notallareas,thesumoftheREN’sshouldnotexceedfive(5.0).Tobecertainofthenumberofdevicesthatmay
beconnectedtotheline,asdeterminedbythetotalREN’scontactthetelephonecompanytodeterminethe
maximumRENforthecallingarea.
Thisequipmentcannotbeusedonthetelephonecompany‐providedcoinservice.ConnectiontoPartyLine
ServiceissubjecttoStateTariffs.
Ifthisequipmentcausesharmtothetelephonenetwork,thetelephonecompanywillnotifyyouinadvancethat
temporarydiscontinuanceofservicemayberequired.Ifadvancenoticeisn’tpractical,thetelephonecompany

DonotoperatetheTelephoneRouterinanyareawithapotentiallyexplosiveatmosphere.Sparksinapotentially
explosiveatmospherecancauseanexplosionorfireresultinginbodilyinjuryorevendeath.Areaswith
potentiallyexplosiveatmospheresincludefuelingareassuchasbelowdecksonboats,fuelorchemicaltransferor

TheTITANTelephoneRoutermoduleisamultiportIVR(interactivevoiceresponse)device
thatallowsmessagestobedispatchedinoneofavarietyofmessagingprotocols.Userscall
intotheTelephoneRoutermoduleviaatelephonehandsetandfollowvoicepromptsin
ordertoinitiatenumericpagingmessages,alphanumericcommonmessagesorvoice
paging.
Themethodsofmessagedispatchcanvaryfromalocalvoiceanddatapagingtransmitter,
anRS‐232basedmessagingprotocolandaLANconnection.




