Thank you for purchasing this Kampa awning. Please read these instructions
carefully before attempting to set up and retain for future reference. If
used properly, your awning should give you years of trouble free use. We
recommend that your awning is insured against accidental and storm damage
as this is not covered by the warranty.
The Travel Pod AIR awnings are a universal fit designed to fit camper vans
and motorhomes. The fit is universal and is not tailored to any one vehicle.
Therefore, you should be aware that this awning will fit some vehicles better
than others and Kampa do not guarantee a perfect fit.
Under certain conditions all awnings will suffer from internal condensation.
Depending upon the atmospheric conditions, the weather and the amount
of moisture in the ground, the condensation could be quite severe and is
commonly mistaken for leaking, especially as it can run down the inside of
the roof and drips off ties tapes and other internal fittings. If you suspect your
awning is leaking it is almost certainly condensation.
The awning material has a waterproof PU coating over its entire surface and
the main seams of your awning have been factory taped to help prevent
leakage. Depending upon your expectations, it may be necessary to treat
the remaining seams with a seam sealant. Seams treated with seam sealant
cannot leak. Seam sealant should also be applied to areas where the taping is
damaged or has peeled away through wear and tear. It can also be applied to
areas where a leak may have developed. Seam sealant is available from your
dealer.
This awning is designed for use in light to moderate weather. During strong
winds or snowfall we recommend that you take your awning down. The
awning is designed for touring use; it is not designed for static or commercial
use.
We recommend a trial run before using your awning for the first time. This will
allow you to familiarise yourself with the awning, its set up and any limitations
the awning may have for your particular use.

The Travel Pod has a tunnel at the rear that can be attached to a vehicle, like
the side door of a camper van (VW style).
The tunnel has Keder beading sewn to its top edge. The beading can
be threaded into ‘figure-of-8’ extrusion (not supplied) and the figure-of-8
clipped to the gutter on the side of the vehicle. Kampa figure-of-8 extrusion
is available from your supplying dealer.
If your camper does not have a gutter it is possible to pull the tunnel to
the vehicle by attaching guy lines/ropes (not supplied) to the top corners
of the tunnel, throwing these over the vehicle and tying them to the wheels
or pegging them down. Take care that the guy lines/ropes do not damage
the vehicle.
If your vehicle has roof bars installed, the velcro straps, attached to the pole
sleeve, can be fixed around them.
This requires an optional pole and clamp set available from your dealer.
The pole is threaded through the sleeve in the top of the tunnel. This is then
dropped into the gutter on the side of the camper and secured using the
clamps provided.
The Keder beading can be slid into the channel found on the front of most
roll out awnings. It may be necessary to use a Drive-Away kit to convert the
size of the beading. Your dealer will be able to offer more advice.
Before using for the first time please check the contents of your awning.

Unroll and lay the tent out in the
required position (1). Peg each corner
of the awning.
Ensure tension is applied between
the pegs and that the awning keeps
it’s rectangular shape. You may need
to re-peg later.
Unzip the doors to allow air into the
awning.
Starting from the front of the awning,
unscrew the top cap of the inflation
valve and attach the pump nozzle (2).
Pump up each AirPole (3).
The pump has a pressure gauge and
each AirPole should be inflated to
between 7-8 psi (0.48-0.55 bar). As
each AirPole is inflated the awning will
lift.
It may be necessary to go inside
the awning and push the AirPoles
upwards so that they can assume
their correct shape (4).

Never open the zip on an

Once all the AirPoles have sprung
outwards assuming their correct
shape, detach the pump from the
awning and tighten the outer valve
cap on each inflation point. It is
important that each cap is refitted to
prevent the seepage of air.
Action/Motion only: Inflate the lateral
AirPole to between 7-8 psi (0.48-0.55
bar) and place between the AirPoles
inside the awning (5).
Close all doors and entrances and
check the positioning of the corner
pegs again. If necessary, re-peg to
ensure that the awning is taught.
Peg all the intermediate pegging
points ensuring that each side is
straight (6).
Action/Motion only: Thread the
canopy pole through the canopy pole
sleeve (7) and connect to the ‘cups’
located on the AirPole at each end of
the pole sleeve.
If you are using the groundsheet,
toggle it into the base of the awning
using the ‘O’ rings (8).

