R2.3 MAGNETIC
ROWING MACHINE

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFROMATION
Please keep this manual in a safe place for easy reference.
1. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the equipment.
2. Safe and effective use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled, maintained and used properly. It is your
responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment are informed of all warnings and precautions.
3. Before starting any exercise program you should consult your doctor to determine if you have any medical or physical
conditions that could put your health and safety at risk, or prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your
doctor's advice is essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.
4. Be aware of your body's signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop exercising if you
experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of
breath, lightheadedness, dizziness or feelings of nausea. If you do experience any of these conditions you should
consult your doctor before continuing with your exercise program.
5. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only.
6. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet. To ensure safety, the
equipment should have at least 0.6 meter of free space all around it.
7. Before using the equipment, check that the nuts and bolts are securely tightened.
8. The safety of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/or wear and tear.
9. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while assembling or checking the
equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from the equipment during use, stop immediately. Do not use the
equipment until the problem has been rectified.
10. Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing that may get caught in the equipment
or that may restrict or prevent movement.
11. The equipment has been tested and certified to EN957 under class H.C. Suitable for home use only. Maximum weight
of user: 120kg. Braking ability is independent of speed.
12. The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.
13. Care must be taken when lifting or moving the equipment so as not to injure your back. Always use proper lifting
techniques and/or seek assistance if necessary.

STEP 1
Use the Allen Wrench (19)
lock the main frame (1) onto
the front foot tube frame (2)
with bolt (29), Washer (39),
Spring Washer (41).
STEP 2
1. Use the open end wrench (18) lock the 2pcs Bolt
(27) on the A position of the Main Frame (1).
2. Install the 2pcs hex bolts (27) through the pedals
(48) to the B position of the main frame (1). The
bottom of the pedals should be placed on the A
position bolts.
3. After finish the bolts assembly, put the bottom of
the pedals on the A position bolt to support it.

STEP 3
1. Install the seat cushion (57) into the slide
tube (4).
2. Insert the bolt (9) into the hole of the
slide tube (4), and screw the foot pad (64)
tightly to sliding tube (4).
STEP 4
Use the Allen Wrench (19), Bolt (31),
spring washer (41) and flat washer
(39) to lock the rear foot tube (3) to
the sliding tube (4).

STEP 5
1. Lock the bolt (30) and the flat washer (38) and
bolt (32) to the sliding tube (4) with main frame
(1), insert the hanging ring bolt (10).
2. Fix the knob (63) and the flat washer (37) to the
main frame (1) and the sliding tube (4).
STEP 6
1. Take off computer (33) from protective cover (43).
2. After taking off the computer (33), put the dry
battery (20) into the battery case, the positive pole
of the battery is installed at the positive pole of the
computer (33) as shown at C of computer (33) in
the figure
3. Connect the wire A/B of computer (33) with the
wire B/Awhich inside protective cover (43).
4. Put the computer back into protective cover (43).

ADJUSTMENT GUIDE
PEDAL ADJUSTMENT
The pedal strap is adjustable and can be

The front foot tube frame have transport
wheel on the front of it, lift up the rear foot
tube frame, you can move the frame to
the position you want.
ADJUSTING THE BALANCE AND
RESISTANCE
Adjust the resistance knob (34) clockwise to
increase the resistance and counterclockwise to
reduce the resistance.
If the ground is uneven, the frame can be
adjusted to a horizontal state through rotating the
wheel on the side of the rear foot sleeve as the
left picture.
CAUTION!
Moving parts,
such as the seat,
can cause injury.
Keep hands clear
of the sliding rail
during use!

After the sliding tube is
folded up, the head or
the body is easy to

Notice!
The seat cushion will
slide down when the
sliding tube is folded.
Please note!
As shown in the above figure, when the
product is not in use, the slide tube can
be fold up to avoid occupying space.
The operation is as follows:
1. Unscrew the knob (63) and the flat
washer (37), pull out the loop pin (10)
as shown in Figure C.
2. Fold up the slide tube (4) to the
vertical angle (The seat cushion slides
when the slide tube is turned up) when
the sliding tube (4) is rotated to the
vertical angle, use the hanging ring pin
(10) to insert into the hole to fix it. Fix
the knob (63) and flat washer (37) onto
the sliding tube, as shown in Figure D.

EXERCISE COMPUTER
Button Function:
MODE: press this button to select the function.
----Keep pressing this button for 3 seconds to clear all time, times count, Calories data.
Functional operation:
1. SCAN: Press the MODE button into scan state, the computer will automatically scan, time, times, calories,
total number of times, and every scan interval is 6 seconds.
2. TIME: Show the time from the computer start to the end.
3. Times Count (CNT): Show the number of times from the computer start to the end.
4. CAL: Show the total calories from the computer start to the end.
5. Total number of times (TOT.CNT): Count all times after installing the battery.
If there is without any movement signal, the computer display will close automatically after 4 minutes, and will
wake up when there is movement signal or any button is operated.
6. Average speed (REPS/MIN): Show the average number of movements per minute.
