IQVPower Control System
The intelligent control management system on this model can be adjusted with the power regulator. Select power mode by turning the dial at the
back of the tool and align the notch with the desired setting. Each mode provides intelligent power control in Forward and full power in Reverse.

Lubrication
Remove hammer case to apply lubrication on the anvil, impact mechanism assembly and gears. Apply grease evenly and sparingly. An excessive
accumulation of grease will result in sluggish operation. See drawing 48380273 and table below. Maintenance frequency is shown in a circular arrow
and dened as h=hours, d=days, and m=months of actual use.

Task Light
CAUTION
●Task Light is not user serviceable. Repair should only be carried out by an Ingersoll Rand authorized service center. User service may
result in electric shock, re and or serious personal Injury.
●Use of controls or adjustments or performance of procedures other than those specied herein may result in hazardous radiation exposure.
●The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
Adjust Brightness and Flashlight Mode
1. To set task light, position directional switch to neutral.
2. Pull trigger to cycle through brightness options or to turn o light.
3. Position directional switch to Forward or Reverse to save desired brightness setting and begin tool use.
Refer to illustration #2 on page 2.
NOTICE
While in neutral, tool will remain in task light mode for 10 minutes.
Parts and Maintenance
Tool repair and maintenance should only be carried out by an authorized Service Center.
Refer all communications to the nearest Ingersoll Rand oce or distributor.

Lubricación

Linterna

Ajuste del brillo y del modo de la linterna
1. Para ajustar la linterna, coloque el interruptor direccional en posición neutra.
2. Tire del gatillo para desplazarse por las opciones de brillo o apagar la luz.
3. Coloque el interruptor direccional en dirección de avance o retroceso para guardar la conguración de brillo deseada y empezar a utilizar la
herramienta.

Mientras se encuentra en posición neutra, la herramienta permanecerá en el modo de la linterna durante 10 minutos.

IQVSystème de contrôle de la puissance

Lubrication
Déposer le boîtier du marteau pour lubrier l’enclume, le mécanisme d’impact et les pignons.
Graissez régulièrement et modérément. Un surplus de graisse ralentira le fonctionnement de l’outil. Voir le schéma 48380273 et le tableau ci-dessous.

Lampe de travail
ATTENTION
●La lampe de travail ne peut pas être réparée par l’utilisateur. La réparation doit être eectuée uniquement dans un centre de service In-
gersoll Rand agréé. Une manipulation par l’utilisateur peut provoquer une décharge électrique, un incendie et/ou des blessures graves.
●L’utilisation de commandes, réglages ou l’exécution de procédures autres que ceux spéciés ici peut provoquer une exposition dangereuse
aux radiations.
●La source lumineuse de cet éclairage n’est pas remplaçable. Lorsque la source lumineuse arrive à la n de sa durée de vie, il faut rem-
placer l’éclairage dans sa totalité.
Réglez la luminosité et le mode Lampe-torche
1. Pour régler la lampe de travail, placez l’interrupteur directionnel en position neutre.
2. Actionnez la gâchette pour passer par les diérentes options d’intensité d’éclairage ou pour éteindre la lumière.
3. Placez l’interrupteur directionnel sur Avant ou Arrière pour sauvegarder le réglage correspondant à l’intensité désirée et commencez à utiliser l’outil.
Reportez-vous à l’illustration n° 2 à la page 2.
AVIS
En position neutre, l’outil restera en mode Lampe de travail pendant 10 minutes.

Seul un centre de service agréé peut eectuer la réparation et la maintenance des outils.

Sistema di controllo della potenza IQV
Il sistema di gestione con controllo intelligente su questo modello può essere regolato con il regolatore di potenza. Selezionare la modalità di potenza
ruotando il selettore sulla parte posteriore dello strumento e allineare la tacca all’impostazione desiderata. Ogni modalità garantisce il controllo intelligente
della potenza nel senso di rotazione orario (in avanti) e la massima potenza nel senso di rotazione antiorario (indietro). Vedere l’illustrazione n. 1 a pagina 2.

Regolazione della luminosità e modalità intermittente
1. Per impostare la lampada di ispezione, portare l’interruttore direzionale in posizione neutra.
2. Premere il pulsante per attivare le diverse opzioni di luminosità o spegnere la luce.
3. Portare l’interruttore direzionale in avanti o indietro per salvare l’impostazione desiderata della luminosità e iniziare a utilizzare lo strumento.

AVVISO
Quando è in posizione neutra, lo strumento rimane in modalità lampada di ispezione per 10 minuti.
Ricambi e manutenzione
La riparazione e la manutenzione dell’utensile devono essere eseguite soltanto da un centro di assistenza autorizzato.
Per qualsiasi comunicazione, rivolgersi all’ucio o al distributore Ingersoll Rand più vicino.

