Introduction
Thank you for purchase of our product, wish you could enjoy it.
Years of design and engineering have resulted in a personal outboard trolling motor that gives you power
up to 30, 40 and 55LBS to help you enjoy your trolling and fishing.
There are many features incorporated in the sophisticated design, please take a little time to
study the manual to learn about them all to get most out of your products.
The motors are sold without batteries; please choose battery with 12V output to fit this motor, the red
wire is for connecting to anode (+), the black wire is for connecting to cathode (-), wrong connection
can damage the motor can cause fire.
Please fix all parts following the instruction.
Warning information
Please read the user's manual carefully.
This is not a life saving device.
Do not leave children unattended while device is in use.
The user must be dressed with life saving coat.
Never put the control box in water, if it fell into water completely, you must send it to professional
Service to clean it before use.
Never put the upper part with handle in water, if it got wet, the user must disconnect the battery and
try to clean and dry it.
Never unfix any part of this motor.
Never replace any parts with the parts from other supplier.
Ensure sufficient battery charge remaining, when there is only red light is bright on the voltage meter,
the motor must be unconnected with the batteries immediately,
Never stick body parts, clothing or other objects in the vicinity of the propeller. Do not wear loose or
flowing clothing or equipment that could be drawn into the propeller.
Particular care should be exercised when using this item near anybody with long hair. Users with
long hair should tie it up or wear caps when using the boat.
Always inspect the swimming area to ensure it is free of hazards or danger such as boats and
swimmers before using the boat.
Keep lead wire connection tight and solid to battery terminals.
Please use deep circle batteries only
Locate battery in a ventilated compartment.

Operation’s manual
Installing the propeller
Make sure the motor is disconnected from the battery before installing or replacing the prop.
Use the propeller wrench supplied or 7mm wrench for the installation. (The use of inappropriate tools may
cause motor damage).
1. Install the drive pin into the shaft hole and align it with the propeller (The drive pin and the
propeller groove must align horizontally). Once the propeller is in place install stainless washer
and nut into the shaft (picture 1).

2. Hold the propeller to prevent it from revolving and use the propeller wrench to tighten the
propeller nut (picture 2).

If replace or detach the propeller please follow the above instruction steps and procedure it
conversely.

Handle installation
1. Pull out of the aluminium tube.

2. Hold the tube and towards the direction of D-shape hole to insert into, it can not be pull out after
inserting, otherwise some parts will be damaged.

Keel should be fastened to motor body as showed on the picture below.

Mounting the trolling motor
Mounting the trolling motor on the centerline of the boat, tighten the clamp screws (picture 6).

Battery connection
Select a compatible battery –please use 12 volt battery for your motor. Improper use of battery would
cause damage to the motor. Make sure the motor is off (handle on neutral), while connecting the battery.
Connecting the battery –connect the red motor cable (+) to the positive battery terminal (+), black cable (-
) to the negative terminal (-) and fasten it (picture 7).
Put the battery in a ventilated place.

Power reader.
The motor has a power reader to display a real time battery level. Full light indicates a full power charge
condition. The light will go off when the power is continue to decline. Please recharge the battery when it
reduces to 30% (picture 8).

How to operate the motor
1. Tilting the motor
Hold the motor shaft with one hand and depress the tilting lever with other hand. Adjust the motor to a
desired angle then release the tilting lever to lock it (picture 9). The motor has a 10 tilting levels.

2. Trolling motor handle
Adjust the desired control position simply by pulling and pushing the handle - extended length:
346mm (picture 10).

3. Speed control
The speed controller is integrated in the handle. If offers 5 levels of forward speed and 3 levels of
reverse speed. Turning the handle to the neutral position will shut down the motor from running
(picture 11).

4. Tension the steering
Loosen the steering tension screw, set the motor to a desired direction and fasten it again (picture
12).

5. Adjust the motor depth
Steady the motor shaft and set the depth collar to a desired position then secure it. Loosen the
steering tension screw and deploy the motor carefully (picture 13).

