Using Your Phone
When the phone rings or vibrates, press ‘Send Key’
If the headset provided is plugged in to the phone,
you can answer an incoming call by pressing the mic
buon on the headset when the ring sounds
You can make a call aer searching the call history
- access call log through the ‘Le Selecon Key’ or
‘Send Key’ or scroll through your list of numbers and
press ‘Send Key’ to dial
Make a call to an internal (another user in your
system) or to an external party by entering the
number and pressing the ‘Send Key’
Press the ‘Le Selecon Key’ to access contacts and
search phonebook
Select the required contact and press the ‘Send Key’
to dial
During a call press ‘Le Selecon Key’
Return to the caller by pressing the ‘Le Selecon
Key’
Press the ‘End/Power Key’
Hold down the keypad lock buon to lock the
keypad
To realease keypad lock, press and hold the keypad
lock buon

Using Your Phone
Assign a speed dial by selecng the contact, press
the ‘Right Selecon Key’, scroll to speed dial, press
select and assign a number
To dial your assigned speed dials, simply hold the
digit down
From an acve call, press the ‘Right Selecon Key’,
dial the desired, then press the ‘Le Selecon Key’
to complete the transfer
For an announced transfer press the ‘Right Selec-
on Key’, dial the desired number, and press the
‘Send Key’. On pick up press ‘Transfer’ to complete,
‘Conf’ to conference in all pares or swap to toggle
between callers. To cancel an announced transfer,
simply press the end call key
Use the call forward features to redirect incoming
calls from your phone to another number. Press
the ‘Menu Key’ to access menu opons, navigate to
sengs, scroll to call forward follwed by one of the
opons below:
Forward Uncondionally: Select opon, turn
feature on with ‘Right Selecon Key’ then select
forward desnaon.
Repeat steps as forward uncondionally for Forward
no answer or Forward busy.
