Adding Rooms
Click ‘Room’ then +.
Name room. Click room
icon to select a picture .
Up to 40 rooms can be
created.
Setting up the Gateway
Open the app
and click + to
start the gateway
setup wizard.
Follow the on
screen prompts.
‘Allow’ to receive
notifications from
the camera &
connected Z-Wave
devices. Change
anytime in phone
setting >
Notifications.
Click ‘Next’ for basic
gateway ‘How To’
guide or ‘Skip’ to
continue set up.
Click then ‘Help’
to return to the tour
at a later time.

Click ‘Set up a new
gateway’ then
select ‘Pan/Tilt
camera gateway’
and follow the
instructions.
Name your gateway then click the house icon
to log in. Type admin in the account field and
the password from the ID card found in the
box. NB There are different passwords for
video access and gateway admin settings.
Click ‘Device’ then + and
select the brand or ‘other
Z Wave device’ from the
list & follow the on screen
instructions, follow device
m a n u f a c t u r e r s
instructions for
inclusion/adding device.
Name device and assign to a room. Click to choose notifications,
eg low battery, motion alarm, temp. etc (depending on the device ).
If device does not function correctly remove and re-add. Click the
device at any time to change settings.
Gateway reports device status as INACTIVE after 48hrs without
communication with the device (eg out of range or no power).
Configuration menu is for advanced users only.
Adding Devices
App shows device
real time status

Click ‘ Scene’ on the
home menu then
& name your scene.
Up to 60 scenes can
be created.
Click the scene at
any time to modify
/add new devices.
Creating Scenes
choose max 6 devices/conditions to
trigger the scene. For multiple devices, click
‘or’/’and’ to choose if any or all devices must
trigger to run scene. Motion /door sensor
etc must be selected to use camera patrol
function (see ‘Then’)
Using gateway sound/motion sensors
in scenes is not recommended as it can
result in multiple false alarms.

turn to face a
triggered sensor. Set
duration of lights
/sirens etc. Click ‘sec’
to change seconds/
minutes/hours.
‘ choose
when the scene will
be active. Select
‘Home’ or ‘Away’ if
you only want the
scene to run when
Home or Away
mode is selected on
the home page.
Swipe a scene left to
delete.
Use ‘Home’ or ‘Away’
mode to ‘arm’ a
connected scene.
Push notifications are
enabled when the bell
icon is blue.
Click Camera icon to see live
video. Swipe video to move
camera up, down, left, right.
Pull fingers apart to zoom in.
Swipe across bottom of
screen to see rooms.
Click ‘Patrol’ Icon
to set camera to turn
to sensors when triggered.
Using the camera
Click to change recording
setting, set up external
record options (eg
Dropbox) & play back
recorded video. Click event
history to show a list of all
device events.
SD card recording
requires Class 10 micro SD
card to be installed.
Click a room for devices assigned
to that room.
