Veiligheidsregels – Safety Regulations
WAARSCHUWING WARNING
Ten einde het risico op letsel te verkleinen en nauwkeurig
functioneren van het (turn)toestel te waarborgen, moeten
onderstaande voorschriften strikt in acht genomen worden:
1. Gebruik dit toestel alleen onder begeleiding van een
getrainde en gekwalificeerde instructeur.
2. Controleer het toestel voor elke training op
voldoende stabiliteit en gebruik het alleen als het
technisch in orde is.
3. Controleer altijd of het toestel correct geïnstalleerd
is, met name de bevestigingspunten. Mocht u het
niet vertrouwen, gebruik het toestel dan niet en laat
het controleren door een expert.
. Ken uw eigen limiet en die van het toestel. Volg een
progressieve instructie training en raadpleeg altijd
een instructeur.
5. Controleer voor gebruik of het toestel obstakelvrij
staat opgesteld.
6. Zorg voor gepaste veiligheidszones rondom het
toestel.
7. Gebruik het toestel nooit wanneer u onder invloed
bent van alcohol, medicijnen of drugs.
8. Zwangere vrouwen of personen met
gezondheidsklachten dienen het toestel niet te
gebruiken.
Beschadigingen aan dit toestel mogen niet zelf gerepareerd
worden, neem contact op met uw leverancier voor advies of
technische ondersteuning.
Elke ongeautoriseerde reparatie, of het wijzigen van
specificaties van/aan dit toestel zijn, uit veiligheidsoogpunt,
ten strengste verboden. Wanneer dit toch gebeurd zal
automatisch elke vorm van garantie of het recht op
compensatie in welke vorm ook vervallen.
Algemeen ad ies:
De levensduur van (turn)toestellen en matten is gelimiteerd.
Vanzelfsprekend slijten materialen na verloop van tijd.
Controleer alle onderdelen, welke onderhevig zijn aan
slijtage, op zijn minst eens per 3 maanden. Dit is relevant
voor de veiligheid van verstelbare onderdelen en
mechanismes, o.a. liggers, ringen, rails. Vervang versleten,
defecte of missende onderdelen. In het geval van twijfel,
vraag onze specialisten om advies.
Om veiligheid te waarborgen stellen we voor om minimaal
een keer per jaar alle turn toestellen en matten te laten
controleren door een deskundige. Deze controle kan deel
uitmaken van de jaarlijkse of halfjaarlijkse controle. Wij
wijzen u daarbij op de mogelijkheid van een
onderhoudscontract bij onze firma.
Gebruik dit toestel uitsluitend in droge toestand. Vocht heeft
negatieve invloed op alle bekledingsstoffen van
(turn)toestellen en verkort de levensduur aanzienlijk.
In order to reduce the risk of injury and to assure secure
functioning of the (gymnastic)apparatus, rules mentioned
below are to be strictly followed:
1. Use this apparatus only under the supervision of a
trained and qualified instructor.
2. Check this apparatus for proper stability before
each training, use it only in perfect technical
conditions.
3. Always check the apparatus for its correct
installation, particularly for the fixation
mechanism, before each use.
. If there are any doubts, do not use the apparatus
and get a professional check.
5. Please consider your own limits and the restrictions
of this gymnastic apparatus.
6. Obstructive items or persons in close proximity of
the apparatus are not allowed.
7. Provide appropriate safety zones in the
surroundings of the apparatus.
8. Never use the apparatus under the influence of
alcohol, medication or drugs.
9. Pregnant women or persons with health issues
should not use the apparatus.
Do not attempt to repair any damage to the apparatus
yourself but contact your supplier for advice or technical
assistance.
Any unauthorised repair, alternation, removal of parts or
change of specifications of the apparatus are strictly
prohibited for reasons of safety and will automatically and
immediately and without any prior notice end any warranty
or right of compensation in any form whatsoever.
General ad ice:
The life period of (gymnastic) apparatuses and mats is
limited. Also materials wear off after a certain period of
time. Please check all parts , which are subject to severe
wear and tear, at least once every 3 months. This is mainly
relevant for the security of adjustable parts and
mechanisms, e.g. rails, bars, rings. Replace any worn off,
defective and missing parts. If there are any doubts, ask for
advice from one of our specialists.
For security reasons, we suggest to perform a maintenance
check of all apparatuses and mats by a specialist, once a
year. This check can be part of a yearly or six month safety
check.
We would like to point out to you the possibility of a
maintenance contract with our firm.
This apparatus must be used in dry conditions only.
Humidity will have a negative effect on all types of
upholstery used on (gymnastic) apparatuses and results in a
shortened lifespan.

