STEP FOUR
Place the cutting wheel on top of the
strainer basket to fit.
Install the strainer basket into the juice
bowl.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
1. Use an independent 120V power supply as shown on the specification
label on the motor unit.
2. Do not operate the Power Grind Pro if the power cord is damaged or wet.
3. Do not operate the Power Grind Pro if the housing, cover, strainer basket
or any other part is damaged.
4. Make sure the unit is unplugged before cleaning, assembling or
disassembling its parts.
5. Damaged parts should be replaced by the supplier or its service agent
immediately. Otherwise, they should be repaired by a qualified
technician.
6. Check all parts before operating. Make sure the strainer basket is
securely locked into position before turning on.
7. Place the cover in position and slide the handle bar up and into the
locking position. There are grooves on the cover where the handle bar
rests in its correct position. This will release the safety switch.
Important: If the handle bar is not securely locked in its correct position,
the juicer will NOT turn on, as a safety precaution.
8. Ensure the bottom thimble of the pulp collector touches the limit hole.
Keep this area dry!
9. Close adult supervision is essential when children are present.
10. During operation, do not put hands or any other object other than the
plunger into the feeding chute to push contents in.
11. Improper operation or continuous juicing for longer than 30 minutes will
trigger the temperature control to automatically cut off power. Please
allow the unit to cool down for at least 30 minutes before resuming
operation.
12. In the event of abnormal vibration during operation, unplug the unit
immediately. Remove any leftover pulp and thoroughly clean the
strainer basket and lid before reassembling.
13. All grains, beans and nuts should be soaked for at least 6-12 hours
before grinding. This will ensure a pure and aromatic “sauce”.
14. Always flush through softer fruits or vegetables (i.e. spinach,
parsley, kale) with harder vegetables (i.e. carrots, celery) to prevent
blockage of the strainer basket from excess fibers.
15. The safety lock bar should be unlocked/pulled down only after the
power is switched off and the juicer has stopped completely and the
machine is unplugged.
16. Clean all parts for pulp. Never immerse the base motor unit in water
or any other liquid. Simply wipe with soft damp cloth and dry before
reassembling.
17. Store away from the reach of children.
18. If the motor does not work when the power is switched on, please
unplug the unit and make sure it is properly assembled. Remove any
leftover pulp on parts or motor unit. Clean the parts and reassemble
according to Product Assembly directions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The PGP (PowerGrind Pro) stopped while juicing, what should I do? Do not
worry. Turn off the power, open the machine up and clean out the straining
basket and re-construct it again and it will start right up again. The reason
why the motor does this is because you are either pushing down too hard, or
you have too much produce in the chute of the juicer (the large opening).
There is a rhythm to juicing with this PGP, so trial and error may be the best
way to remedy this challenge, however, if you thoroughly read the tips
included in the shipping confirmation email, you may never encounter this
situation.
Why does the PGP make a funny noise while juicing? Don't worry, keep
juicing, if you hear a grinding noise (not too of a loud noise), it will all balance
out when you put another piece of fruit or veggie through the chute. The
stainless steel blades under the cover and the stainless steel blades that are
located right under this are very close and sometimes pushing can create a
grinding sound. This is not a problem, and we suggest you keep using your
juicer, and if it gets louder, then stop the machine, clean it out and re-start it.
If it still sounds poorly, contact customer service immediately.
Why does the PGP slow down or stall while juicing? It's because you are
pushing too hard and/or have too much produce in the chute. Just clean
and re-start. Your juicer will start right up again.
Do any parts come off of the bowl? No. The bowl is secure the way it is and
should not be tampered with in any way. The silver ring is part of the bowl
and is not designed to be removed from the bowl.
Can I juice veggies or fruits right after doing nut milks? No. Your juicer must
be cleaned out in order to juice any kind of juices, in order to make
successful juices. And this also applies to juicing first, and then switching to
nut milks. The screen must be clean in order to juice effectively, even if you
are going to be juicing nut or seed milks.
How and how often should I wash the PGP? The PGP should be washed every
time you use it with warm water. If the juice basket/blade get tinted with
green/orange color, just let them soak overnight in hot soapy water.
Is the PGP dishwasher safe? Yes! It is, except we suggest you put the
pusher on the top rack at all times so that it does not get bogged down with
water, as it can fill up with water and is quite hard to get it out.
HOW TO USE THE 45-DEGREE CHUTE FOR JUICING
When juicing almonds, walnuts and other nuts/seeds (soaked for at least 6-12
hours), use the 45 degree chute. Place the plunger all the way down the chute.
Now, lift the plunger at least half way up the chute; far enough so that it clears
the "fin" in the chute. Twist the plunger 45 degrees so it rests on the "fin" or
ledge in the chute.This allows you to accomplish two things. It stops the
nuts/seeds from bouncing back up the chute and it allows you to add the
nuts/seeds and water together. Place nuts/seeds in the 45 degree chute. Press
the plunger down over the nuts/seeds using slow, mild-to-medium pulsing
pressure. Slowly add water to flush the nut/seed paste through. We recommend
you use one cup of nuts/seeds to one cup of water, however, you can dilute to
your liking. The less water, the richer the milk. It is important to slowly and
repetitively add small amounts of water. This allows the PGP to juice and grind
the nuts/seeds efficiently without clogging up the juice basket. Remember, slow
pulsing pressure is the key. Another exciting tip...... you can add fruit (ie pears,
blueberries, blackberries) to your nut/seed milks. The taste is spectacular!

