one(1)yearfromdateofpurchase.Thiswarranty applies only totheoriginalconsumerpurchaserand only to
productsusedinnormaluse.Ifthisproductisfound tobedefective,themanufacturer'sonlyobligation,and
yourexclusiveremedy, istherepairorreplacementoftheproductatthemanufacturer's discretion,provided
thattheproducthasnotbeendamagedthrough misuse, abuse,accident,modifications,alterations,neglector
mishandling.This warranty shall notapplytoany productthatisfound tohavebeenimproperlyinstalled,
assembled,orusedinany waynotinaccordance with theinstructionssuppliedwith theproduct.This

Pull theexcess power cord through base.
Screwthesocketassembly(E)to top of
thelamp body(F).

Priorto installingthebulb,inspectsocketforsilicapacket.Ifpacketis
present,thenremoveandthrowaway.Donotexposeittochildrenor pets.
Install one120V, 60Hz,100-Wattmax.medium-basetypeAbulb(not
included) intothesocketofthelightlamp.
Plugcordinto anoutletandturnonattheswitch.

Importantsafetyinstructions
This portablelamphas apolarizedplug (onebladeis widerthantheother) as afeaturetoreduce therisk
ofelectricshock. This plug will fit inapolarizedoutletonlyoneway. If theplug does notfit fullyinthe
outlet, reversetheplug. If it still does notfit, contactaqualifiedelectrician. neverusewithanextension cord
unless plug canbefullyinserted. Do notaltertheplug.