Your awning comes with guy lines pre-
attached. We recommend that these
are used at all times. Peg the guy lines
so that the awning is under tension
without distorting the shape (9).
The guy lines can be adjusted using
the runners and should generally
be pegged in line with the seam of
the awning that it starts from. Check
the guy lines from time to time to
ensure that they are still adequately
tensioned.
The awning comes complete with general purpose pegs. These will be
suitable for many sites but there will be some instances where different pegs
will be necessary. Your dealer will stock a range of Kampa pegs suitable for
different types of ground. For maximum effectiveness, pegs should be driven
into the ground at a 45˚ angle away from the pegging point.
The main seams of this awning have been factory taped to help prevent
leakage. Depending upon your expectations, it may be necessary to
treat the remaining seams with a seam sealant. Seam sealant should also
be applied to areas where the taping is damaged or has peeled away
through wear and tear. It can also be applied to areas where a leak may
have developed. Seam sealant is available through your dealer.

Awnings are best stored opened out. Air fully and ensure it is totally dry before
packing away. Store in a well-ventilated dry place. A wet/damp awning will
develop mildew surprisingly quickly. Dirty awnings can be washed using clean
water and a soft brush. Do not scrub and never use detergents.
The AirPoles do not need any maintenance but should be protected from
damage during storage. Damage due to improper use, wind damage or neglect
is not covered under the warranty. Have any damage repaired at the first
opportunity.
Awning fabrics can be weakened by prolonged exposure to sunlight. Under
normal holiday use your awning will give long service but use for extended
periods in strong sunlight will soon cause deterioration. In those cases it
would be wise to use a site as shaded as possible. UV degradation is not
covered under the warranty. The warranty does not cover awnings used on
permanent sites, displays or for commercial purposes.
1. Close all doors and openings.
2. Unpeg the guy lines and tie them neatly to avoid tangling.
3. Remove aluminium canopy pole (Action/Motion only)
4. Unpeg the intermediate pegging points but keep the four corner pegs in
place.
5. Open the valves on each pole. The awning will start to deflate. Wait until
most of the air has been expelled.
6. Unpeg the four corners.
7. Fold/roll the awning towards the deflation valves to expel more air and
then roll to fit in the carry bag.
Note: Ensure that the awning is totally dry before storing in a cool, dry and
dark space, if possible opened out.
DO NOT COOK IN THE AWNING OR USE NAKED FLAMES. READ AND
UNDERSTAND THE FIRE PRECAUTIONS LABEL SEWN INTO THE INSIDE
OF THE AWNING.

Zips should be treated with care, use two hands to close and open and never
tread on them. Never force a zip. We strongly recommend that you carry a
comprehensive spares kit including silicone waterproof spray, seam sealer and
tape for repairing the AirPoles.
Repairs to the awning should be made by a company recommended by Kampa
or your supplying retailer. Repairs and alterations made by an unauthorised
company may invalidate your warranty.
1. Undo the inflation/deflation valve from the pole and re-attach ensuring that
the valve is firmly connected.
2. Re-inflate the AirPole.
3. If tightening the hose fittings does not solve the problem then the AirPole
may be punctured.
1. Unzip the outer sleeve holding the AirPole.
2. Remove the AirPole.
3. Unzip the protection sleeve of the AirPole, whilst deflated, to expose the
inflatable bladder.
4. Locate the puncture. This is made easier if you inflate the bladder. For small
holes it may be necessary to submerge the bladder in water.
5. Once located, the bladder can be repaired using repair tape. We
recommend Kampa Awning Repair Tape - available from your retailer.
The repair can be enhanced by using a combination of the tape with Kampa
Repair Solution.
Follow the manufacturers instructions to repair.
Another alternative is to replace the tube. Spares are available from your
retailer or direct from Kampa.
Once a repair or replacement has been made, the AirPole can simply be
zipped back into the outer sleeve.