Here are the nuts you can juice effectively with our PGP:
1a. Almonds, Walnuts, Filberts, Pecans, Cashews, Brazil Nuts, Peanuts,
Pistachios, Macadamia and Pine Nuts. Only use raw and organic. NEVER juice
salted, roasted or nuts that are in shells. This will ruin your new Power Grind Pro.
2a. Can I add Fruit or Vegetables to the PGP Nut Milk? You can always add fruit
or vegetables to your PGP nut milks (ie apples, pears, strawberries, carrots). Be
careful with pineapple as it has a strong taste and may overpower the lovely
taste of the nut milk. Our favorites are apples, pears, dark grapes and all
berries.
3a. What can I do with the nut pulp? The pulp comes out beautifully. You can
use the pulp combined with mashed dates to make a great dessert or use the
pulp in muffins, cakes. See our website for more ideas and suggestions on how
to use the pulp.
4a. Will my nut milks/seed milks last in the refrigerator? Yes! Freshly made nut
and/or seed milks can be stored in the refrigerator up to two days.

GET INTO THE JUICING HABIT!
To ensure the best use of your investment in your new
juice machine, form a daily habit of using it. Here is
how:
-Set a time when you will juice each day.
-Be sure to stock up on the produce you want to
juice.
-Prepare the produce to clean and ready to juice
beforehand.
-If you have a routine of unwanted habits that you
would like to eliminate, use this one to replace
them.
-Carry this out religiously for at least three weeks to
set the habit in formation.
-Don’t allow your juicer/health investment to take its
place in the appliance graveyard, or put your juicer
in your cupboard so you won’t see it daily. A juicer
must be used daily to see and feel the wonderful
benefits.
HOW TO & HOW MUCH TO DRINK
Drink juices slowly and do not gulp hem down in large
quantities. If you drink juice slowly, the saliva will mix with it,
providing the same natural digestive enzymes we get when
we are chewing our food. If the juice is taken too quickly and
in large quantities it can be noxious, especially if you are
drinking green juices. This is particularly true if you are just
starting out on juicing greens.
Fruit juices are easier to digest and can be taken in larger
quantities, however please be careful and ask your doctor if
you can be juicing larger quantities of fruit juices, due to
challenges with blood sugar you may have, as diabetics must
discuss this first with their doctor before taking on fruit
juicing.
Stronger juices such as cabbage and beet should be taken in
smaller quantities in the beginning, mixed with carrots and/or
other milder vegetables or diluted with purified water.
It is recommended that liquids be taken between meals
whenever possible to aid good digestion, however if you are
juicing vegetables, it’s ok to drink and eat your meal at the
same time, just slowly sip your juices, as fresh vegetable
juices are rich in natural enzymes which help in better
digestion.

