Read this manual completely and understand the
machine before operang or servicing it.
• Always wear appropriate personal protecve equipment
(PPE) when operang or servicing unit.
• Always follow all chemical safety precauons and
handling instrucons provided by the chemical
manufacturer and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
• If this unit is modied or serviced with parts not listed in
this manual, the unit may not operate correctly.
• Never point the discharge wand at yourself, another
person, or any object you do not want covered in
chemical.
• Always depressurize unit aer use (as described in the
Aer Use Instrucons). Always store unit depressurized.
• Never leave unit unaended while pressurized.
• Always depressurize unit before aempng to remove
the pump assembly.
• Do not pressurize unit by any means other than the built-
in pump assembly.
• Do not modify or remove pressure relief valve. Do not
use unit if pressure relief valve is not operaonal.
• Always carry unit by the handle in locked posion.
• Do not exceed a uid temperature of 100˚F (37˚C).
• Never use unit with hydrocarbons or ammable
products.

way according to local waste disposal regulaons.

Operaon Instrucons:
1. Ensure all air pressure is released from unit by twisng the
pressure relief valve (PUF-PRV-2) clockwise 1/2 turn.
2. Unscrew the pump assembly (PUFPA-2) from the tank by
twisng the pump handle counter-clockwise.
3. Follow all instrucons from chemical manufacturer. Fill
tank with pre-mixed soluon up to the rst band, or 1 gal
(3.78 l). (Note: Do not overll tank with soluon.)
4. Replace pump assembly (PUFPA-2) and ghten securely by
twisng the pump handle clockwise.
5. Turn pressure relief valve (PUF-PRV-2) clockwise 1/2 turn
to return to the closed posion.
6. Pressurize the tank by pumping approximately 15 to 20
mes, depending on amount of soluon in tank. (Note:
The pressure relief valve will leak if the air pressure is too
high. Do not overll tank with air.)
7. Once the desired pressure has been achieved, push the
handle down and twist it clockwise to lock it in place.
8. To start spraying, point the wand assembly at the area you
wish to spray and squeeze the trigger handle to discharge
spray.
Aer Use Instrucons:
1. Ensure all air pressure is released from unit by twisng the
pressure relief valve (PUF-PRV-2) clockwise 1/2 turn.
2. It is recommended to always empty out remaining
soluon and run fresh water through the unit to rinse all
parts thoroughly aer each use and before storage.
Maintenance Instrucons:
Warning: Always depressurize unit before performing
maintenance.
To keep your unit operang properly, periodically perform the
following maintenance procedures:
• Check the pump assembly (PUFPA-2) for wear and leaks.
• Check the sucon tube (PUF-PST2) for debris and clean as
needed.
• Inspect hose (SL48-P) for leaks or excessive wear.
• Periodically lubricate the pump seal with a food safe
lubricant. To lubricate the pump seal, raise pump handle
and apply 5 to 10 drops of food safe lubricant between
pump and pump sleeve. NEVER USE LUBRICANTS SUCH
AS WD40.
