1. Press and hold the power button (Button F) for 3 seconds to turn the
speakeron.(Thisoperationwillturnitoffwhenthespeakerison.)
2. The speaker will automatically go into discoverable mode indicated by
Bluetoothpairingbutton(ButtonJ)blinkingbluelight.
3.FromtheBluetoothdevicelist,selectthedevicenamed“InateckMarsBox”
toconnect.ThespeakerindicatespairingiscompletedwhentheBluetooth
indicator (Button J) changes from blinking blue to solid blue and the
speakeremitsatone.

call.Yourphoneisstillabletoansweracalldirectly.
Notes:
•  AUX mode has a priority, when the audio cable connects AUX-IN, the
Bluetoothmodulewillautomaticallyshutdown.
•AUXmodedoesnʼtsupportHands-freefunctionnorthePrevious/Next
songfunction.
•ThespeakerwillbemutedwhenpressthePlay/Pausebutton(ButtonE).
1.Plugtheincluded3.5mmaudiocablefromtheaudiodeviceintotheAux
inputonthesideofthespeaker,theconnectioniscompletedwhenthe
ButtonJindicatessolidbluelight.
2.Playmusic.
Notes: To re-pair a device, press and hold Button A for 3-4 seconds until
Bluetoothindicatorblinksbluelight.

1. Press the power button (F) to turn on the speaker and then press the
multifunctionbutton(A)toswitchintoFMradiomode
2.Pleaselongpresstheautosearchbutton(E)inFMmodewhenitisthefirst
timetouseortheenvironmentchanged.Itwilltakeabout30secondsfor
thisprocess(76-108HMz).
3.Shortpress(B)(D)keystoswitchbetweendifferentradiochannels.
4. Plug Micro USB charging cable into the DC-IN (H) as an antenna can
improvethequalityoftheradiosignal.
Tips:
•Power savingmode:The speaker willturnoff automatically aftermore
than 10 minutes of zero activity from both, the Bluetooth and AUX-IN
sources.
•Thereasonwhyitdoesnotcomewithacharger:USBchargersofmost
smartphones (apple / android / windows) and tablets all meet the
requirementsof5V/1Aoutput,tabletsevenreachupto5V/2A,andallwill
chargethespeakerefficiently.Tolessenneedlessrepeatpurchaseand
reduceenvironmentaldamagecausedbyindustrialmanufacture,wedo
notsupplychargerforthespeaker.
1. Plug the included Micro USB charging cable from the speaker to a USB
charger.
2.AllUSBchargersof5Vvoltagecanchargethespeaker,chargersofover2A
currentarerecommendedforsavingchargingtime.
3.Afterfullycharged,thespeakerdeliversupto10-15hoursofplaytimebased
ondifferentmusicstylesandvolumes.

might be a delay between the Bluetooth transmitting device transmits a
signaltotheBluetoothreceivingdevice.
1.Speakerwillnotturnon.
•Batterymayrunoutandneedtobecharged.PleaseusetheattachedUSB
cabletochargethespeakeratleastforonehourbeforerestartit.
2.SpeakerdoesnotpairorconnecttoBluetoothdevice.
•MakesureyourBluetoothdevicesupportstheA2DPprotocol.
•Delete“InateckMarsBox”fromtheBluetoothlistonyourbluetoothdevice.
Thentrypairingagain.
•Beforepairing,makesureneitherBluetoothdevicenorspeakerconnects
tootherdevices.
•Bluetoothrangeisupto10metersinopenspace.YourBluetoothdevice
maybeoutofrange.Trymovingitclosertothespeaker.
•Resetthespeaker.
3.IntermittentconnectivityordistortionwouldoccurduringtheBluetooth
play.
•Findoutthepossiblesourcesofinterference,makesureyourBluetooth
deviceandthespeakergetawayfromtheinterference.
• Try to keep the possible jamming equipment awayat a distance of10
meters.
•AdjusttheplacementofBluetoothdeviceorBluetoothspeaker.
•Shutdownanypossiblejammingequipment.
•DonotplacetheBluetoothdeviceorBluetoothspeakersonthetopor
insideofmetals.
4.NoaudioorpoorsoundcomesfromthespeakerwhenconnectingtoAux
source.
•MakesuretheconnectedAuxdeviceisonandplaying.
•DecreasethevolumelevelontheAuxdevice.
•MakesuretheaudiocableisfirmlyconnectedtotheAuxINspeakerand
thesourcedevice.
•TryusingadifferentAuxcable.
•  Rather than connect to 4-pole stereo audio cable with Mic, please try
using3-polecable.