Gebruikers - Users
Het opzetten en opbergen van het toestel mag alleen uitgevoerd worden door bevoegde volwassen personen
die de inhoud van de hoofdstukken veiligheidsvoorschriften uit deze documentatie kennen en opvolgen.

understood the safety regulations of this manual.
Maatschappelijk Verantwoord Ondernemen
Corporate Social Responsibility
Onze onderneming houd tijdens het ontwerpen van toestellen en sport- en spelmaterialen niet alleen rekening
met de gebruikers maar ook met het milieu.
Dit doen we onder meer door gebruik te maken van milieuvriendelijke materialen zoals hout met een duurzaam
keurmerk en Ftalaat-vrij PVC doek. Tevens proberen we ons energiegebruik te minderen en hebben we
bedrijfswagens met een groen label.
Verder werken we in Nederland nauw samen met de stichting Sports for Children. Deze stichting geeft
gebruikte (turn)toestellen en sport- en spelmaterialen een 2e leven.
Wanneer een gymzaal of sporthal door ons opnieuw word ingericht, kan de oude inrichting opgehaald worden
door Sports for Children in plaats van deze naar de milieustraat te brengen.
Sports for Children knapt deze dan waar nodig op om ze daarna te doneren aan minder bedeelde sportclubs
en/of scholen in Oost-Europa.
Door deze inspanning en activiteiten willen ze plezier bieden aan kinderen in Oost-Europese landen die weinig
tot geen sport- en spelfaciliteiten tot hun beschikking hebben.
Op deze manier hergebruiken we onze (turn)toestellen en sport- en spelmaterialen en werken we minder
milieu belastend.
We willen u vragen te overwegen gebruik te maken van een soortgelijk initiatief in uw land of regio wanneer
dit mogelijk is.
During the development and design of our apparatus and sporting equipment
we are concerned about your safety but we also consider the environment and society.
We do this for example by using sustainable materials like FSC or PEFC certified wood,
Phthalate free mats and Nexan sport balls with the No Child Labour Guarantee.
We are also constantly trying to lower our waste and energy consumption.
We believe that all children should have the ability to play sports and exercise.
That’s the reason why we have a close collaboration with the Sports for Children
Foundation.
Sports for Children collects used sporting equipment in the Netherlands, refurbishes
and donates them to schools and sporting clubs in Eastern Europe.
Thanks to this cause we can offer children the possibility to play sports in places
where otherwise they would not have sporting and exercising facilities.

1. Leg het grondframe op een vlak oppervlak en plaats de staanders voorzichtig in de
daarvoor bestemde gaten.
Zorg dat de bevestigingspunten voor de breedteverstelling naar buiten wijzen.
Monteer de bussen aan beide zijden van de staanders in het grondframe nadat de
staanders in de gaten zijn geplaatst. Bevestig de staanders aan het grondframe met
M10x25 verzonken kop binnen zeskant schroeven m.b.v. Inbussleutel 6mm.
1. Lay the base frame on a flat surface and carefully place the uprights in the
therefore designed cavities.
Make sure the mounting points
for the width adjustment point
outwards. When the upright is
in position, place bushes in the
base frame, on both sides of
the upright.
Fasten the upright to the
base frame with the
M10x25 Flat head
countersunk bolts
using an Allen key

2. Gebruik een bolkop M10x20 bout (met Loctite) met M10 sluitring om de diagonale
afstandshouder aan de hoge staander te monteren. Gebruik een bolkop M10x25
bout (met Loctite) met M10 sluitring om de diagonale afstandshouder aan de lage
staander te monteren.
2. In order to mount the diagonal distance interlock to the high upright, use a M10x20
button head bolt (incl. Loctite sealing) with a washer M10 and for mounting it to
the lower upright, use a M10x25 button head bolt (incl. Loctite sealing) with a
washer M10.

