1.Press and holdthe power button (ButtonB) for 3seconds to turn the
speakeron.(Thisoperationwillturnitoffwhenthespeakerison.)
2.Thespeakerwillautomaticallygointodiscoverablemodeindicatedby
Bluetoothparingbutton(ButtonD)blinkingbluelight.
3.FromtheBluetoothdevicelist,selectthedevicenamed“InateckMercury-
Box” to connect. The speaker indicates pairing is complete when the
Bluetoothindicator(ButtonD)changesfromblinkingbluetosolidblue
andthespeakeremitsatone.

smartphones (apple/android/windows) and tablets all meet the
requirementsof5V/1Aoutput,tabletsevenreachupto5V/2A,andallwill
chargethespeaker efficiently.Tolessenneedlessrepeat purchaseand
reduceenvironmentaldamagecausedbyindustrialmanufacture,wedo
notsupplychargerforthespeaker.

charger.
2.AllUSBchargersof5Vvoltagecanchargethespeaker,chargersofover1A
currentarerecommendedforsavingchargingtime.
3.Afterfullycharging,thespeakerdeliversupto9-15hoursofplaytimebased
ondifferentmusicalstylesandvolumes.

possiblethatthereisaslightdelayinaudioplaybackfromthetransmitting

•Batterymayrunoutandneedtobecharged.PlugtheUSBchargingcable
from the speaker to a working power supply or computer, charge the
speakerforatleast1hourbeforeuse.
2.SpeakerdoesnotpairorconnecttoBluetoothdevice.
•MakesureyourBluetoothdevicesupportstheA2DPprofile.
•Delete “Inateck MercuryBox”from the Bluetooth liston yourBluetooth
device.Thentryparingagain.
•Beforeparing,makesureneitherBluetoothdevicenorspeakerconnects
tootherdevices.
•Bluetoothrangeisupto10metersinopenspace.YourBluetoothdevice
maybeoutofrange.Trymovingitclosertothespeaker.
•Resetthespeaker.
3.Intermittentsoundorconnectionandplosivefromthespeaker.
•MoveyourBluetoothdeviceatleast10metersawayfromanydevicethat
generateselectromagneticinterference.
•Movethemobiledeviceclosertothespeaker.
•Ifpossible,turnoffanyinterference.
•DonotputBluetoothdeviceandspeakerinoronametalobject.
4. No audio or poor sound comes from the speaker when connecting to
AUX-insource.
•MakesuretheconnectedAUXdeviceisonandplaying.
•DecreasethevolumelevelontheAUXdevice.
•MakesuretheaudiocableisfirmlyconnectedtotheAUXinputandthe
sourcedevice.
•TryusingadifferentAUXcable.
• Rather than connect to 4-pole stereo audio cable with Mic, please try
using3-polecable.
