Important Safety Instructions

* Read each step in the assembly instructions and follow the steps in
sequence. Do not skip ahead. If you skip ahead, you may learn later
that you have to disassemble compontents and that you may have
damaged the equipment.
* Assemble and operate the equipment on a solid, level surface. Locate
the unit a few feet from walls or furniture to provide easy access.

Assembly instructions
Assembly of the takes professional inst
allers If this is the first time you have assembled
this type of ent, plan to spend more time. It is strongly
recom mended to assemble the equipment by professional ins
tallers. You may find it quicker, safer, easier to assemble this
equipment with the help of a friend, as some of components may
be large, heavy or awkward to handle alone. It is important that
you assemble your product in a clean, clear, uncluttered area.
This will enable you to move around the product while you are
fitting com onents and reduce the possibility of injury during
assembly.
As with any assembled part, proper alignment and adjustment
is critical. While tightening the fasteners, be sure to leave room
for adjustments. Do not fully tighten the fasteners until instructed
to do so. Be careful to assemble the components in the sequence
presented in this guide.

Step1 Install the Adj.Foot Plates
Align the Adj. Foot Plates (#46) to the Main Upright (#1)
and the Side Upright (#5), then secure them by hands.

Step2 Assemble the Frame and
the Pivot Axles
1)Attach the Low Cross(#2) to the Main Upright(#1)using:
four Allen Bolts (#83) M10×95
four Nylon Locknuts (#90) M10
eight Washers (#93) 11× 23×2
2)Attach the Side Upright(#5) to the Low Cross(#2) using:
two Allen Bolts (#79) M10×70
two Nylon Locknuts (#90) M10
four Washers (#93)

3)Insert the Pivot Axle(#36) and(#37) into the Low Cross
(#2) secure them using:
two Allen Bolts (#77) M10×40
two Washers(#93) 11× 23×2
two Spring Washers(#99) 10

Step3 Assemble the Weight Plates
1)Insert both the Guide Rods(#17) into the Main Upright
(#1).
2)Slide the Weight Rubber Bumper (#44) down onto each
the Guide Rod (#17).
3)Carefully begin sliding the Weight Plate one by one in
sequence: #25,#24,#23.
4)Align both top ends of the Guide Rods (#17) to the Main
Upright(#1) and secure them using:
two Allen Bolts (#80) M10×75
two Washers (#93)
two Spring Washers (#99) 10
two Rubber Caps (#34)
11× 23×2ΦΦ

Make sure that Washers (#93) and Spring Washers
(#99) are on the top side.

1)Insert the Washers (#35), the Cam (#12) and the Was-
hers (#35) onto the Pivot Axle (#37) , secure them into
place using a Retaining Snap Ring (98).
2)Insert the Sway Frame (#4) onto the Pivot Axle (#37),
secure them into place using a Retaining Snap Ring
(98).
3)Insert The End Cap (#19) onto the Pivot Axle (#37) and
secure them using:
one Hex Head Screw (#88) M12×30
one Spring Washer (#100) 12Φ
Step4 Assemble the Cam and
the Sway Frame

1)Put the Clip tied on the weight pin leash onto the Top
Plate (#23)as shown below, next connect the Weight
Cable (#28) to the Top Plate (#23).
2)Route the Weight Cable (#28)up and over the two Pul-
leies A (#59),next, secure them to the Main Upright
(#1)using:
3)Route the Weight Cable (#28)down and under the Pulley
(#60)next, secure them to the Pulley Frame (#33)using:
4)Connect the Cam Cable (#28)to the Main Upright (#1),
secure them to the using:
5)Connect the Cam Cable (#29)to the Pulley Frame (#33).
6)Route the Cam Cable (#29)under the Pulley B(#59),
then secure them to the Main Upright (#1)using:
7)Route the Cam Cable (#29)under the Pulley C D E(#59),
then secure them to the Low Cross (#2)using:
8)Route the Cam Cable (#29)under the Pulley F (#59),
then secure them to the Sway Frame (#4)using:
9)At last, Insert and secure the Cam Cable (#29)to the
cable end bracket welded on the Cam Frame (#12)and
using one Chamfer Bolt M4*10 (#71)to stop the cable
end out

10)Adjust the Weight Cable (#28)and the Cam Cable
(#29) using the Jam Nut.
11)Make sure that the cables are in grooves of all pull-
eies then fully tighten all bolts and nuts .
12)Select an approprate weight with the Weight Pin.

1)Insert the Left Stretching Frame(#9), the Sleever
and the Rubber Tube (#70) onto the Pivot Axle (#36),
use the supplied Allen Wrench to secure the Set Screw
M8 8 (#87)into The Sleever (#47).
2)The assembly of the Right Leg Stretching Frame is the
same as Left Leg Stretching Frame Step.
