Safety instructions
This device has been built according to the latest technical standards and generally accepted
safety regulations. Nevertheless, it can constitute a hazard to the device itself or other equip-
ment during use.
1. Only use the device if in perfect working order and for its intended purpose. You must
always pay attention to the instruction manual and safety instructions therein and be
aware of the risks! Repair any faults which could aect the device’s safety immediately
by yourself or have these repaired.
Correct use also includes compliance with the instruction manual and an observation of
the care and maintenance conditions.
2. Keep the instruction manual handy at the device’s place of use.
3. Keep the device away from children and unauthorised users.
4. Indoor use only.
Keep this device away from rain, moisture, splashing, and dripping liquids.
5. Never leave the magnifying lens unattended where direct sunlight may pass through it:
this creates a fire hazard.
6. Protect this device from shocks and abuse. Avoid brute force when operating the
device.
7. Familiarise yourself with the functions of the device before actually using it.
8. All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons. Do not replace a dama-
ged power cord yourself but refer to an authorized dealer.
9. Only use the device for its intended purpose. Using the device in an unauthorised way
will void the warranty.
10. Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not covered ba
the warranty and the dealer will not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or
problems.
11. There are no user-serviceable parts.
