power. The oven will work with the selected power for
the rest time.
5. Quick Start
• Press a button from 1 through 6 and then the start button to begin cooking for 1 to 6
minutes. Add time by pressing the Start/+30 seconds button
6. Weight Defrost Function
• Press “ WEIGHT DEFROST”, LED will display “dEF1”.
• Press numerical buttons to input weight to be defrosted.
• Input the weight ranging between 4 to 100 ounces
• Press “ START/+30SEC. “ to start defrosting and the cooking time remained will be
automatically calculated and displayed.
7. Time Defrost Function
• Press “ TIME DEFROST “, LED will display “dEF2”.
• Press number pads to input defrosting time. The eective time range is 00:01~99:99
• The default microwave power is power level 3. If you want to change the power level, press “
POWER “ once, and the LED will display “PL 3”, then press the number pad of the power level
you wanted.
• Press “ START/+30SEC. “ to start defrosting. The remained cooking time will be dis-
played.
8. POPCORN
• Press “ POPCORN “ repeatedly until the number you wish appears in the display,
“1.75”,”3.0”,”3.5” Oz will display in order.
• For example, pressing “POPCORN” once will display “1.75 oz”.
• Press “ START/+30 SEC. “ to cook.
9. POTATO
• Press “ POTATO “ repeatedly until the number you wish appears in the display, “1”, ”2”,
”3” will display in order.
• “1” SET : 1 potato (approximately 8 ounces) 2 potatoes (approximately 1 pound), 3

potatoes (approximate 1.5 lbs)
• Press “ START/+30 SEC. “ to cook, buzzer sounds once.
10. FROZEN VEGETABLE
• Press “ FROZEN VEGETABLE “ repeatedly until the weight in ounces of vegetables
appears on the display. “4.0”,”8.0”,”16.0” ounces will display in order.
• Press “ START/+30 SEC. “ to begin cooking.
11. BEVERAGE
• Press “ BEVERAGE “ repeatedly until the desired number of cups
(8 uid ounces) you wish appears on the display, showing “1”, ”2”, ”3”.
• Press “ START/+30 SEC. “ to begin cooking.
12. DINNER PLATE
• Press “ DINNER PLATE “ repeatedly until the desired weight appears on the display and
choose between “9.0”, “12.0”, “18.0” ounces.
• Press “ START/+30 SEC. “ to begin cooking.
13. PIZZA
• Press “ PIZZA “ repeatedly until the weight of your pizza in ounces appears on the dis-
play, choosing between “4.0”, “8.0”, “14.0” oz.
• Press “ START/+30 SEC. “ to begin cooking.
14. Memory Cooking
• There are 3 memory settings available, allowing you to store three dierent cooking
modes.
• Press “0/MEMORY” to until the desired memory setting appears on the screen (1, 2, or
3).
• Set the microwave to the desired cooking settings (up to a maximum of 2 stages).
• Once the procedure has been set, press “ START/ +30 SEC.” once to save it. Press
“Start/+30 SEC.” again to start cooking.
• To select a memory preset for cooking, press “0/MEMORY” repeatedly until the desire
memory setting appears.
• Press “ START/ +30 SEC.” to start cooking.
• Example: Create a setting in memory 2 to cook food at 80% power for 3 minutes and
20 seconds. Press “0/MEMORY” until the number 2 displays. Press “TIME COOK” once,
then enter the cook time (320). Press “POWER” once and then press “8” to set the pow-
er to PL8 (80%). Press “START/+30 SEC.” to save the setting. Press “START/+30 SEC.”
again to start cooking.
15. Multi-stage cooking
• At most 2 stages can be set for cooking, which is useful for defrosting before beginning
cooking. Note: Auto cooking functions do not function in multi-stage cooking.
• Example: if you want to cook with 80% microwave power for 5 minutes + 60% micro-
wave power for 10 minutes. The cooking steps are as follows:
• Press “TIME COOK” once,then press “5”,”0”,”0” to set the cooking time;
• Press “POWER” once,then press “8” to select 80% microwave power.
• Press “TIME COOK” again, then press “1”,”0”,”0”,”0” to set the cooking time;

• Press “POWER” once, then press “6” to select 60% microwave power.
• Press “START/ +30 SEC.” to start the staged cooking.
16. DISPLAY TIME/POWER WHILE COOKING
• While the microwave is cooking, press “CLOCK” to display the current time for 3 sec-
onds
• While the microwave is cooking, press “POWER” to display the current cooking power
level of the microwave.
• Note that during multi-stage cooking, the POWER query corresponds to the current
power level.
17. LOCK FUNCTION FOR CHILDREN
• To Lock: Press and hold the STOP button for 3 seconds to lock the microwave panel
from accidental operation. The display will be blank when the appliance is locked.
• To Unlock: Press and hold the STOP button for 3 seconds to unlock the microwave
panel.
• Note that while the lock function can prevent accidental operation, it does not replace
the need for close parental supervision around this appliance.
18. COOKING END REMINDING FUNCTION
• When the cooking is over, the buzzer will emit 5 “beeps” to alert user the cooking is
nished.
MAINTENANCE
Troubleshooting
Analyze your problems using the chart below and try the proposed solutions for each
issue. If the microwave oven still does not work properly, contact Impecca technical
support for further assistance.

