Cannot charge device • Make sure the USB-C or USB-A cable is plugged into the output port.
• Try another USB-C or USB-A charging cable.
Wireless charging not
working
• Check that your smart phone supports wireless charging.
• If you have a smart phone case, you must remove when charging.
• Ensure your smart phone is facing up and aligned to the centre of the wireless charging
pad, and remove any metal or other objects between the smart phone and the wireless
charging pad.
No LED light when
charging device
• Connect the power bank to your power source to ensure the power bank has sufficient
battery.

Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the device and the other end to a power source. The battery
LED indicators will flash white whilst charging. Please fully charge the powerbank before use. Once fully charged, the
battery LED indicators will light up white.
Connect a USB cable (not included) to the USB port and the other end to your device. The powerbank will start
charging the connected device.
When fast charging or discharging the indicator will light up Blue (The fourth light).
Wireless Charging: Place your smart phone facing up on the wireless charging pad and presss the Battery
indicator button. One of the battery LED indicators will light up red (the end light) once the phone is correctly
aligned and will start to charge.
Note: your smart phone must support wireless charging.
If your smart phone does not charge, this indicates that the smart phone does not support wireless charging
and/or other objects are obstructing the wireless charging pad.

replacement, or refer servicing to qualified personnel only.
Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the product.
The power bank will generate heat when charging. Always charge in a well-ventilated area. Do not charge under pillows, blankets or
on flammable surfaces.
Keep the power bank away from heat sources, direct sunlight, combustible gas, humidity, water or other liquids.
Do not disassemble, open, microwave, incinerate, paint or insert foreign objects into the power bank.
Do not subject the power bank to mechanical shock such as crushing, bending, puncturing or shredding. Avoid dropping or placing
heavy object on the power bank.
Do not short-circuit the power bank or store it in a receptacle where it ma be short-circuited by other metallic or conductive objects.
Do not put any object on top of the product.
Do not place or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a bath or sink.
Do not expose the product to microwaves.
Keep the product away from oils, chemicals or any other organic liquids.