Soak and rinse all non-organic produce in a natural cleaning
solution to cleanse them of pesticides:
4 tbsp. salt + ½ of a fresh lemon (by hand)
Soak your fruits and veggies for 3-5 minutes.
Scrub, if necessary with a natural bristle brush.
Lemon and lime skins are juice-able, but if they are not organic,
peel the skin and leave as much of the white pith as possible.
Peel oranges and grapefruits. Never juice these fruits with their
peels on them. The peels of oranges and grapefruits have an
acid in them that are very bitter and extremely hard to digest, but
limes and lemons are less troublesome. Remember to leave as
much of the pith of the citrus fruits on as possible, so gently peel
the skin off with a knife and you are ready to juice!
Cut produce in pieces that will naturally fit into the large opening
located on the top of the juicer cover.
Soak all nuts for 6-12 hours in purified water overnight, then
drain and rinse and keep in the refrigerator until you are ready to
juice. Seeds can be soaked for 6 hours beforehand. Also, when
soaked, rinse and keep in fridge until ready you juice them. We
use glass jars with lids for our nuts and seeds and grains such as
soy beans.
TIME TO JUICE!
Feed produce slowly into the juicer chute and press slowly
with mild pulsing pressure. Doing it this way ensures the
maximum amount of greens are juiced efficiently and flushed
through.
Never push any fruit or vegetable into the feed hole with your
fingers while the juicer is in operation. Do not use utensils
other than the pusher provided with the juicer to push food
through during juicing.
Put carrots with the larger end in first.
When you are juicing carrots and greens, here’s a great tip:
Bunch greens up in clumps and put them half way down into
the tube, then follow with 2-3 carrots, and continue to do this
process until your juicing is done. Doing it this way ensures
the greens will not slip out the back, somewhat unused.
Soft fruits such as bananas, apricots, plums, mangos and
papaya are not suitable for juicing because they can become
too fibrous, and are better suited for blending. It may also
damage the juicer.
All greens are usable in the PGP. Even wheatgrass can be
used. When juicing wheatgrass, bunch wheatgrass up in a
clump and place half way down into the chute, then follow
with several carrots. Continue to follow this process until your
juicing is done.
Pears are a soft fruit too but are acceptable for juicing in the
PGP. Just make sure they are firm, and if they are somewhat
soft, just alternate pears and apples.
NEVER PUSH ANY FRUIT OR VEGETABLE INTO THE FEED HOLE WITH
YOUR FINGERS WHILE THE JUICER IS IN OPERATION. DO NOT USE
UTENSILS OTHER THAN THE PUSHER PROVIDED WITH THE JUICER TO
PUSH FOOD THROUGH DURING JUICING.
PUT CARROTS WITH THE LARGER END IN FIRST.

ORANGES: The best juicing oranges are Valencia. Navel oranges are
good when Valencia’s are not available.
GRAPEFRUIT: Pink and red make a sweeter juice. The white or yellow
grapefruit is somewhat tart but rich in bioflavonoids. Select thin-
skinned grapefruits that are heavy for their size, as they will be most
ripe and juiciest.
PINEAPPLES: They should be ripe yellow, with very little green, if any.
It is overripe if it has soft spots that bubble with a fermented smell
when pressed with your fingers. Leaves should be fresh. If one of the
small center leaves snaps easy when tugged on with your fingers, it
is ripe. If it is still green towards the top of the pineapple, store
upside down at room temperature until it turns yellow.
Here’s a great tip regarding pineapple cones: If you do not want to
take that bristly and dirty pineapple cone home with you just hold
onto the pineapple with your left hand firmly, then take the cone in
your right hand and twist firmly to the right, as if you are unscrewing
a lid off of a jar... and there you have it, it comes off and you are free
of the cone!
CANTALOUPES: They should be firm on the outside but soft on the
ends where the little round dip appears, and it should smell sweet as
well, as it indicates ripeness. Peaches and pears and other soft fruits
should be juiced between ripe and soft. It is tricky to get it ripe
enough but not too soft, however, Linda and I usually combine apples
with these softer fruits so as to create more evenness in our juice
drink.
TRY TO BUY ORGANIC
The soil, sun and water are the three elements needed to nurture a
plant. Of these three elements, the soil is the only one we can control.
The health of a plant depends on the health of its food, which is the
soil. If the plants we eat are fed artificially with chemicals and sprayed
with toxic pesticides, we are also eating and absorbing the chemicals
which are harmful to our bodies.
Most importantly, the juice of any fruit or vegetable, whether organic
or not, is better than no juice at all. Ask for organic whenever you can,
even when it is not available. Demand creates supply!