Problem Solutions
Difficulty in
pumping up
the awning
1. The inflation valve is not fully screwed into the
AirPole.
2. The AirPole is twisted at the valve. This may also
be indicated by a noise. DO NOT continue to
inflate until the AirPole has been untwisted (see
page 4).
If you suspect
an air leak
1. Check that the inflation valve is properly
screwed in and that the black ‘O’ ring seal is in
place.
2. Check that the top cap on the inflation valve is
done up tightly.
If you think your
awning has a
water leak
Most suspected leakage is actually
condensation (see condensation section of
this manual). This forms on the inside of the
awning fabric. Try to increase the ventilation by
opening doors and ventilation ports. Do not
cook in your awning. The fabric used to make
this awning has a massive 6000mm hydrostatic
head; it is extremely unlikely that the awning
would leak.

The main seams of this awning have been
factory taped to help prevent leakage.
Depending upon your expectations, it may be
necessary to treat the remaining seams with
a seam sealant. Seam sealant should also be

Optional AIR Annexe (Travel Pod Cross AIR only)
An inflatable annexe is available for the Travel Pod Cross AIR. The annexe can
be fitted to either side of the awning, or both.
To Set-up:
1. Remove the relevant side panel from the awning by unpegging and
unzipping the panel.
2. Zip-in the annexe making sure that it is not inside out.
3. Undo the top cap and attach the pump, that came with your awning, to
the inflation valve. The pump has a pressure gauge and the AirPole should
be inflated to 7-8 psi (0.48-0.55 bar).
4. Peg out the annexe starting with the two corners closest to the awning,
then the two far corners and then the intermediate pegging points.
5. Peg out the guy lines.
6. Ensure that the sides and roof of the annexe are taut and re-peg if
necessary.
7. Peg down the four corners of the inner tent groundsheet. Go inside and
hang the inner tent from the “O” rings on the inside of the annexe ensuring
that the door is facing to the front.

To Set-up:
1. Locate the zip at the top of the front
AirPole and zip the canopy on.
2. Once attached, thread the canopy
pole through the pole sleeve and
attach it to the ring and pins located
at the base of the strap. Ensure that
these are tensioned.
3. Peg the canopy corners taught.
4. Peg the guy lines so that the canopy
is under tension without distorting
the shape.

das Vorzelt Jahre lang ohne Komplikationen verwenden können. Wir empfehlen
eine Versicherung des Vorzelts gegen Unfall- und Sturmschäden, da diese von der
Versicherung nicht abgedeckt werden.
Die Vorzelte Travel Pod AIR sind so gestaltet, dass sie an Reise- und Wohnmobile
aller Größen passen. Die Passung ist universell und auf keine bestimmte Fahrzeugart
zugeschnitten. Daher ist zu beachten, dass dieses Vorzelt an manche Fahrzeuge besser
passt als an andere. Kampa garantiert keine perfekte Passung.
Unter bestimmten Umständen werden alle Zelte durch Innenkondensation
beeinträchtigt. Je nach Witterungsverhältnissen, Wetter und Bodenfeuchtigkeit ist die
Kondenation eventuell sehr stark und wird meistens mit fehlender Dichte verwechselt,
vor allem, da sie an der Innenseite des Dachs hinablaufen kann und von Schnüren,
Bändern und anderen Innenelementen abtropft. Wenn Sie den Verdacht haben, dass Ihr
Zelt undicht ist, handelt es sich höchstwahrscheinlich um Kondensation.
Das Zeltmaterial ist auf der gesamten Oberfläche mit einer wasserdichten PU-
Beschichtung versehen, und die Hauptnähte des Zelts wurden industriell geklebt,
um ein Eindringen von Flüssigkeit zu verhindern. Je nach Ihren Erwartungen ist es
eventuell notwendig, die übrigen Nähte mit einer Nahtversiegelung zu behandeln. Mit
Nahtversiegelung behandelte Nähte können nicht undicht werden. Die Nahtversiegelung
sollte auch auf Bereiche aufgetragen werden, an denen die Klebdichtung beschädigt
wurde oder sich durch Abnutzung gelöst hat. Sie kann auch auf Bereiche aufgebracht
werden, an denen sich eventuell undichte Stellen gebildet haben. Nahtdichtmasse
erhalten Sie von Ihrem Händler.
Das Vorzelt ist für die Verwendung bei milden bis gemäßigten Wetterverhältnissen
konstruiert. Bei starkem Wind oder Schnee empfehlen wir den Abbau des Zelts.
Das Vorzelt ist zur mobilen Verwendung und nicht für dauerhafte Aufenthalte oder
gewerbliche Zwecke gedacht.
Wir empfehlen einen Versuchslauf vor dem Erstgebrauch des Zelts. So können Sie
sich mit dem Zelt, seinem Aufbau und eventuellen Einschränkungen des Zelts für Ihre
individuelle Verwendung vertraut machen.