Trouble shooting and solving method
1. Motor fails to run or lack of power
- Check battery connections and cable for proper polarity
- Make sure terminals are clean and corrosion free. Use fine sandpaper or emery cloth to clean
both terminals.
- Check battery ware level. Add water if needed.
- Check propeller for line or weeds. Please detach and clean up the propeller. (WARNING:
make sure the motor is disconnected from the battery).
2. Motor loses power after a short running time:
- Check battery charge, if low, restore to full charge.
3. Motor is hard to steer.
- Loosen the steering tension knob on the bracket.
- Lubricate the steel shaft.
4. Motor vibration
- Disconnect the battery.
- Make sure the propeller is installed properly.
- Inspect the propeller and the drive pin conditions, replace it if necessary.
- Examine it by turning the propeller manually, motor shall turn freely with a slight magnetic
drag. Internal damage might occur if motor is blocked or locked. Stop use it and contact our
service.
For all other malfunctions not listed above, please contact customer service center.

Care and Maintenance
-Disconnect the battery when maintenance.
-After used in salt water, please use fresh water to clean up and then dry it.
-Clean up all the water plants or other sundries especially pay attention the propeller.
-Keep the products clean and dry after use.
-Apply rust prevention to the cable and battery terminals after etery use.
-To prevent accidental damage during trailering or storage, disconnect the battery whenever the
motor is off of the water. For prolonged storage, lightly coat all metal parts with silicone spray.
-If this edge of propeller is rough or nicked, restore to smooth by sanding with fine sandpaper.

Dziękujemy za zakup naszego produktu i życzymy przyjemnego użytkowania.
Lata prac projektowych i konstrukcyjnych zaowocowały stworzeniem silnika elektrycznego do łodzi, o
ciągu 30, 40 oraz 55lb , przeznaczonego do zastosowania w wędkarstwie.
Ponieważ jest to dość złożona konstrukcja składająca się z wielu elementów, prosimy o poświęcenie
swego czasu na uważne zapoznanie się z instrukcją. Dobra znajomość sprzętu zapewni Państwu jego
użytkowanie przez wiele sezonów.
1. Silniki sprzedawane są bez akumulatorów; do tego silnika należy dokupić akumulator 12V o
tak zwanym głębokim cyklu rozładowania.
2. Wszystkie części składowe urządzenia należy zmontować zgodnie z instrukcją.
Ostrzeżenia
Proszę uważnie przeczytać instrukcję użytkowania.
To urządzenie nie jest przewidziane do zastosowania jako sprzęt ratowniczy.
Nigdy nie uruchamiać silnika, gdy jest on wyjęty z wody
Podczas pracy urządzenia nie wolno przy nim pozostawiać dzieci bez opieki.
Nie korzystać z urządzenia w miejscach, gdzie w wodzie występuje dużo wodorostów lub
znajdują się w niej różne przedmioty.
Nigdy podczas pracy silnika nie zatrzymywać śruby napędowej za pomocą przedmiotów.
W pobliże śruby napędowej nie wolno zbliżać żadnych części ciała, ubrania ani jakichkolwiek
przedmiotów. Nie nosić luźnych, powłóczystych ubrań ani nie stosować elementów, które
mogłyby zostać wciągnięte przez śrubę napędową.
Nigdy nie wkładać do wody górnej części urządzenia (z rączką). W przypadku zamoknięcia tego
elementu użytkownik musi odłączyć akumulator i spróbować je osuszyć i oczyścić.
Nigdy nie zanurzać panelu sterującego w wodzie; jeśli przypadkiem wpadnie on do wody, przed
zastosowaniem trzeba go oddać do serwisu celem oczyszczenia.
Panel sterujący wolno otwierać jedynie wykwalifikowanemu technikowi.
Nigdy nie demontować części silnika.
Nigdy nie stosować części zamiennych pochodzących od innego producenta.
Należy dopilnować, aby nie wyczerpać do końca akumulatora. Jeśli na wskaźniku napięcia pali
się lampka w polu 30%, silnik należy natychmiast odłączyć od akumulatora.
Przed skorzystaniem ze sprzętu zawsze należy sprawdzić teren i upewnić się, czy nie ma na nim
zagrożeń dla bezpieczeństwa np. pływających osób.
Przewody łączące urządzenie z akumulatorem muszą być zawsze solidnie zamocowane.

Instrukcja użytkowania
Montaż śruby napędowej
Przed przystąpieniem do montażu prosimy upewnić się, że silnik nie jest podłączony do akumulatora.
Do montażu użyć dołączonego klucza do śruby lub innego klucza 7mm. Użycie nieprawidłowych
narzędzi może doprowadzić do uszkodzenia urządzenia.
1. Wsunąć kołek zabezpieczający w otwór w osi napędowej, tak aby znajdował się poziomo.
Ustawić śrubę tak, aby wpust w śrubie odpowiadał położeniu kołka.
Założyć śrubę napędową, nakładkę oraz nakrętkę na oś silnika.