JUICE YOUR VITAMINS!
VITAMIN A
Food Source

Benefits
Good for the eyes, skin, lungs, bones, gall-bladder
and kidneys and resists infection. Helps cell
reproduction. Stimulates immunity and is needed for
formation of some hormones. Helps vision and
promotes bone growth, tooth development, and
helps maintain healthy skin, hair, and mucous
membranes. It has been shown to be an effective
preventive against measles. Deficiency can cause
night blindness, dry skin, poor bone growth, and
weak tooth enamel. Alpha-carotene, beta-carotene
(carrots) and retinol are all natural versions of
Vitamin A.
VITAMIN B-1
Food Source
Garlic, turnip greens collard leaves, watermelon,
peas, dandelion greens, asparagus, kale and parsley
Benefits
Builds vital energy and good digestion, heart health
and good liver function, restores nervous tension,
constipation, edema, and depression, fatigue.
Vitamin B1/thiamine is important in the production
of energy.
It helps the body cells convert carbohydrates into
energy. It is also essential for the functioning of the
heart, muscles, and nervous system. Not getting
enough thiamine can leave one fatigued and weak.
VITAMIN K
Food Source

Vitamin K is fat soluble and plays a critical role in
blood clotting. It regulates blood calcium levels and
activates at least 3 proteins involved in bone health.
VITAMIN B-2

Builds immune function, anti aging,
improves skin and eye function, liver

VITAMIN B-9
Food Source
Asparagus, peas, spinach, broccoli, corn, kale and
summer/winter squash, potatoes, carrots, onion,
green peppers
Benefits
Folate and folic acid are both forms of B9. Folate
occurs naturally in fresh foods, whereas folic acid is
the synthetic form found in supplements. Your body
needs folate to produce red blood cells, as well
as components of the nervous system. It helps in the
formation and creation of DNA and maintaining
normal brain function, and is a critical part of spinal
fluid. It has also been effective by up to fifty to
seventy percent in stopping neural tube defective
troubles in pregnancies. Folic acid is very important
for pregnant women for the proper development
of the embryo. That is why it is important for a
woman to have enough folate/folic acid in her body
both before and during pregnancy.
VITAMIN B-12

Benefits
Like the other B vitamins, vitamin B12 is important
for metabolism. It helps in the formation of red blood
cells and in the maintenance of the central nervous
system. Vitamin B12 is the one vitamin that is
available only from animal flesh foods and dairy
sources.
VITAMIN E

Uses
Prevents troubles with red blood cells, Like vitamin
C, vitamin E plays a significant role as an
antioxidant, thereby protecting body tissue from the
damage of oxidation. It is important in the formation
of red blood cells and the use of vitamin K.

Benefits
Vitamin C is one of the most important of
all vitamins. It plays a significant role as
an antioxidant, thereby protecting body
tissue from the damage of oxidation.
Antioxidants act to protect your cells
against the effects of free radicals, which
are potentially damaging by-products of
the body’s metabolism. Free radicals can
cause cell damage that may contribute to
the development of cardiovascular
disease and cancer. Vitamin C has also
been found by scientists to be an effective
antiviral agent. Good for gums, teeth and
infections.
VITAMIN D
Food Source

Benefits
Vitamin D is known as the “sunshine
vitamin” since it is manufactured by the
body after being exposed to sunshine. Ten
to fifteen minutes of good sunshine three
times weekly is adequate to produce the
body’s requirement of vitamin D. This
means that we do not need to obtain
Vitamin D from our diet unless we get very
little sunlight –usually not a problem for
children. Vitamin D is vital to the human
body as it promotes absorption of calcium
and magnesium, which are essential for
the normal development of healthy teeth
and bones. It also helps maintain
adequate levels of calcium and
phosphorus in the blood.

