Flat Head Assembly Screw
S91 (Qty 4) = M6 x 30mm Long
S88 (Qty 8) = M6 x 35mm Long
S77 (Qty 4) = M6 x 70mm Long
Wing Knob (Black)
K15 (Qty 4) = M6 x 40mm Long
K16 (Qty 2) = M6 x 25mm Long
Wing Nut (Black)
K11 (Qty 4) = M6
Barrel Nut
D24 (Qty 18) = M6 x 16mm Long

Attach the Footplate and Right Monkey Side
using:
2 Flat Head Assembly Screws (S77)
2 Barrel Nuts (D24)
Tighten securely using the Allen key provided

S77 = M6 x 70mm

Attach the Left Monkey Side using:
2 Flat Head Assembly Screws (S77)
2 Barrel Nuts (D24)
Tighten securely using the Allen key provided

S77 = M6 x 70mm

Repeat Step 8 for the second Castor Rail

Attach the Lower Chest Assembly using:
2 Star Knobs (K26)
2 Spacers (N34)
2 Steel Washers (W33)
2 Barrel Nuts (D24)
Align the Barrel Nut using a screwdriver
and tighten Star Knobs

LOCK CASTORS

11 Attach Chest Pad and Side Pad Assemblies to Tray,
locate protruding screws of Side Pads into holes in
Chest Pad and Tray, ensure the Chest Pad is the
correct way up.
Fix in place using:
4 Wing Nuts (K11)
4 Steel Washers (W33)
Tighten All Wing Nuts
Chest and Side Pad
Assembly Side View

Insert 4 Barrel Nuts (D24) into holes indicated.

Align Barrel Nuts Using a screwdriver and attach
the Tray Assembly using 4 Flat Head Assembly
Screws (S91)
DO NOT TIGHTEN FULLY UNTIL INSTRUCTED