charge to consumers in the U.S.A. and Canada.
After ninety (90) days, it will be the responsibility
of the consumer.
Shipping costs to and from our warranty service center
are the sole responsibility of the consumer.

and Maintenance Authorization (RMA) number and to
locate the Warranty Service Center nearest
you. Once authorized, you must mail the
product to the authorized Impecca

service
center in its original product packaging materials
or equivalent, to prevent damage while in transit.
Further, should Impecca
®
determine that the product
is outside of the Warranty terms, Impecca
®
will return
the product to sender at sender’s expense without
being repaired or replaced, unless authorized by the
consumer to service the out-of-warranty product at
consumer’s expense. All handling or restocking charges
for returns and/or replacements shall be non-
refundable.
Impecca
®
specifically excludes from this warranty any
non-electric/mechanical attachments, accessories, and
disposable parts including, but not limited to,
outside case, connecting cables, batteries, and AC
adapters. Impecca
®
reserves the right to repair
or replace defective products with the same,
equivalent, or newer models.
We reserve the right to either repair or replace
product at our discretion. Replacement may be either
new or refurbished and while every endeavor will be
made to ensure it is the same model, if same model is
not available, it will be replaced with a model of equal
or higher specification.
Normal “Wear and Tear” is not covered by this, or any
other, warranty. Further, Impecca
®
hereby reserves
the right to determine “Wear and Tear” on any and
all products. Tampering or opening the product
casing or shell will void this warranty in its entirety.
In addition, this warranty does not apply if the
product has been damaged by accident, abuse,
misuse, or misapplication; has been altered or
modified without the written permission
of Impecca
®
; has been serviced by a non-
authorized repair center of Impecca
®
; has not
been properly maintained or operated according
to the operation manual; has been used for
commercial, non-household purposes; has
been cosmetically damaged; was not imported
by Impecca
®
; was not manufactured according to
specification of the United States market; was
damaged due to improper installation or neglect
by the consumer; was damaged due to
improper packaging in shipment to the Warranty
Service Center; was damaged due to natural
disasters; or if the serial number for the
product has been removed or defaced.

INTRODUCCIÓN
Gracias por elegir este horno microondas de Impecca. Su nuevo horno tiene numero-
sas características que le harán la vida más sencilla, como un sistema de descongela-
ción inteligente y un intuitivo “Quick Start” o “Inicio Rápido”. Lea estas instrucciones
cuidadosamente para asegurar una vida larga y útil de su electrodoméstico, ¡y dis-
frútelo!
PRECAUCIONES IMPORTANTES DE SEGURIDAD
PRECAUCIÓN: NO SE EXPONGA A UNA EXCESI-
VA ENERGÍA DE LAS MICROONDAS
No intente operar este horno con la puerta
abierta, esto puede resultar en una exposición
dañina a la energía de las microondas. No anu-
le o altere las protecciones internas de seguri-
dad.
No coloque ningún objeto entre la parte fron-
tal del microondas y la puerta, o permita que
la mugre u otros residuos se acumulen en las
supercies de sellado.
No opere el horno si está dañado. Es importan-
te que la puerta del horno funcione adecuada-
mente y que no presente los siguientes daños
en:

El horno no debe ser ajustado o reparado por
nadie que no sea personal de servicio cuali-
cado.
PRECAUCION: para reducir el riesgo de que-

Como con la mayoría de les electrodomésticos

Para reducir el riesgo de incendio al cocinar,
asegúrese de tomar las siguientes precaucio-
nes adicionales:
No sobre cocine la comida. Vigile cuidadosa-
mente este electrodoméstico cuándo hay pa-
pel, plástico u otro material combustible para
facilitar la cocción dentro del horno.
Retire los amarres de metal y las agarraderas
de metal de los contenedores o bolsas de plás-
tico antes de colocarlos dentro del horno.
Si los materiales dentro del horno se incendian,
mantenga el horno cerrado. Apague el horno y
desconecte el electrodoméstico. Desconecte
el cable de corriente, baje el interruptor en la
caja de fusibles o en el panel del cortacircuitos.
No utilice el interior del horno como lugar para
almacenar. No deje productos de papel,utensi-
lios para cocinar o comida en el horno cuando
este no se utiliza.
Este horno debe estar conectado a tierra y a un
enchufe adecuadamente conectado a tierra.