What is the function of this large pusher (plunger)? This special pusher has
many functions! If you look carefully on the front of the pusher you can see a
long slit. This slit is designed to catch into the inside of the cover (chute/tunnel)
where there is a long black guide which it slides over. This was designed
specifically to keep your fruits/veggies and/or nuts and seeds in place for
maximum extraction. Now, when you are juicing nuts and/or seeds and/or
berries, we suggest you take your pusher and twist it 45 degrees to the right
until it 'catches'. Let it stay there while you are sliding your food through the
small angled chute. Once you are ready, you can re-twist the pusher into position
so that you can 'slowly' push the foods through. Remember, up and down,
slowly!
When juicing Greens, you will yield more juice when you alternate between soft
and hard. For example, start with spinach, then use apple or celery, then use
parsley, then use lime, (cut into 4 pieces) and then use cucumber, then
something soft...etc.,. This makes for the best juice, with the best extraction.
Can the PGP juice ALL kinds of nuts? Yes! It can juice all nuts, including
Cashews, but there are two very important things you must do in order to juice
the nuts. First, they must be soaked 6-12 hours in purified water before you
juice them. Secondly, you should never ever juice salted nuts or nuts that have
shells on them.
What other kinds of foods can the PGP juice? Our beautiful Power Grind Pro can
juice foods such as: Soybeans, White Beans, Rice, Corn, Peas, Squash and
Seeds such as Sesame and Flax. All of these must be soaked 12 hours
beforehand in purified water, then drained and rinsed, and then they are ready
to produce nutrient-rich, delicious PGP nut/seed/vegetable milks and broths.
What is the other chute for on the Power Grind Pro? Amongst other reasons, the
smaller angled chute was designed for smaller chopped up fruits and/or
veggies, berries, grapes, nuts and grains. This lessens the chance for these
smaller, fragile pieces to hit the ceiling when you are juicing! This smaller,
angled chute is also very helpful in producing our delicious nutrient-rich PGP
nut/seed milks.
Does the plastic in this juicer have any of the harmful BPA's? NO! Our juicer
is free from any harmful plastic and is made of the best quality plastics that
can be used.
Why does the bowl turn green sometimes? The bowl sometimes casts a shiny
green colour due to the carotene stain on the black, somehow turns it green,
but it will easily come off when you soak your 'upper' parts of your juicer in the
following way:
fill your sink up with hot water, then add 1 cup of automatic
dishwashing liquid or powder.
add your upper parts: bowl, blade, straining basket, cover and do
not submerge the PUSHER....that should not be soaked or put into
the dishwaser, as it can fill up with water.
soak these upper parts overnight and in the morning, with a soft
brush or washcloth you can remove all carotene stains easily.
Can we juice things like avocados, bananas and such with the PGP? No,
bananas, avocados, mangos and the like are not recommended. The juice in
bananas and avocadoes are literally impossible to extract. They are better
blended.
Can the Power Grind Pro (PGP) juice berries effectively? Yes! Cranberries,
boysenberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, loganberries,
gooseberries can be juiced quite well. Just make sure to use the 45 degree
angled chute (see #1a) for more yield and success. We suggest you flush the
berries through with an apple (or soft juicy fruit) and/or water.

How do we clean the Straining Basket? The best way to clean your straining
basket is to use a vegetable brush, or even the rough side of a sponge works
well, but just make sure that you are using a clean sponge. It's quite easy, and
only takes a few brushings and then you are ready to juice.
How do we 'clean' the spout of the juicer? Take a toothbrush you no longer use
anymore and sterilize it or put it through the dishwasher. You can use this
toothbrush to clean out the spout of the juicer and also the inside of the bowl
where the hole is located where the juice flows out of.
Should we use a plastic bag to line the inside of the Juicer Bucket with? Yes if
you like to do it this way, it helps when you are ready to throw out your pulp, or
use your pulp in other recipes, this way you do not need to use your hands to
toss out the pulp. We recommend the produce bags from your local grocery
food store. We personally do not use them because we use the pulp in our
compost garden outside of our home.
Preparation of Produce: The best way to maximize the yield when you are
juicing is to cut your apples, produce up in smaller pieces. This only takes
'seconds' and you will notice a huge difference in ease of juicing and also the
yield of juice is more.
Can the PGP juice stone fruits and other exotic fruits? Yes! However, you must
always remember to take the 'seed' out of the stone fruits before you juice them.
Our PGP is not designed to juice large seeds from fruits such as apricots,
peaches, nectarines, etc.,. There are a few exceptions to this, whereby you can
juice cherries with their seeds. Just go slow and when you are slowly pushing
downwards, you can use either water or fruit like apples to flush through the rest
of the cherries that may be waiting to be flushed through as they sit in the bowl
of the juicer. Also, hard coconut can be juiced (not the hard brown shell) but the
hard meat of the coconut. We suggest either adding water as you are juicing or
add fruits such as pears, apples or hard fruits to flush out the coconut juice.
What about hard squash and potatoes? Yes, potatoes can be juiced without any
problem. However, hard squash like pumpkin and kabucha should be cut in 1
inch squares to juice effectively. Push through with slow pulsing pressure.
Can the PGP juice citrus fruits effectively (i.e. oranges, grapefruit, lemons,
limes)? Yes! you can juice oranges, tangerines and grapefruits beautifully,
however, you must never use the skin of these citrus fruits to juice with, as
they have a powerful acid that can burn your stomach as you ingest them. The
ONLY citrus we recommend juicing with the skins are: Limes and Lemons
(organic only). Their acids are compatible with the human body.
Can roots be juiced successfully? Yes, but only the following: Ginger, Tumeric,
Garlic (bulb), parsnips, fennel, jerusalem artichoke or sunchoke, rhubarb okra
and turnip. Even radicchio can be juiced along with all cabbages. Just
remember to combine these roots with other vegetables such as carrots/beets
or celery.
Can sprouts be juiced? Yes! We recommend you use the large chute for
sprouts such as Alfalfa, Adzuki, Mung, Lentil. All variations of sprouts can be
juiced, however we recommend you use other foods to flush through as they
are quite fragile and can get lost in the juice bowl. Combine foods such as:
Zucchini, Cucumber or Celery with sprouts, they make for a great combination!
Can fresh herbs be juiced? Yes! All fresh herbs can be juiced quite effectively,
but again, they should be flushed through with harder fruits and/or vegetables
to get the best yield and taste. Start first with a small handful of the herb, then
add a few carrots or a few pieces of apples, and then add more greens. This is
the most effective way to yield the best kind of juices. Rosemary and dry herbs
are NOT recommended at all. They are dry and do not have juice to be
extracted.

