Cutfasteningstrapson CabinetToePlate.Remove theToe Plateand setaside.Cutfastening
strapssecuring regulatorand hose tocabinet.
Unscrewand discard the8PhillipsHeadBolts(M6x40mm)and8Washers(M6)from the corner
holesofthecabinet.Remove the crossbarandsetaside.
Withthe aidofanassistant,carefullyliftthe cabinetupfrom the fireboxand setaside.Remove
all foampacking fromtheFirebox.Raise lidandremove and unpackpartsinside Firebox.
Install CasterstoCabinet
Place theCabinetAssemblyupside downand attachthe4Casterstothe bottom using16Phillips
Head Bolts(M6x16mm).Install bothlocking casterson rearofcabinet.

Inserttraywiththegreasedrainholepositioned asshown. Slide trayfullyinuntil itlocksintoplace
behind stops.

Feedside burnervalveandigniterwirethroughholeinleftside of cabinet.
Opensideburnerlid andcuttiewrapsecuringgrate topan. Onunderside ofpan, remove the2
screwsholdingtheside burnerinplace.See Inset1.
Securetheside burnervalvestem totheSide BurnerLowerControlPanelusing2PhillipsHead

Hookthe endsof the CylinderSupportRingintothetwoholesinthe leftfrontand rearlegs.

Place theLPcylinderdownintothetanksupportholeinthebottomofthecabinet.Ensure the
valve facestotheside.Wrap the CylinderSupportRingaround the top ofthetankandhook
togethertosecure theLPcylinderinplace.SeeInset3.

yourgasgrill toanLPgastankthatexceedsthis
capacity.Atankof approximately12”(305mm)in
diameterby18-1/2”(472mm)highisthemaximum
sizeLPgastanktouse.You mustuse an “OPD”gas
tankwhichoffersalistedOverfill PreventionDevice.
Thissafetyfeature preventstanksfrombeing
overfilledwhichcancause malfunctionoftheLPgas
tank,regulatorandgrill.
lTheLPgas tankmustbe constructedandmarked
inaccordancewiththe SpecificationsforLP-Gas
CylindersoftheU.S.Departmentof Transportation
(D.O.T.)ortheNationalStandardof Canada,
CAN/CSA-B339,Cylinders,Spheresand Tubesfor
TransportationofDangerousGoods;and
Commission, as applicable.

quickconnectsystem.Itwillnotallowgastoflow
untilapositive sealhasbeenmade.Ithasa
thermalelementthatwill shutoff thegasflowif
thetemperature reaches240degreesF(115
degreesC).Italsohas aflow-limiting device that
will restrictthe flowofgasto10 cubicfeetper
hour(0.28 cubicmetersperhour).
TOCONNECTTHECYLINDERTOTHE
REGULATORAND HOSE
1.Be suretheLPcylinderis “OFF”byturning the hand
wheelclockwise until itstops.
2.Placethecylinderintothebasecabinetpanelof
thegrill withthe valve facingoutward andsecure
withthe cylindersupportring.
3.Be sureallburnercontrolsare turnedtothe “OFF”
position.
4.Remove thesafetycap from the cylindervalve.
5.Centerthe nippleofthe regulatorintothe
cylindervalve.
6.Turntheblacknutclockwise until itstops.
HandTightenOnly.DoNotUseAWrench.