Instale o coloque este horno de acuerdo con las
instrucciones de instalación provistas.
Algunos productos, como los huevos enteros y
los contenedores sellados como los platones de
vidrio, pueden explotar y no deben ser calentados
dentro del horno.

cable o clavija, si no está trabajando adecuada-
mente, o si se ha caído o dañado.

cio por parte de técnicos de servicio cualica-
dos. Contacte a soporte técnico para recibir
información acerca de su centro de servicio
autorizado más cercano para diagnóstico, re-
paración, o ajuste de su electrodoméstico.
No cubra o bloquee las ventilaciones en el hor-
no.
No almacene o use este electrodoméstico en
exteriores.
No utilice este electrodoméstico cerca del
agua, por ejemplo, ejemplo, cerca del fregade-
ro, en un sótano mojado, cerca de una alberca

Mantenga el cable alejado de supercies ca-

Cuando limpie la puerta del horno y sus su-

Los líquidos, como el café, agua o té pueden
sobrecalentarse más allá de su punto de ebu-
llición sin que aparenten hervir. No siempre
se puede observar las burbujas o el líquido
hirviendo cuando el contenedor se retira del
microondas. ESTO PUEDE RESULTAR EN LÍ-
QUIDOS ESCALDADOS QUE DE REPENTE HIER-
VEN CUANDO EL CONTENEDOR ES AGITADO O
SE INSERTA UNA CUCHARA U OTRO UTENSILIO
EN EL LÍQUIDO.
No sobre caliente los líquidos
Agite el líquido antes y a medio proceso de ca-
lentamiento
No utilice recipientes con lados rectos y/o con
cuellos estrechos
Inserte las cucharas u otros utensilios en los
contenedores con mucho cuidad.
LA CONEXION A TIERRA
PELIGRO: Peligro de descarga eléctrica
El tocar los componentes internos de este horno, puede causarle un serio daño personal e in-
clusive la muerte. No desarme este electrodoméstico.
PRECAUCION: Peligro de descarga eléctrica
El uso inapropiado de la conexión a tierra puede provocar una descarga eléctrica. No conecte el horno a
un enchufe a menos de que esté debidamente instalado y conectado a tierra.
Clavija de tres patas (con tierra)
Este electrodoméstico debe estar aterrizado. En el caso de un corto circuito eléctrico, la conexión a tierra re-
duce el riesgo de una descarga eléctrica al proveer un alambre o conexión de escape de la corriente a tierra.
Este electrodoméstico está equipado con un cable con un alambre para la conexión a tierra en la tercera para
redondeada de la clavija.
Esta clavija debe conectarse en un enchufe que está debidamente instalado y conectado a tierra.
Consulte con un electricista cualicado o un técnico de servicio si es que no ha comprendido comple-
tamente las instrucciones de la conexión a tierra o si tiene alguna duda de si el electrodoméstico está
adecuadamente conectado a tierra. Si es necesario utilizar un cable de extensión, solo utilice las exten-

siones con 3 alambres que cuentan con clavija y receptor para tres patas en donde pueda conectarse
perfectamente la clavija del horno. La capacidad marcada en la extensión debe ser igual o mayor a los
requerimientos eléctricos del electrodoméstico.
1. Para reducir el riesgo de que el cable se tuerza o se troce, el cable de energía suministrado
en este horno es corto.
2. Hay cables largos o extensiones disponibles y deben ser utilizados con mucho cuidado.
3. Si se cuenta con un cable largo o extensión observe lo siguiente:
• La capacidad eléctrica del cable o la capacidad eléctrica marcada en la extensión debe
ser igual o mayor que la capacidad eléctrica del electrodoméstico
• La extensión debe tener un cable con 3 alambres (uno es la tierra)
• Un cable largo debe ser acomodado de modo que no esté sobre el mostrador o mesa, donde
puede ser jalado por los niños o pueda torcerse en forma accidental.
RADIO INTERFERENCIA
1. La operación del horno microondas puede causar interferencia en el radio, televisión o equi-
po similar
2. Cuando hay interferencia, esta puede reducirse o eliminarse al tomar las siguientes medidas:
• Limpie la puerta y la supercie de sellado del horno
• Reoriente la antena receptora del radio o televisión
• Reubique el horno microondas con respecto al receptor
• Aleje el horno microondas lejos del receptor
• Conecte el horno microondas en otro enchufe diferente de modo que el receptor y el
microondas están conectados a diferentes circuitos
EMPAQUE DE LOS ALIMENTOS Y UTENSILIOS
Precaución: Peligro de Daños Personales
Los utensilios completamente cerrados pueden explotar. Los contenedores cerrados deben ser
abiertos y las bolsas de plástico deben rasgarse antes de cocinar.
Vea las instrucciones sobre los “Materiales que pueden utilizarse en un horno microondas y
los que deben de evitarse”. También hay ciertos utensilios no metálicos que no son seguros
de utilizar en el microondas. Si tiene duda, puede probar el utensilio en cuestión siguiente el
siguiente procedimiento:
Prueba del Contenedor:
1. Llene un contenedor para uso de microondas con 1 taza de agua fría (250 ml) junto
con el utensilio en cuestión.
2. Ponga a calentar a potencia máxima por 1 minuto.
3. Con cuidado toque el contenedor. Si el contenedor vacío está caliente, no lo use para
microondas.
4. No exceda el tiempo de cocción por más de un minuto.
