1. Check the filters
Ensure that they are clean and properly positioned.
(See "Maintenance and cleaning" - Instructions
for use - Part 1)
2. Press the On/Off push button
The display will show number 1 (programme "Rinse
and Hold") and the indicator light of the programme
selection push button will flash.
3. Check that there is rinse aid and salt
(See Instructions for use - Part 1)
4. Load the dishes
Remove any scraps of food.
Pull the lower basket out and arrange the saucepans,
plates and cutlery in it.
Pull the upper basket out and arrange the plates,
saucers, glasses and cups etc.in it.
Slide the baskets back into the machine.
5. Ensure that the spray arms can rotate
freely
6. Measure out detergent
Add the detergent into the dispenser according to the
dosage quantity given in the "Washing programmes"
chart.
Close the detergent dispenser lid.
7a.Setting and starting the programme
without "delay start"
Press the programme selection push button until the
required programme number appaears in the digital
display.
Select if necessary the "Eco dry" option.
Close the door, an audible signal informs you that
the programme has started and the indicator light of
the programme selection push button turns fixed.
7b.Setting and starting the programme with
"delay start"
Once the programme and options have been
selected (see point 7a), to use "delay start" proceed
as follows:
Press the "delay start" push button, the indicator light
of the programme selection push button and if
selected of "eco dry" will turn off.The "delay start"
indicator light starts flashing and in the digital display
will appear "0". Press the button again until you will
see in the display the number of hours by which you
wish to delay the start of the programme (up to a
maximum of 9 hours).
To cancel the setting press the push button until in
the digital display appears "0".
Close the door, the start of the countdown will be
confirmed by an audible signal.The digital display will
shown the number of hours setted and a flashing dot
indicates that the countdown is going on.All indicator
lights are off.
The digital display shows the delay time required
before the start of the programme.
The opening of the door will not stop the countdown.
Once the delayed time has elapsed the programme
will start automatically.The indicator light of "delay
start" and the flashing dot in the display will turn off.
In the digital display appears the number of the
current programme and the indicator light of the
programme selection push button will illuminate.
If foreseen other options, the corresponding indicator
lights will illuminate.
8. At the end of the washing programme
At the end of the programme the dishwasher will
automatically stop and an audible signal will advise
you of this. (With "Delay start" the audible signal is
automatically excluded).
All indicator lights turn off and in the digital display
appears the "end of cycle" symbol, a flashing
horizontal line.
Open the door and switch off the dishwasher by
pressing the On/Off push button.
Wait a few minutes before removing the dishes;in
this way they will be cooler and the drying will be
improved.
Empty the lower basket first and then the upper one;
this will avoid water dripping from the upper basket
onto the dishes in the lower one.
9. To cancel a programme
●If the "cancel" push button is pressed during the
setting of a programme (washing programme and/or
delay start not in progress) all settings are annuled.
●To cancel a programme in progress, open the door
and press the "cancel" push button.The setting will be
annuled and it is now possible to select a new
programme.
●If pressed during the countdown of "delay start" the
countdown will be annuled and also the delay start of
the programme, but all other settings will remain
memorised.
When the washing programme has finished, it
is recommended that the dishwasher is
unplugged and the water tap turned off.
In general it is not advisable to open the door
while the machine is working; if the door is
opened however, a safety device ensures that
the machine stops.
Important!
Care must be taken if the door is opened during
the hot phase or immediately after a
programme has finished, as steam may escape.