Das Travel Pod hat an der Rückseite einen Tunnel, der an einem Fahrzeug befestigt
werden kann, zum Beispiel an der Seitentür eines Reisemobils (VW-Typus).
In die obere Kante des Tunnels sind Kederleisten eingenäht. Die Leisten können in
Doppelhohlleisten (nicht mitgeliefert) geführt werden, und die Doppelhohlleiste kann
an die Rinne an der Fahrzeugseite geklemmt werden. Doppelhohlleisten von Kampa
sind bei Ihrem Kampa-Händler erhältlich.
Wenn Ihr Reisemobil über keine Rinne verfügt, ist es möglich, den Tunnel zum
Fahrzeug zu ziehen, indem Sie Abspannschnüre/Seile (nicht mitgeliefert) an den
oberen Kanten des Tunnels befestigen, diese über das Fahrzeug werfen und sie an
den Rädern festbinden oder sie verankern. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Fahrzeug
nicht durch die Abspannschnüre/Seile beschädigt wird.
Wenn Ihr Fahrzeug mit einer Dachreling ausgestattet ist, so lassen sich die
Flauschbänder an den Gestänge-/Schlauchhüllen daran befestigen.
Dafür ist ein optionales Gestänge-Schellen-Set erforderlich, das Sie bei Ihrem
Händler erhalten. Die Stange wird durch die Schlaufe an der Oberseite des Tunnels
geführt. Diese wird anschließend in die Rinne an der Wohnwagenseite gelegt und
anhand der bereitgestellten Schellen befestigt.
Die Kederleisten können in den Kanal eingeführt werden, der sich am vorderen Teil
der meisten Markisenvorzelte befindet. Eventuell ist ein Vorzeltadapter notwendig,
um die Größe der Leiste anzupassen. Ihr Händler kann Sie ausführlicher dazu
beraten.
Vor Erstgebrauch bitte Inhalt des Vorzelts überprüfen.
Falls Teile fehlen, setzen Sie sich bitte mit dem Händler Ihres Zelts in Verbindung.

Entrollen Sie das Zelt und legen es in der
erforderlichen Position aus (1). Verankern
Sie jede Ecke des Vorzelts.
Achten Sie auf ausreichende Spannung
zwischen den Heringen und darauf,
dass die rechteckige Form des Zelts
beibehalten wird. Eine spätere
Nachverankerung der Heringe kann
erforderlich sein.
Öffnen Sie die Reißverschlüsse des Zelts,
damit Luft hineingelangen kann.
Mit der Vorderseite des Zelts beginnend,
schrauben Sie die obere Kappe des
Aufblasventils auf und bringen Sie die
Pumpendüse an (2).
Pumpen Sie jeden AirPole (3) auf.
Die Pumpe ist mit einem Druckmesser
versehen, und jeder AirPole sollte auf
7-8PSI (0,48-0,55bar) aufgepumpt
werden. Wenn jeder AirPole aufgepumpt
wird, wird das Zelt angehoben.
Eventuell ist es nötig, die AirPoles vom
Zeltinneren nach oben zu schieben, damit
sie die richtige Form annehmen (4).

