the

DAC

switch

This

switch

is

used

to

activate

the

DAC

(Digital-to-Analog

Converter)

circuit

incorporated

in

this

unit,

even

when

the

ANALOG/DIGITAL

select

switch

located

on

the

front

panel

is

set

to

ANALOG.

This

is

useful

for

operations

using

the

DUAL

REC

OUT

switch.

setting,

the

DAC

circuit

does

not

function

when

this

unit

listening

This

controls

the

sound

level

of

the

speakers

and

head-

phones.

The

volumes

of

both

the

left

and

right

channels

are

adjusted

simultaneously.

No

sound

is

produced

when

the

knob

is

turned

fully

counterclockwise,

and

turning

the

knob

clockwise

gradually

increases

the

volume.

While

listening

to

the

source

sound,

adjust

the

volume

level

with

this

knob

to

an

appropriate

level.