Can we juice greens like Wheatgrass? Yes! You can juice greens quite well in
our juicer, and we are proud of the way our Power Grind Pro juices greens. They
come out very dark and also are extracted beautifully without any pulp or
coagulation. However, greens are fragile, and yield very little juice, so we need
to flush them through the juicer with foods such as: carrots, celery, apples,
cucumber, zucchini (yellow or green), lemons or limes. Greens such as: Kale,
Beets, Spinach, Parsley, Chard, Wheatgrass, Romaine and all lettuces,
Watercress, Rapini or Broccoli juice quite well! Just remember to ALTERNATE
while juicing your greens. Start off with a small handful of greens, then slowly
flush through with apples or carrots, or something else that is hard like celery or
cucumber. Then repeat again with the greens, and continue to alternate until
you are ready to drink your juice.
Can all berries be juiced? Yes! We recommend you use the 45 degree angled
chute for berries, as they juice easier this way, and will not pop up on your
ceiling!

Watermelon Juice
Cut into strips, with the skin and juice.
Triple A Juice
6 carrots to 1 apple, 2 stalks of celery to handful each of parsley and
spinach, and ½ beet
Digestive
¼ lemon with as much of the white left on it as possible when you peel
the skin, ½ grapefruit peeled the same way with 2 oranges peeled the
same way.
Lovely Morning Tonic
1 apple with 1 grapefruit peeled leaving as much of the white pith as
possible
Jay’s Secret Tonic
Handful of parsley, 5 carrots, 2 celery stalks and 2 cloves of garlic (small)
Alkaline Beauty
¼ head cabbage (green) to 3 stalks celery
Beauty Body Cleanser
4 carrots, ½ cucumber (non waxed),1 beet with handful of its greens
Grape Cocktail
2 apples, 1 large bunch of black grapes,1 inch slice lemon without
peel, but leave as much of the white as possible.
Mango Tango Cooler
1 large ripe mango, (take large seed out!) blended in the blender, add ice
and add ½ juiced lemon with 2 apples into the blender. Blend and enjoy.
Tropical Delight
1 passion fruit (no skin) and dig out the insides, with 2 slices of pineapple, ½
large papaya, 2 nectarines and put into blender until smooth. Add ice.
Cooling Nights
Peel and juice three fresh oranges and ½ lime without the peel. Add ice.
Pineapple Punch
Juice: 1 cup dark grapes, ½ cup fresh pineapple, and ½ lemon. Put into
blender and add 1 banana and ½ cup ice and blend away until
smooth.
Papaya Dream
Blend: 2 large papayas (no seeds and skin) and add 1 large mango
(peeled and pitted) to two fresh figs or 3 fresh dates and the juice
and meat of a young baby coconut. Blend and enjoy. (If you do
not have or cannot find a young baby coconut, then you can use
the regular coconut, and add its natural mineral water inside the
coconut, peel away ½ cup of the coconut meat and never use the
outside shell of either the young baby coconut or regular coconut
into your blender or juicer.