Sobald alle AirPoles aufrecht sind und die
richtige Form haben, lösen Sie die Pumpe
von dem Zelt und drehen Sie die äußere
Ventilkappe an jeder Aufblasstelle fest.
Es ist wichtig, dass jede Kappe wieder
festgedreht ist, um das Entweichen von
Luft zu verhindern
Nur bei Action/Motion: Pumpen Sie
den seitlichen AirPole auf 7-8PSI (0,48-
0,55bar) auf und bringen Sie ihn
zwischen die AirPoles in dem Zelt (5) an.
Schließen Sie alle Türen und Eingänge und
überprüfen Sie noch einmal die Position
der Eckheringe. Falls nötig, verankern Sie
die Heringe erneut, damit das Zelt richtig
gespannt ist.
Verankern Sie die Heringe an allen
Zwischenstellen, damit jede Seite gerade
ist (6).
Nur bei Action/Motion: Fädeln Sie die
Vordach-Stange durch die Hülse der
Vordach-Stange (7) und stecken Sie sie in
die „Schalen“ an dem AirPole an jedem
Ende der Stangenhülse.
Wenn Sie die Bodenplane verwenden, so
haken Sie sie mit den ‚O‘-Ringen in den
Zeltboden ein (8).

Die Abspannschnüre Ihres Zelts sind
bereits angebracht. Wir empfehlen, diese
jederzeit zu verwenden. Verankern Sie die
Abspannschnüre, damit das Zelt gespannt
ist, ohne dass es verformt wird (9).
Die Abspannschnüre lassen sich mit
den Spannern einstellen und sollten
im Allgemeinen in einer Linie mit der
Zeltnaht, an der sie angebracht sind,
verankert werden. Überprüfen Sie ab und
zu, ob die Abspannschnüre noch richtig
gespannt sind.
Das Zelt wird mit Heringen zur allgemeinen Verwendung geliefert. Diese sind für
viele Plätze geeignet, in manchen Fällen jedoch werden andere Heringe notwendig
sein. Ihr Händler hat verschiedene Kampa-Heringe auf Lager, die für verschiedene
Bodenarten geeignet sind. Für eine maximale Wirksamkeit sollten die Heringe mit
einem Winkel von 45°im Verhältnis zur Verankerungsstelle in den Boden gerammt
werden.
Die Hauptnähte dieses Zelts wurden industriell geklebt, um ein Eindringen von
Wasser zu verhindern. Je nach Ihren Erwartungen ist es eventuell notwendig, die
übrigen Nähte mit einer Nahtversiegelung zu behandeln. Die Nahtversiegelung sollte
auch auf Bereiche aufgetragen werden, an denen die Klebdichtung beschädigt
wurde oder sich durch Abnutzung gelöst hat. Sie kann auch auf Bereiche
aufgebracht werden, an denen sich eventuell undichte Stellen gebildet haben.

Die Lagerung von Zelten erfolgt idealerweise in geöffnetem Zustand. Lüften Sie es
vollständig und vergewissern Sie sich, dass es komplett trocken ist, bevor Sie es
einpacken. Lagern Sie es an einem gut belüfteten, trockenen Ort. Ein nasses/feuchtes
Zelt setzt erstaunlich schnell Schimmel an. Verschmutzte Zelte können mit sauberem
Wasser und einer weichen Bürste gewaschen werden. Schrubben Sie es nicht und
verwenden Sie auf keinen Fall Reinigungsmittel.
Die AirPoles bedürfen keiner Pflege, sollten bei der Lagerung jedoch vor Beschädigung
geschützt werden. Schäden aufgrund unsachgemäßer Verwendung, Wind oder
Nachlässigkeit sind nicht in der Garantie enthalten. Lassen Sie jeden Schaden so früh

