Indy ChromaControl™ luminaires can be paired with the Indy ControlBox for luminaire-to-luminaire connection and zonal control through
various network systems. Indy ChromaControl™ luminaires paired with the ControlBox can be controlled by the following: Bluetooth,
DMX, and Ecosystem.

Bluetooth Enabled ControlBox (CBOX VC BT FL, CBOX VW BT FL)
1. Determine if you are using Variable Warm, Variable Cool, or both types of ChromaControl luminaire. There will be a "VW" or "VC" in
the model number to differentiate type.
2. Up to 32 of like CCT range can be controlled on a single Control Box, up to a total chain length of 1800 ft.
3. ConnectleadsfromtheControlBoxrunningtotherstluminaireinthechaininsidethewiringcompartmentoftheControlBox–
White/Blue (Data +), Blue/White (Data -), Drain Wire (Data common) Figure 1.
4. Rundatacablestothejunctionboxoftherstluminaireinthechainandwiretheconnectionsinsidejunctionboxusingthe3-port
Wago connectors.
5. Rundaisy-chaincablesfromtherstluminairetothesecondinchainandwiretheconnectionsinsidethejunctionboxthesameasin
the previous step.
6. Repeat this process until a maximum of 32 luminaires is met or until desired end of chain, up to 1800 ft.
7. Remember to use the recommended wire for connectivity:
a. Liberty Cable - 24-2P-485 Non-Plenum, 24-2P-P485 Plenum
b. Belden Cable - 9842 Non-Plenum, 89842 Plenum
8. SupplypowertotheControlBoxbypluggingintheattachedcord–thiswillpoweruptheaccessoryandwillallowforzonalcontrol1
over the entire luminaire chain.
9. The ChromaControl luminaires can now be controlled via the Indy™ ChromaControl App (available for iOS devices in the App Store).

device, please refer to instruction sheet 065-1267 (For BTA and DMX only).

Ecosystem Enabled ControlBox (CBOX ECO1 FL, CBOX ECO2 FL)
1. Ecosystem enabled control boxes will work for both Variable Warm and Variable Cool luminaires.
2. EcosystemenabledcontrolboxesarespecicforBlackBodyDimmingandColorTuningluminaires.
3. For Black Body Dimming luminaires, CBOX ECO1 FL allows for dimming control.
4. For Color Tuning luminaires, CBOX ECO2 FL allows for dimming and CCT control.
5. Up to 32 of like type (BBD vs. VC/VW) and can be controlled on a single ControlBox.
6. Use push-in wire connections from the Ecosystem controller and connect them to the ControlBox directly on the adapter. Figure 2

12. Supply power to the ControlBox by plugging

13. Luminaire can now be controlled using the
Ecosystem controller on-site
