save this box and all
the contents. If you
choose to return the
hearing aid for any
reason, it must be
returned in the
original packaging.

Batteries
Your hearing aid uses a
size 312 battery.
Be sure to peel the sticker
off the battery and wait at
least one minute before
using. Zinc batteries use
air as an energy source
and need a minute or two
to fully charge.
See instructions for
inserting the battery
on the next page.
Note: if your hearing aid beeps continuously, the battery needs to be changed.

Installing/replacing
the battery
1. Gently open the
battery door by
pushing the battery
compartment knob.
2. Insert the battery with
the + sign facing UP
(towards you.)
3. Close the battery
compartment.
4. Your hearing aid is
ready for use.
Push here
Place battery in compartment,
then snap shut.
Note: to preserve battery life, remove the
battery when hearing aid is not in use.
Use the magnet on the
cleaning brush to help with
handling the battery.

Assemble your
hearing aid
1. Choose the Invisitube
for the corresponding
ear (red=right,
blue=left.)
2. Use the cleaning brush
to insert the Invisitube
into the TOP of the
hearing aid, then screw
in until hand tight.
3. Insert the earbud
on to the end of the
Invisitube.
Insert Invisitube into
top of hearing aid.
Insert the earbud on
to the end of the
Invisitube.
Use notch on top of
cleaning brush as a tool.

Wearing the
hearing aid
1. Place the hearing aid
behind your ear, near
the top.
2. Insert the earbud
snugly into the ear
canal.
3. Move the surefit stable
line into the lower
bowl of your ear.
(Optional.)
Tuck the surefit
stable line into
the lower bowl
of your ear. If
the hearing aid
fits comfortably
without it, you
may cut it off.
Be sure to
choose an
earbud size
that feels
comfortable,
yet fits snugly.

Adjusting the
volume
1. To raise volume, press
and quickly release
the TOP of the volume
switch.
2. To lower volume, press
and quickly release the
BOTTOM of the volume
switch.
Press top of volume button and
quickly release to raise volume.
Press bottom of volume button and
quickly release to lower volume.
Note: you will hear a SINGLE BEEP when the volume is adjusted.
A DOUBLE BEEP means you’ve reached the volume limit.
You may press the volume up or
down button several times to reach
your desired volume.

Program your
hearing aid
1. Press and hold the
volume button for
three seconds until
you hear a beep, or
several beeps.
2. See the chart for
which program setting
sounds best in your
listening environment.
Program 1
Single beep:
Program 2
Two beeps:
Program 3
Three beeps:
Program 4
Four beeps:
Use in a quiet environment (like at home) for basic
conversation with people.
Use in a noisy environment (like a restaurant) for
basic conversation with people beside you.
Use in a moderately loud environment (like driving
on the highway) for basic noise reduction.
Use in a noisy, loud place for maximum noise
reduction.
Bridge is a digital hearing aid that can cycle through various
programs for various listening environments.

Maintenance
To maximize sound
quality and extend the
life of your hearing aid,
follow these simple steps:
1. Wipe your hearing aid daily with a tissue or cloth to keep free of
dust and debris.
2. Clean the invisitube periodically. Remove the earbud, and insert
the thin end of the cleaning brush into the tube to remove any
soil or debris from the tube. Note: for optimum performance,
replace the invisitube and earbud every three to six months.
3. Clean the microphones periodically. Use the thin end of the
cleaning brush to remove any lint or debris from the microphone
openings.
4. Avoid physical shock to the hearing aid, such as dropping on a
hard surface, or dropping something heavy on the device.
5. Avoid exposure to extreme heat or moisture. Use the supplied
carrying case to keep the hearing aid covered when not in use.

Troubleshooting
1. Before testing the
device, be sure there is
a new working battery
in the device.

any problems before
contacting customer
service.

Note: to test the device, remove the invisitube from the
hearing aid, and raise the volume to maximum setting.

Connecting the
Bluetooth App
1. Locate and install the
free“Control HA”app
from Apple App Store
or Google Play Store.
2. Connect your device(s)
using Bluetooth via
your phone settings.
Download“Control
HA”app on to your
device.
Hint: when you go to either
app store, just use the Search
function to type in“Control HA”
and look for the icon above.

Be sure to turn Bluetooth
ON in your phone’s settings.

Bluetooth App
3. Open Control HA app
and connect your
hearing aid(s). You can
choose to assign your
hearing aid as LEFT,
RIGHT, or BOTH. Be
sure to click SAVE after
you choose.
4. Control your hearing
aid(s) with the controls
on this interface.
Assign your hearing aid(s)
using the main interface.
Adjust volume on your
hearing aid(s) using the
volume +/- buttons in the
app.
Switch listening programs
using the app. See Section
6 for various listening
applications.

5. Adjust the sound of
your hearing aid(s)
with Tone Controls in
the main menu.
6. Check battery life with
the Battery control of
the main menu.
Use Tone Controls to adjust
bass and treble levels in
your hearing aid(s).
Get a real-time readout of
battery life in each hearing
aid.
After you install the app,
you can refer to the HELP
section for more details.