Durch lange Sonnenlichteinstrahlung kann Zeltgewebe schwächer werden. Unter
normalen Urlaubsbedingungen wird Ihr Zelt lange halten, bei einer Verwendung
unter langer, starker Sonneneinstrahlung jedoch wird es schnell beeinträchtigt. In
diesen Fällen sollte ein möglichst schattiger Platz gewählt werden. UV-Schäden sind
nicht in der Garantie enthalten. Die Garantie gilt nicht für Zelte an permanenten
Orten, in Ausstellungen oder für gewerbliche Zwecke.
1. Schließen Sie alle Türen und Öffnungen.
2. Lösen Sie die Abspannschnüre und binden sie fest zusammen, damit sie sich nicht
verheddern.
3. Entfernen Sie die Vordach-Aluminiumstange (nur bei Action/Motion)
4. Lösen Sie die Heringe an den Zwischenstellen, aber nicht die Heringe an den vier
Zeltecken.
5. Öffnen Sie die Ventile an jedem Luftschlauch. Die Luft beginnt zu entweichen.
Warten Sie, bis der Großteil der Luft entwichen ist.
6. Lösen Sie die Heringe an den vier Ecken.
7. Falten/rollen Sie das Zelt zu den Entlüftungsventilen und rollen Sie es dann
zusammen, damit es in die Tragetasche passt.
Hinweis: Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Zelt vollständig trocken ist, bevor Sie es in einem
kühlen, trockenen und dunklen Raum lagern, wenn möglich in geöffnetem Zustand.
KOCHEN SIE NICHT IN DEM ZELT UND VERWENDEN SIE KEINE OFFENEN

Die Reißverschlüsse sollten vorsichtig behandelt werden. Nehmen Sie beide Hände,
um sie zu öffnen und zu schließen. Treten Sie in auf keinen Fall darauf. Zwingen Sie
einen Reißverschluss nie auf oder zu. Wir empfehlen nachdrücklich, eine umfassend
ausgestattete Ersatzteilbox einschließlich Silikonimprägnierspray, Nahtversiegelung und
Klebeband für eine eventuelle Reparatur der AirPoles mit sich zu führen.
Reparaturen des Zelts sollten durch eine Firma durchgeführt werden, die von Kampa
oder dem Händler Ihres Zelts empfohlen wird. Reparaturen und Änderungen durch
eine nicht autorisierte Firma können zur Ungültigkeit Ihrer Garantie führen.
1. Lösen Sie das Aufblas-/Entleerungsventil von dem Luftschlauch und bringen Sie es
erneut an und stellen Sie dabei sicher, dass das Ventil fest sitzt.
2. Pumpen Sie den AirPole erneut auf.
3. Wenn das Feststellen der Schlaucharmatur das Problem nicht löst, dann hat der
AirPole eventuell ein Loch.
1. Öffnen Sie den Reißverschluss der Außenhülle und halten Sie dabei den AirPole
fest.
2. Entfernen Sie den AirPole.
3. Lösen Sie den Reißverschluss der Schützhülle des AirPoles, wenn die Luft
abgelassen ist, um den aufblasbaren Luftbeutel offenzulegen.
4. Finden Sie das Loch. Bei aufgeblasenem Luftbeutel ist dies leichter zu
bewerkstelligen. Bei kleinen Löchern ist es eventuell notwendig, den Luftbeutel in
Wasser zu tauchen.
5. Das Loch lässt sich mit Reparaturband schließen. Wir empfehlen Reparaturband für
Kampa-Zelte, das Sie bei Ihrem Händler erhalten.
Wenn Sie das Band mit Kampa-Reparaturlösung kombinieren, ist die Reparatur noch
sicherer.
Für die Reparatur folgen Sie den Herstelleranweisungen.
Eine weitere Alternative besteht darin, den Schlauch auszutauschen. Ersatzschläuche
erhalten Sie von Ihrem Händler oder direkt von Kampa.
Nach erfolgter Reparatur oder erfolgtem Austausch kann der AirPole ganz einfach
wieder in die Außenhülle platziert werden.

