of

the

DAC

switch

This

switch

is

used

to

activate

the

DAC

(Digital-to-Analog

Converter)

circuit

incorporated

in

this

unit,

even

when

the

ANALOG/DIGITAL

select

switch

located

on

the

front

panel

is

set

to

ANALOG.

This

is

useful

for

operations

using

the

DUAL

REC

OUT

switch.

With

this

setting,

the

DAC

circuit

does

not

function

when

this

unit

is

in

analog

operation.

UNSWITCHED:

With

this

setting,

the

DAC

circuit

functions

even

when

this

unit

is

in

analog

operation.

Set

the

switch

to

this

recording

a

digital

source

while

listening

to

another

analog

source

in

the

DUAL

REC

operation.

The

AC

rear

panel

may

used

supply

components
