Owner’s Manual, Jamo WK 200
Thank you for purchasing the Jamo WK 200.
This wireless kit will allow you to transfer music
from one part of your home to another: from your
TV to your hi-system, from your computer to your
powered loudspeakers or from one room in your
home to another.
The Jamo WK 200 consists of a transmitter (WT 200)
and a receiver (WR 200).
The transmitter should be connected to the product
that you want to send music from (i.e. TV, computer,
stereo system, iPod, MP3 player, cellphone, game
consol, network player, etc.), and the receiver should
be connected to where you want to receive the
music (stereo system, powered speakers, powered
subwoofer, kitchen device, etc.)
Connect the transmitter to an open USB-socket on
the device you want to send from.

In case a USB-socket doesn’t exist you will have to
connect the transmitter through a suitable cable
(AUX-stereo-cable supplied, optical cable not sup-
plied). Also, you will have to power the transmitter
through a USB power adapter (not supplied).
Connect the receiver to the device that you want to
use for listening (stereo system, powered speak-
ers, powered subwoofer, kitchen device, etc.). The
receiver can be connected to an open USB-port
for power, but will have to be connected through
wires (AUX-stereo-cable supplied, optical cable not
supplied). If the transmitter is connected through
an optical cable you will also have to connect the
receiver through an optical cable.
Make sure that both the transmitter and the receiver
of the WK 200 system are set to the same house-
codes (1, 2 or 3).
If you experience interference or noise at one house-
code-setting you should try to switch to a dierent
setting. Make sure to change the settings on both
devices.
The Jamo WK 200 is able to transmit both analog
and digital signals. Many modern TV’s have only
digital outputs, and can thus not be used with
analog-only transmitter/receivers.

When the WK 200 senses a digital input signal (i.e.
from a TV or computer) it will automatically choose
to transmit the signal in digital form. This will allow
the best possible transfer of sound with the lowest
possible distortion and noise. If you choose digital
transmission both the transmitter and the receiver
will have to be connected by optical cables.
Optical input can only transmit PCM signal.

Gracias por comprar el Jamo WK 200.
Este kit inalámbrico permite transferir sonido de
un punto a otro de la casa: del televisor al sistema
de alta delidad, de la computadora a los altavoces
alimentados o de una a otra sala de su casa.
El Jamo WK 200 consta de un transmisor (WT 200) y
un receptor (WR 200).
El transmisor se debe conectar al dispositivo desde
el cual se desea enviar el audio (p. ej., televisor, com-
putadora, sistema estereofónico, iPod, reproductor
de MP3, teléfono celular, consola de juegos, repro-
ductor de red, etc.) y el receptor se debe conectar
al dispositivo que va a recibir el audio (sistema
estereofónico, altavoces alimentados, subwoofer
alimentado, dispositivo de cocina, etc.)
Conecte el transmisor a un enchufe USB del disposi-
tivo desde el cual desea enviar la señal. Si el disposi-
tivo no tiene enchufe USB, conecte el transmisor
con un cable apropiado (se incluye un cable auxiliar
estereofónico, no se incluye cable óptico). Además,

es necesario alimentar el transmisor a través de un
adaptador de alimentación USB (no se incluye).
Conecte el receptor al dispositivo que desea es-
cuchar (sistema estereofónico, altavoces alimenta-
dos, subwoofer alimentado, dispositivo de cocina,
etc.). El receptor se puede conectar a un enchufe
USB para alimentarlo, pero es necesario hacerlo con
cables (se incluye el cable estereofónico auxiliar, no
se incluye cable óptico). Si el transmisor se conecta
con un cable óptico, hay que conectar el receptor
con cable óptico.
El transmisor y el receptor del sistema WK 200 deben
tener el mismo código de casa (1, 2 ó 3).
Si hay interferencia o ruido con uno de los códigos
de casa, cambie el código. Asegúrese de cambiarles
el código a los dos dispositivos.
El Jamo WK 200 puede transmitir señales analógicas
y digitales. Muchos televisores modernos tienen sólo
salidas digitales y por lo tanto no se pueden utilizar
con receptores o transmisores exclusivamente
analógicos.
Cuando capta una señal de entrada digital (p. ej.,
desde un televisor o una computadora), el WK 200
pasa automáticamente a transmitir la señal en form-
ato digital. Esto produce una transferencia de sonido
óptima con un mínimo de distorsión y ruido. Si opta
por transmisión digital, tanto el transmisor como el
receptor se deben conectar con cables ópticos.
La entrada óptica acepta sólo señales PCM.