3. Monteer de breedteverstelling aan de
staanders met bolkop bouten M10x20
met M10 sluitringen en draai deze strak aan.
Zorg dat de hendel altijd aan de kant met de lage staander zit.
3. Mount the width adjuster to the uprights using button head bolts M10x20 with
washers M10 and fasten them tightly.
. Plaats het oog aan het uiteinde van
de rekstang in de klemkop en vergrendel
deze met de vergrendel pin. Druk de rode knop van de vergrendelpin in tijdens het
plaatsen.
. Position the rail above the slot in the clamping head. Mount the rail to the clamping
head, using the locking pin. Press and hold the red button while mounting.
LET OP!
Zorg bij het plaatsen van de vergrendelpin dat de vergrendelpin volledig is aangedrukt
zoals op rechtse afbeelding.
ATTENTION!
When reinserting the locking pin,
make sure the pin is fully inserted
as shown in picture on the right.

5. Draai de draaiknop linksom en trek deze naar
buiten om de hoogte van de rekstang
te kunnen verstellen.
Aan de buitenzijde zit een knop voor
extra ondersteuning tijdens het verstellen
van de hoogte. De staanders zijn voorzien van
een ondersteunende veer aan de binnenzijde.
5. In order to adjust the height of the rails,
turn the grip counter clockwise to unlock
and pull him out.
For extra support when adjusting the height,
there is a knob on the outside.
The uprights are equipped with a
supportive spring, inside the upright.
6. Als de gewenste hoogte is bereikt druk de
draaiknop in tot deze klikt en draai de
draaiknop rechtsom om de hoogte
verstelling te vergrendelen
6. When the desired height is reached,
push back the grip until it clicks and
turn the grip clockwise to lock the
height adjustment.
7. Controleer voor gebruik altijd of de rode waarschuwingsindicatoren op de
draaiknoppen niet uitsteken.
7. Before use, always check that all red warning indicator buttons do not protrude.

8. Om de damesbrug te vervoeren dient het transportsysteem geactiveerd te worden
door alle vier de hendels op de voeten rechtsom te draaien en dienen de voeten
ingeklapt te worden.
8. In order to transport the uneven bars the four levers need to be turned counter
clockwise to open the transport system. Then the feet need to be folded.
9. Deactiveer het transportsysteem door de vier hendels op de voeten linksom te
draaien als de damesbrug op de juiste positie staat.
9. When the uneven bars are positioned, fold the feet out and move all four levers
counter clockwise to hide the transport system.

Gebruik het nummer met stippellijn op de staanders voor officiële FIG hoogte.
For official FIG height use the number indicated with dashes on either upright.

Onderhouds instructies
-Controleer of de RVS rekstanghouders zijn voorzien van nylon schijf.
-Smeer de rekstandhouders (met Vaseline).
-Het is absoluut verboden om de rekstang te reinigen met schuurpapier. Verwijder
magnesium alleen als de rekstang droog is, om te voorkomen dat zachte delen van
de fineer ook verwijderd worden.
Gebruik alleen een schuurponsjes. Klittenband (haak) is een goed alternatief.
-Controleer of de breedte instelling naar behoren functioneert.
-Controleer of de bouten die de breedte instelling verbindt met de staanders goed
zijn aangedraaid.
-Controleer of de bouten van de binnen buizen goed zijn aangedraaid.
Reinig de metalen delen van het frame niet met corrosieve schoonmaakmiddelen.
Maintenance instructions
-Check if the stainless steel rail holders are provided with a nylon disc.
-Grease the rail holders (by using Vaseline)
-It is absolutely forbidden to use sandpaper when cleaning the rails. Remove
magnesia only when the rails are dry, to prevent that the soft parts of the veneer
will be removed as well.
Only use scouring pads. Velcro (hook) is a good alternati e.
-Check if the width adjusters work well.
-Check if the bolts that link the width adjusters to the uprights are well-tightened.
-Check if the bolts of the inner tubes are well-tightened.
Clean the metal parts of the frame with a non-corrosive cleaning product.