2. Przytrzymując śrubę napędową jedną ręką tak aby nie obracała się, dokręcić kluczem nakrętkę.

Demontaż śruby napędowej przeprowadzamy w odwrotnej kolejności.

Montaż rączki
1. Rozłożyć teleskopową rączkę.

2. Wsunąć aluminiową część rączki do panelu sterującego aż do zablokowania zatrzasku.

Uwaga: po zablokowaniu zatrzasku nie ma możliwości samodzielnego demontażu rączki.
Próba wysunięcia może spowodować jej uszkodzenie.

Mocowanie silnika
Silnik powinien być zamocowany centralnie w połowie szerokości łodzi.

Założyć silnik na pawęży a następnie dokręcić śruby dociskowe oraz wyregulować kąt nachylenia
kolumny i głębokość zanurzenia śruby w wodzie
Podłączenie akumulatora
a. Podłączyć czerwony przewód zasilający do dodatniego zacisku (+) akumulatora.
b. Podłączyć czarny przewód zasilający do ujemnego zacisku (-) akumulatora.
c. Przed użyciem należy sprawdzić, czy akumulator jest w pełni naładowany
Niewłaściwe podłączenie może doprowadzić do uszkodzenia silnika i do powstania pożaru.

Wskaźnik napięcia.
Wskaźnik napięcia pokazuje stopień naładowania akumulatora w 3 zakresach – pełne naładowanie
100%, 60% i 30%. Kiedy sygnalizowane jest 30% należy naładować ponownie akumulator.

Obsługa.
1. Regulacja kąta nachylenia kolumny. Wcisnąć dźwignię regulacji i ustawić pożądany kąt
nachylenia kolumny. Zwolnić dźwignię aby zablokować kolumnę w docelowym położeniu.
Uchwyt mocujący pozwala na ustawienie kolumny w 10 położeniach.

2. Teleskopowy uchwyt sterujący. Dla wygody sterującego rączkę uchwytu można ustawić
poprzez wyciągnięcie jej do długości 346mm.

3. Regulacja prędkości.
Regulator prędkości jest zintegrowany z uchwytem sterującym.
Aby uruchomić urządzenie, wystarczy przekręcić uchwyt – kliknięcie oznacza wejście w poszczególne
fazy prędkości. Urządzenie posiada 5 stopni prędkości do przodu i 3 stopnie w kierunku wstecznym.

4. Regulacja oporu steru.
Za pomocą śruby regulacyjnej ustawiamy opór obrotu kolumny silnika.

5. Regulacja głębokości zanurzenia w wodzie.
Za pomocą śruby regulacyjnej ustawiamy i blokujemy kolumnę silnika na pożądanej głębokości
zanurzenia w wodzie.

Usuwanie usterek
1. Silnik nie działa lub brakuje mu mocy:
-Sprawdzić połączenia akumulatora, czy została zachowana biegunowość.
-Sprawdzić, czy zaciski są czyste i nieskorodowane. Wyczyścić obydwa zaciski za pomocą
papieru ściernego lub płótna szmerglowego.
-Sprawdzić poziom elektrolitów w akumulatorze. W razie potrzeby dolać wody destylowanej.
-Sprawdzić, czy wokół śruby napędowej nie zaplątały się jakieś sznurki lub wodorosty.
(UWAGA do tej czynności odłączyć akumulator)
2. Silnik traci moc po krótkim czasie działania:
-Sprawdzić poziom naładowania akumulatora, jeśli jest zbyt niski, naładować go do maksimum.
3. Silnikiem trudno jest sterować.
-Poluzować pokrętło regulacyjne na uchwycie.
-Nasmarować stalową kolumnę silnika.
4. Silnik wpada w drgania.
-Odłączyć przewody zasilające od akumulatora.
-Sprawdzić czy śruba napędowa jest zamontowana poprawnie. Sprawdzić stan kołka
zabezpieczającego, w razie konieczności wymienić.
-Śruba napędowa powinna dać się obracać swobodnie ręką z wyczuwalnym oporem.
Uszkodzenia wewnątrz silnika mogą powodować blokowanie, zatrzymanie. Należy wówczas
zaprzestać użytkowania silnika i skontaktować się z serwisem.
W przypadku wystąpienia jakichkolwiek innych problemów nie wymienionych powyżej prosimy o
kontakt z naszym serwisem.
