1. Thisisanon-roadmotorcycleandnotacompetitiontypeoran
off-roadridingvehicle;otherwiseallconsequencesaretobe
undertheresponsibilityoftherider.
2. Have a complete inspection before starting the engine so as to
preventpossibleaccidentsordamagesofmotorcycleparts.
3. The rider shall pass the examinations regulated by the Road &
TransportDepartmentandreceivethedrivinglicensebeforerid-
ingthemotorcycle.Neverlendittoanypeoplewithoutadriving
license.
4. Toavoiddamagesbyothermotorvehicles,theridershalltryhis/
herbesttobenoticedbyotherpeopleincluding:
-Wearingbrightclothes;
-Keepingawayfromothermotorvehicles;
5. Theridershallstandbythenationallocallawsandrules;
-Speedingisonethekeyreasonsofaccidents.
Sokeepthespeedwithinthelimitasstipulatedbythe
authorities.
6. Turn on the headlamp so as to be noticed by other road users
whennegotiatingcornersorchanginglanes.
7. Ridecautiouslyonfastlanes,crosswaysandpassagewaysin
parkingareas.
8. During riding the motorcycle, the rider should hold the handles
withbothhandsandwithbothfeetonthepedalswhilethepas-
sengershould holdthe motorcycleor the riderwith bothhis/her
handswithbothfeetonthepassengerpedals.
1. Forthepurposeofpersonalsafety,theridershouldwearasafety
helmetandamaskor goggles,andalsospecial boots,gloves
andprotectionclothes.Thepassengershallalsowearasafety
helmet.
2. The exhaust system would burn during riding and a short mo-
mentafterturningofftheengine.Nevertouchitduringthisperiod
andtheriderandpassengershallwearapairoflongbootsorthe
clothesthatcancoverthelegs.
3. Don’twearthoselooseclothesthatcouldbetrappedbythecontrol
levers,startingsets,pedalsorwheels.
9. Anyre-congurationordisassemblyofthepartswouldaffectthe
maintenancedataandthesafetyoftherider.
10. Thearrangementofaccessoriesshallnotaffectthesafetyofthe
riderandtheoperationperformanceofthemotorcyclebutover-
loading the electrical systems would effect the safety of the
motorcycle.
For safety purposes, the rider should be par-
ticularly careful with understanding on the
safety notes before riding.

thatthedistributiondepartmentcouldprovideyouwithbetterservices

(A) VehicleIdenticationNumber(VIN)isprintedontherightsideof
theheadtube.
(B)EngineNumberisprintedontheleftsideofthecrankcase.
(C) Product Nameplate is one the right back side of the head tube,
which is printed with the product model, frame number, noise limit,
manufacturingcompanyandotherrelativeinformation.

addoil.
Checkthefrontandrearwheelbrakepadswhetherhavebeenused
toit’slimits.If“brakepad”issmallerthan1.5mm,changethepad.
Caution:
Donotusebrakeoilwithinteriorquality
Keep brake oil from contact to paint surface to avoid
fadingandchapping.
Advice:
Checkthefreeplayofleverafteradjustment.
Hold the brake lever to ensure proper function in the

Ifanyelectricalcomponentisnotworkingorisworkingimproperlyor
theenginedoesnotturnon,checkyourmotorcyclefuse.
FuseChecking
1.Setmotorcycleovermainsupport
2.Checkfusecondition,replaceifdamaged
Carburetor
Astablevaporizationisthebasisoftheengine’sperformance.The
carburetorhasbeenregulatedtoitsbestconditioninthefactory,
whichmustnotbechanged.Whatyouneedtodoistocheckonthe
freeplayofthrottlecableandidlespeed.
IdleSpeedAdjustmentofCarburetor
• Foranaccurateidlespeedadjustment,theengineshouldbe
underanormaloperatingtemperature.
• Standthemotorcycleinverticalpositionandstarttheengineto
warmup.
• Adjusttheidlespeedwithairdamperlimitscrew.
Idlespeed:1,400±100r/min
Warning:
Donotapplyfusewithimpropercapacity
Replace the electrical appliances with original brand or
otherspeciedproduct.
Advise:
Ifthefuse isoutoforder justafterreplacement, gotoa
Keeway Service Centre immediately to check any short
circuitissue.

4. Rotatetheadjustbolttotheleftorrighttoadjustthelooseness
andkeepthefrontandbacksprocketinaline.Referencemarks
aremadeontheswingarmsandadjusters,whichcanbeaimed
atandtakenasreferencesfromonepointtotheother.Keep
theloosenessbetween10and20mm,readjusttherearaxlenut
andhaveanalinspection.
Advice:
Thisisthemaximumintervalforadjustment.Actuallyit
shouldberegularlycheckedbeforeriding.Overlooseness
wouldmakethechainfalloffthepath,whichcanresultin
accidentsorseveredamagetotheengine.
Chainhead-clamp

Appropriatelubricantandadjustmentisneededforitsservicelife.
Frequentmaintenanceisneededtoprolongchainlife.
AdjustmentofChain:
Adjusttheloosenessofthechainfrom10to15mmatevery1000km
interval.