Schwierigkeiten
beim Aufpumpen
des Zelts
1. Das Aufblasventil befindet sich nicht komplett in dem
AirPole.
2. Der AirPole ist auf Höhe des Ventils verdreht. Ein
Geräusch kann ebenfalls darauf hinweisen. Pumpen
Sie NICHT weiter auf, bevor der AirPole wieder
gerade ist (siehe Seite4).
Falls Sie ein
Entweichen von Luft
vermuten,
1. überprüfen Sie, ob das Aufblasventil richtig
eingeschraubt und ob die schwarze ‚O‘-Ring-
Abdichtung richtig angebracht ist.
2. Überprüfen Sie, ob die obere Kappe des
Aufblasventil fest zugedreht ist.
Wenn Sie vermuten,
dass Wasser in Ihr
Zelt sickert:
bei den meisten mutmaßlichen Lecks handelt es sich
in Wirklichkeit um Kondensation (siehe Abschnitt zum
Thema Kondensation in diesem Benutzerhandbuch).
Diese bildet sich im Inneren des Zeltgewebes.
Versuchen Sie, für mehr Belüftung zu sorgen, indem
Sie die Türen und Ventilationsöffnungen öffnen.
Kochen Sie nicht in Ihrem Zelt. Das Gewebe, aus
dem das Zelt hergestellt ist, weist eine enorme
Wassersäule von 6.000mm auf. Es ist äußerst
unwahrscheinlich, dass Flüssigkeit in das Zelt
eindringen kann.

Die Hauptnähte dieses Zelts wurden industriell
geklebt, um ein Eindringen von Wasser zu verhindern.
Je nach Ihren Erwartungen ist es eventuell notwendig,
die übrigen Nähte mit einer Nahtversiegelung
zu behandeln. Die Nahtversiegelung sollte auch
auf Bereiche aufgetragen werden, an denen die
Klebdichtung beschädigt wurde oder sich durch
Abnutzung gelöst hat. Sie kann auch auf Bereiche
aufgebracht werden, an denen sich eventuell
undichte Stellen gebildet haben. Nahtdichtmasse
erhalten Sie von Ihrem Händler.

Optional: AIR-Anbau(nur bei Travel Pod Cross AIR)
Für das Travel Pod Cross AIR ist ein aufblasbarer Anbau erhältlich. Der Anbau lässt sich
an einer Seite des Vorzelts oder an beiden anbringen.
Aufbau:
1. Entfernen Sie das jeweilige Seitenteil von dem Vorzelt, indem Sie die Heringe des
Seitenteils lösen und dessen Reißverschlüsse öffnen.
2. Befestigen Sie den Anbau mithilfe der Reißverschlüsse und achten Sie dabei
darauf, dass er nicht verkehrt herum ist.
3. Lösen Sie die obere Kappe und bringen Sie die Pumpe, die mit dem Zelt geliefert
wurde, an dem Aufblasventil an. Die Pumpe ist mit einem Druckmesser versehen,
und der AirPole sollte auf 7-8PSI (0,48-0,55bar) aufgepumpt werden.
4. Lösen Sie die Verankerung des Anbaus, beginnend mit den zwei Ecken, die sich
am nächsten an dem Vorzelt befinden, gefolgt von den zwei entfernten Ecken und
schließlich den mittleren Verankerungsstellen.
5. Lösen Sie die Heringe der Abspannschnüre.
6. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Seiten und das Dach des Anbaus straff gespannt sind
und verankern Sie die Heringe bei Bedarf erneut.
7. Verankern Sie die vier Ecken der Innenzelt-Bodenplane. Hängen Sie das Innenzelt
an den ‚O‘-Ringen im Inneren des Anbaus von innen auf und achten Sie dabei
darauf, dass die Tür zur Vorderseite zeigt.
