Q: Why can’t I charge the power station?
Q: Why can't the power station work?
1. Kindly check if the power indicator lights up.
2. Kindly check if the charging cable is plugged into the power station
tightly.
3. Exchange another changer or cable, and then try to charge the
power station again.
4. If you use a solar panel to charge the power station, please check
whether the voltage of the solar panel is between 15-18V or
not.
5. If the USB 5/9V fast charge could not work normally, please check
whether the charger and cable supports QC 3.0 protocol.


2. Please refer to the battery indicator to make sure there is enough
power left.
3. Please check if the total rated power of the device is under 100W.
4. Kindly check if the connection is reliable.
5. Kindly use a soft brush to clean the dirt and dust on the surface
and then try again.
6. Exchange another cable, and then try again.

It needs around 6 hours to charge with solar panel（60W） or wall
outlet, and around 7 hours to charge with the car.

How long does it take to fully charge the portable power
station through a wall outlet?

When you only use DC Output or USB to charge your devices, the
power station can be charged. But it can not be charged when the AC
Output is working.
Can I use it to charge my devices while the portable power
station is being charging?

The Joyzis Portable Power Station can be recharged by a solar panel
with a voltage of 15-18V volts through the 3.5mm*1.35mm cable.
Please note that too high or too low voltage may make it not work.
So please match the Joyzis with a suitable solar panel.

Joyzis can keep its power for a long time during storage. For
long-term storage, you can charge it once every 3-6 months.

How long can it maintain its power during storage?

No, you can't replace the built-in battery. Doing so is considered to
be caused by external factors and will invalidate your warranty.
Can the built-in battery of Joyzis be replaced?

Joyzis is designed for various uses. If you need to clean the surface,
please use a dry, non-abrasive cloth. Besides, you can clean it with a
cleaning agent specially designed for the mobile phone or computer
screen. Attention: Do not immerse it in the cleaning agent, water or
any other liquids.
How do I maintain and clean Joyzis ?

According to TSA regulations, lithium-ion batteries exceeding 100
watt-hours may or may not be allowed in your carry-on luggage,
depending on the airline's approval. Please contact your airline or

Can I bring the Joyzis on an airplane with me as a carry-on?

As a general rule of thumb, working time=150WhX0.85/operating
wattage of your device. For example, if your device is 60W, the working
time will be about 150WhX0.85/60w=2.1hrs. Please note: the actual
working time may vary from different usages and conditions.

How long does it take to charge my device with Joyzis?

Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices
with a total power of less than 100 watts.
What kind of devices can be charged with Joyzis BS100?

Joyzis can be used anywhere as long as it has power, preferably
when it contains 100% power. It is very portable, making it suitable
for picnics, tailgating and camping. For indoor use, it can be used for
powering lights, fans and other electrical appliances and charging
your devices when the power is off.
Can JOYZIS be used indoors?

We advise you not to do this. Equipment with heating elements
consumes power very quickly.
Can I use it to power my heater or microwave oven?

As long as you turn the button on, there will still be a certain amount
of power consumption even with nothing plugged in. At the same
time, the heat generated by the power station may keep the fan
working that make noise. So remember to turn off all the buttons if
you are not using it. Moreover, as a AC power station, before
charging your devices with the AC output, please switch the “AC
110V” button on.
Will I need to turn the AC button off if I am not using it?

Sure. But please note that the working hours depends on the power
of your CPAP device. And there is a certain loss in energy conversion.
For example, if your CPAP device has a power of 70W, then its working
hours approximately equal to 150Wh multiplied 0.85 divided 70W,
which equals to 1.8 hours.
Can I use CPAP devices with the Joyzis Portable Power
Station？

operating the power station by charging and discharging it at the
same time

estimate the remaining power and available time based on the lights