IQVEinstellbarer Leistungsregler
Die intelligente Leistungsregulierung dieses Modells kann über den Auswahlschalter angepasst werden. Wählen Sie durch Drehen des Reglers auf
der Rückseite des Werkzeugs die gewünschte Leistungsstufe aus. Jede Stufe bietet eine intelligente Leistungsregelung in Drehrichtung und stets
volle Leistung beim Lösen. Bitte beachten Sie hierzu Abbildung 1 auf Seite 2.

Schmierung
Das Hammergehäuse entfernen, um Amboss, Schlagmechanismusbaugruppe und Getriebe zu schmieren. Fett gleichmäßig und sparsam
auftragen. Eine übermäßige Ansammlung von Fett führt zu schwerfälligem Betriebsverhalten. Siehe Zeichnung 48380273 und Tabelle unten. Die
Wartungshäugkeit ist mit einem Pfeil eingekreist und ist deniert in h=Stunden, d=Tagen und m=Monaten der tatsächlichen Verwendung.

Arbeitsleuchte
VORSICHT
●Die Arbeitsleuchte kann nicht durch den Bediener gewartet werden. Reparaturen dürfen nur durch ein von Ingersoll Rand authorisiertes
Service-Center durchgeführt werden. Die Reparatur seitens des Bedieners kann einen Elektroschock, Brand oder ernsthafte Verletzung
herbeiführen.
●Durch Verwendung von Bedienelementen oder Einstellungen sowie Durchführung vonVerfahren, die nicht in der Betriebsanleitung angege-
ben sind, kann es zum Austritt gefährlicher Strahlung kommen.
●Das Leuchtmittel dieser Leuchte kann nicht gewechselt werden. Ist das Leuchtmittel kaputt, muss die gesamte Leuchte ausgetauscht
werden.
Helligkeitsanpassung und Taschenlampenmodus
1. Stellen Sie zum Einstellen der Arbeitsleuchte den Umschalthebel auf neutral (Mittelstellung).
2. Betätigen Sie den Drücker, um zwischen den Helligkeitsstufen zu wechseln oder die Leuchte auszuschalten.
3. Stellen Sie den Umschalthebel auf “Anziehen”oder “Lösen”, um die gewünschte Helligkeitseinstellung zu speichern und beginnen Sie dann mit
Ihrer Arbeit.
Bitte beachten Sie hierzu Abbildung 2 auf Seite 2.
Hinweis
Steht der Umschalthebel auf neutral, bleibt das Werkzeug 10 Minuten lang im Arbeitsleuchtenmodus.
Teile und Wartung
Die Reparatur und Wartung von Werkzeugen darf nur von einem autorisierten Wartungs- und Reparatur-Center durchgeführt werden.
Führen Sie jedwede Kommunikation bitte über das nächste Ingersoll Rand-Büro oder eine entsprechende Werksvertretung.

IQVvermogensregelsysteem
Het intelligente regelbeheersysteem van dit model kan worden aangepast met de vermogensregelaar. Gebruik de draaiknop aan de achterzijde van
het apparaat om dit in te stellen op de gewenste werkingsmodus. De verschillende modi zorgen voor intelligente krachtregeling bij Voorwaartse
werking en volledig vermogen bij Omgekeerde werking. Zie afbeelding 1 op pagina 2.

OPMERKING

Smering
Verwijder klopmachinebehuizing om aambeeld, inslagtoestelonderdelen en mechanisme in te smeren. Breng het vet gelijkmatig en spaarzaam
aan. Een overmaat aan vet resulteert in een trage werking. Zie tekening nr. 48380273 en de onderstaande tabel. De onderhoudsfrequentie wordt
weergegeven in een cirkelvormige pijl met h=uren, d=dagen en m=maanden reëel gebruik.

Taaklampje
OPGELET
●Het taaklampje leent zich niet voor zelfonderhoud. Reparatie mag uitsluitend door een erkend servicecentrum van Ingersoll Rand
worden uitgevoerd. Onderhoud door de gebruiker kan leiden tot elektrische schokken, brand en/of lichamelijk letsel.
●Het gebruik van controlemechanismen of verrichten van aanpassingen aan de apparatuur of de uitvoering van procedures anders dan hier
gespeciceerd kan gevaarlijke blootstelling aan straling tot gevolg hebben.
●De lichtbron in deze lamp kan niet worden vervangen. Wanneer de lichtbron stopt met werken, dient de hele lamp te worden
vervangen.
Helderheid en zaklampmodus aanpassen
1. Stel de richtingsschakelaar in op neutraal om het taaklampje in te stellen.
2. Haal de trekker over om te wisselen tussen de verschillende opties voor helderheid of om de lamp uit te schakelen.
3.Stel de richtingsschakelaar in op Voorwaarts of Omgekeerd om de gewenste helderheidsinstelling op te slaan en het apparaat te gebruiken.

OPMERKING
In de neutrale stand blijft het apparaat 10 minuten werken in de taaklampjemodus.

Reparatie en onderhoud van dit gereedschap mogen uitsluitend door een erkend servicecentrum worden uitgevoerd.
